Tasks
Track to-dos for yourself and assign tasks to your team members.
Tasks Overview
Tasks let coaches track personal to-dos, assign work to team members, and stay on top of deadlines. Every task lives inside your workspace: workspace owners and admins see all tasks, while standard team members only see tasks assigned to them.
Your task list is organized into three groups:
- Upcoming: Open tasks that have a due date, sorted by deadline
- No due date: Open tasks without a due date
- Completed: Tasks that have been marked as done

Assigning Tasks to Team Members
If your workspace has team members, you can assign tasks to any accepted member when creating or editing a task.
How assignment affects visibility
| Workspace Role | What they see |
|---|---|
| Owner / Admin | All tasks in the workspace |
| Standard member | Only tasks assigned to them |
Frequently Asked Questions
Can clients see tasks? No. Tasks are a coach-side feature only. Clients do not see tasks in the app.
Is there a limit on how many tasks I can create? No.
