Power your coaching business from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Muse or Perplexity

Connect HubFit in a minute. Ask about clients, check-ins, workouts and nutrition in any language, and let it handle the admin for you.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Muse, Perplexity.

Example in Claude: a coach asks why a client's squat has stalled. Claude reads her exercise history and check-ins in HubFit, finds three flat weeks and short sleep, and asks the coach to approve a review comment before sending it to her.

Send Emily this check-in review?“Great consistency. Aim for 7 hours on training nights; we deload next week.”
Mobile

Your business, in your pocket

Connect HubFit once and it's on your phone too, in the Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini app. Between sessions, on the gym floor or on the way home, just ask.

  • See who hasn't checked in this week
  • Review a check-in and send your feedback
  • Message a client or add a follow-up task
Example in the ChatGPT app: a coach records a voice note asking “Walking to my next session. Who hasn't checked in this week? Add a task for me to follow up with each of them.”. ChatGPT finds the three clients in HubFit who haven't checked in, asks before adding follow-up tasks, then replies: Done. Sam, Emily and Leo haven't checked in since Sunday, so I added a follow-up task for each to your Tasks page, due today.

Works with the rest of your tools

One prompt can use HubFit alongside Google Calendar, Canva, Slack and anything else you connect.

Thursday check-in callsWriting the prompt

A coach asks Claude: “Book a 15-minute call on Thursday with every client who missed this week's check-in.” Claude reads from HubFit, asks permission, uses Google Calendar, then replies: Four clients missed this week's check-in, so I've booked a 15-minute call with each of them on Thursday morning, from 10:00. They'll each get a calendar invite.

And anything else with an MCP server. Each tool connects with its own sign-in.

Frequently asked questions

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools from other apps. The HubFit MCP server gives assistants like Claude and ChatGPT a safe, permissioned way to read and update your HubFit workspace.
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Muse and Perplexity: add HubFit as a custom connector and sign in with your HubFit account. Some limit custom connectors by plan or region: Gemini's are for personal Google Accounts in the US, and Perplexity's are on Pro, Max and Enterprise, on the web and Mac.
No. In each assistant you paste one URL and sign in with your HubFit account.
Yes. Ask in any language your assistant understands, such as Spanish, French, Arabic or German. The assistant turns your request into HubFit tool calls and replies in your language, and anything it writes to a client, such as a message or a check-in review, is in whichever language you ask for.
Exactly what you can see in HubFit, and nothing more. Admins see every client; standard team members only see the clients assigned to them.
Tools that change data are marked as write tools, and assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT ask you to approve each one before it runs. Only six tools change anything: adding a client, reviewing a check-in, sending a message, adding a note, and adding or changing a task.
Yes. Turn off the tools that change data in your assistant's connector settings, and it can only read.
No. HubFit only sends your assistant the data a tool call asks for. How your AI provider handles that data is covered by their own terms and settings.
Remove the connector in your assistant, or revoke it in HubFit under Settings → MCP. Access stops straight away.

Having used multiple different coaching platforms over the years — I've been in the fitness industry 15 years now — this one has definitely delivered more than any other and it's only getting better.

I've used a lot of coaching platforms and this is the only one where I've been really happy with how it works. You don't have to have five different programs just to coach people. Everything is in one place.
