Fitness affiliate program FAQ

HubFit's affiliate program is a fitness affiliate program for agencies, consultants, coach mentors, and creators who recommend coaching software. You get your own referral link and discount code. When a coach joins HubFit through either, you earn 30% of every payment they make for their first 12 months, and they get 20% off their first 3 months.
Fitness marketing agencies, business coaches and consultants, coach mentors and certification providers, and fitness creators, YouTubers, podcasters, and newsletters. You don't need to be a HubFit customer. We review every application.
Yes. Agencies and consultants are a big part of the program. Use your code when you set up HubFit for your clients and each account is credited to you, so you earn 30% of what every client pays for 12 months. Tell us how many coaches you work with when you apply.
30% of every payment a coach you refer makes for 12 months. One coach on Premium ($69 a month) earns you $20.70 a month, about $248 over 12 months. One coach on Ultimate ($119 a month) earns you $35.70 a month, or $92.40 with the white-label app ($308 a month in total). There's no cap on how many coaches you can refer.
Yes. You're paid on every payment a coach makes, not once. Monthly and annual plans both count, including upgrades and the white-label app add-on, for the first 12 months after the coach's first payment. If a coach cancels, commission stops.
Coaches who sign up through your link or code get 20% off their first 3 months of HubFit, on top of the 14-day free trial. The trial needs a card to start, and the discount is applied when their first payment is taken.
With your own link and discount code. A coach who clicks your link is credited to you if they sign up within 60 days. A coach who enters your code at checkout is credited to you whenever they use it, so the code works in videos, podcasts, and conversations where nobody clicks. If a coach clicks one partner's link but enters another partner's code, the code wins. Neither your link nor your code expires, and a coach counts as your referral only if they sign up through one of them.
Every month, by bank transfer. Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund or chargeback, then paid in the next monthly run. The minimum payout is $100; smaller balances roll over.
As of October 2026, from each company's own program page: Trainerize pays 15% recurring (20% on its second tier), Everfit pays 10% for 24 months, Kahunas pays a one-off $49, and TrueCoach gives account credit rather than cash. HubFit pays 30% for 12 months and gives the coaches you refer 20% off their first 3 months.
HubFit coaches have their own referral program inside HubFit. Open Refer & Earn at the bottom of the sidebar in your dashboard to invite other coaches. This affiliate program is for agencies, educators, and creators who bring coaches to HubFit.
A few. You can't refer yourself or your own business. You can't bid on HubFit or HubFit product names in search or social ads, but paid traffic to your own content is fine. Don't describe HubFit as offering things it doesn't, and don't post your link or code on coupon sites. The full rules are in the HubFit Affiliate Program Terms.A few. Yes. HubFit can end your place in the program at any time, including for breaking the rules. From that point all future payouts stop, including commission that hasn't been paid out yet.
