- 0:03Hi guys, in this video I'm going to show
- 0:05you Hubfit's recipe library. Hubit has
- 0:07over 5,000 recipes, all with images and
- 0:10full ingredients and instructions. So
- 0:12right now I am in the nutrition section
- 0:14of my library. And here I'm in meals. So
- 0:17these are my own meals. You'll see this
- 0:19explore recipe option over here. If I go
- 0:21ahead and click this, you'll see all of
- 0:24the 5,000 recipes that are in the hub
- 0:26library. Here you can search for a
- 0:28recipe. So, for example, I can search
- 0:30for chicken. And here you'll see all the
- 0:32meals that have chicken. You can also
- 0:34filter. So, if I click on this filter
- 0:36option, I can filter for diets, for
- 0:40difficulty, for the type of cuisine. And
- 0:41then there's more tags here that you can
- 0:43filter with. You can also sort the list
- 0:45that you see. So, for example, you might
- 0:47want it from high to low calories, from
- 0:49low to high, or whatever has the most
- 0:51protein. You can view all the different
- 0:53types of recipes. So, for example, if I
- 0:55click on smoothies, you can see all the
- 0:57different smoothies. There are over 200
- 0:59all with images. You have pre-workout.
- 1:01If I click on this banana oat pancakes,
- 1:05you can see you have the time, if it's
- 1:07easy to make, the cuisine, all the
- 1:09different tags that you can filter with.
- 1:11Over here, you'll see the macros, the
- 1:13instructions, and the ingredients.
- 1:15What's very nice is that the ingredients
- 1:18are individual ingredients. So, once you
- 1:20import the meal, you can modify each
- 1:22specific ingredient. You'll see I can
- 1:24click on save recipe and what this will
- 1:26do is it will save it to my own library.
- 1:28So I click save and here you can see it
- 1:30has saved the recipe in my personal
- 1:33library. I can go ahead and click on
- 1:34this recipe and I can make further
- 1:36changes to it. Let's say for example
- 1:38instead of having 40 g of oats, we want
- 1:40them to have 50 g of oats. I can modify
- 1:43this. It modifies the macros and it
- 1:45modifies the ingredients itself. So
- 1:47what's nice is you can take a meal and
- 1:48you can modify and then I can do save
- 1:50changes. Now, you don't have to import a
- 1:53recipe to your meal library in order to
- 1:55use it. You can actually use the HubFit
- 1:57recipes directly from within the meal
- 1:59planner. So, for example, if I head over
- 2:01to my meal plans, I have this high
- 2:04protein meal plan. I can click on this
- 2:06and here you'll see we have two meals so
- 2:08far. If I click on add meal here, I can
- 2:11see my own meal library that we just
- 2:12saw, but I can also access the HubFit
- 2:15recipes directly from here. So, what
- 2:18this means is you don't have to save it
- 2:19to your library to then use it. I can
- 2:21just directly pick a meal. Let's say we
- 2:24want this breakfast burrito. I can
- 2:26import it to this meal. And then again,
- 2:28I can click on this and I can make any
- 2:30changes because the ingredients are all
- 2:32individual. So, that's everything for
- 2:34the HubFit recipes. There's over 5,000
- 2:36recipes, all with images, all with
- 2:38detailed instructions, and all with
- 2:40ingredients that you can easily modify
- 2:42to adjust the meal as you need. And the
- 2:44nicest thing about this is you don't
- 2:45have to save it into your library. You
- 2:47can use it directly when creating the
- 2:49meal plans, but if you want to save it
- 2:50to your library to make your own
- 2:52version, you're free to do so as well.
