Is there a public product roadmap or feature request system? The roadmap is kept internal and we are not able to share upcoming features or timelines publicly. To submit a feature request, use the Share feedback option in the Home section of the live support chat — it goes straight to our product team. We read every suggestion, though we are not able to reply individually or share progress updates. The best way to stay in the loop on new releases is to follow us on Instagram or check your email inbox, where we announce everything as it goes live.

Does HubFit offer live demos, sales calls, or onboarding assistance? We do not offer live demos.
