  1. 0:02Hey guys, in this video we're going to
  2. 0:04be looking at HubFit workout sections.
  3. 0:06You can have four different type of
  4. 0:08sections which include regular sections,
  5. 0:10circuits, AM wrap, and intervals. I'm
  6. 0:12going to be showing you all four and how
  7. 0:14it works. We're going to be looking at
  8. 0:15the client app and how it works in the
  9. 0:16workout tracker. And then I'm going to
  10. 0:18show you from the coach side how you can
  11. 0:19actually create these different workout
  12. 0:21sections. Over here we have an interval
  13. 0:24section. So an interval section is an
  14. 0:26auto timer which auto displays
  15. 0:28exercises. So, it's a way for clients to
  16. 0:31follow along on exercises that you set.
  17. 0:33You'll see here any descriptions you add
  18. 0:35will appear here. The type of section
  19. 0:37will appear here and the name of the
  20. 0:39section that you give appears here. They
  21. 0:40can see all the exercises in this
  22. 0:43section and how many rounds you've
  23. 0:44assigned. And for them to start the
  24. 0:46section, they can just click the start
  25. 0:47button. So, I'll go ahead and click
  26. 0:49start section. And you'll see the
  27. 0:51section has started. We have a jump rope
  28. 0:53exercise which goes for 30 seconds.
  29. 0:55You'll see here the timer has started.
  30. 0:57Over here it indicates the rest period
  31. 1:00and over here we have a couple of
  32. 1:01options. One being we can pause. So I
  33. 1:04will go ahead and pause just so I can
  34. 1:05run you through the rest of the things
  35. 1:07that we see here. Over here we see how
  36. 1:08long is remaining for the entire
  37. 1:10section. So we had three rounds and it
  38. 1:13calculates the total duration based on
  39. 1:15each exercise and the rest period. So
  40. 1:17this is a nice countdown for the client
  41. 1:19to see how long is left for this
  42. 1:21interval. Over here they can see how
  43. 1:22many rounds they've completed and here
  44. 1:24they'll see the percentage that they've
  45. 1:25completed so far. And there's also a bar
  46. 1:27here to show them their percentage
  47. 1:29completion. Over here, the video auto
  48. 1:31plays. Any fields that you assign for
  49. 1:33the exercise appears here. So if you
  50. 1:34assign weight or if you assign reps,
  51. 1:37whatever it may be, they will appear
  52. 1:39here. If the exercise has any
  53. 1:41instructions, an icon will appear here
  54. 1:42that the client can click on to view the
  55. 1:44instructions. If the client wants to see
  56. 1:46the section instructions, they can click
  57. 1:48on this icon. And there's also this
  58. 1:50option to end the section early. So
  59. 1:52maybe at round two they want to end it
  60. 1:55and not go to round three. They can just
  61. 1:57do complete and they can finish the
  62. 1:58section. So I will go ahead and click
  63. 2:01play to show you what it looks like when
  64. 2:03the exercise is done and the rest timer
  65. 2:05kicks in.
  66. 2:08So as you see the auto timer kicks in
  67. 2:11for the rest period. And here I can see
  68. 2:13that the rest period is 30 seconds. And
  69. 2:15it shows me what exercise is coming
  70. 2:17next, the duration and the rest period
  71. 2:19along with the exercise instructions. I
  72. 2:21can skip this rest period or I can even
  73. 2:23pause it if I want to extend it. But I
  74. 2:25will just wait for it to finish. So I
  75. 2:27can show you what it will look like as
  76. 2:28it's autoplay.
  77. 2:31So you can see the next exercise kicks
  78. 2:33in. And again, this is 30 seconds. We
  79. 2:35can also skip exercises. So I can just
  80. 2:38like fly through the exercises.
  81. 2:41So in this case, I'll just fly through
  82. 2:43it really quick just to show you what it
  83. 2:45looks like. So over here you see the
  84. 2:47section has now been completed. So the
  85. 2:49client will see how many rounds they've
  86. 2:50completed and how long it took them to
  87. 2:52complete this interval section. They can
  88. 2:54always reset a section if maybe they
  89. 2:56want to redo it or maybe they entered
  90. 2:58some data incorrectly. They can just
  91. 2:59come here and do reset. This data is
  92. 3:01also available to you from the code
  93. 3:03side. Over here we have a circuit
  94. 3:05section. A circuit is just a way for you
  95. 3:08to give them certain exercises and the
  96. 3:10rounds they should do them for. So this
  97. 3:12is similar to what we just saw for the
  98. 3:14sections. I will go ahead and click
  99. 3:15start section. So here we've started our
  100. 3:18circuit section. So this is similar to
  101. 3:20what we saw with the intervals, but we
  102. 3:23do have an extra option here. This
  103. 3:25option here allows us to either reset
  104. 3:28the section or to mark the section
  105. 3:30completed. Maybe in round two, we decide
  106. 3:33we want to just complete it and not go
  107. 3:35to round four, we can do so. So I will
  108. 3:36go ahead and fill in all these sections
  109. 3:39here. Add all these in. And then I will
  110. 3:41do complete round. So when I do complete
  111. 3:44round, it takes us to the next round.
  112. 3:46Now, because there's a rest period
  113. 3:47between the rounds of 10 seconds, that
  114. 3:49automatically kicks off. So, I will just
  115. 3:51go ahead and do complete round and then
  116. 3:55complete round. And here you can see
  117. 3:57similar preview. Next up, we have AMR
  118. 4:00wrap. So, here you can give them a list
  119. 4:02of exercises that they can do for a
  120. 4:04round and then a duration and then they
  121. 4:06can track how many rounds they can get
  122. 4:07done within that duration. So, let's go
  123. 4:09ahead and do start section. And here you
  124. 4:11can see similar options and you have a
  125. 4:14countdown over here for this section. So
  126. 4:16let's just go ahead and do complete
  127. 4:18round. So I'll do complete round. So so
  128. 4:20far we've done one round, complete
  129. 4:22another round. So we have about 5
  130. 4:24seconds left and we've completed four
  131. 4:26rounds in total. 2 seconds, 1 second.
  132. 4:29And you can see the time is up. Now when
  133. 4:32the time is up, they can go ahead and do
  134. 4:34complete section. But if in any case
  135. 4:36they may have not recorded some rounds
  136. 4:38as they were doing the rounds, they can
  137. 4:40come here and modify and quickly add the
  138. 4:43rounds. You can go ahead and do complete
  139. 4:45section. And just like that, we can see
  140. 4:47how many rounds was completed and the
  141. 4:49duration. And here is a regular section.
  142. 4:51This is just a way for you to group
  143. 4:53exercises together. So a good example
  144. 4:55would be if you have a warm-up section
  145. 4:57for the beginning of your workout, you
  146. 4:58can group your warm-ups together and the
  147. 5:00client can enter in their field and mark
  148. 5:03a set as complete. So I can do that here
  149. 5:05as well. And if they want to do an extra
  150. 5:07set, they can add another set. That's
  151. 5:08pretty much everything for a regular
  152. 5:10section. So we are now on the coach
  153. 5:13side. And right now I have the workout
  154. 5:14builder open. I have an empty workout
  155. 5:16program. And we're going to go ahead and
  156. 5:18create a workout with the four different
  157. 5:20type of sections to show you how you can
  158. 5:22actually create these. So the first
  159. 5:24thing is that this is a normal workout.
  160. 5:26I can drag and drop exercises as normal.
  161. 5:28But let's go ahead and create a section.
  162. 5:30You can do this by clicking this add
  163. 5:32section button here. If I do add
  164. 5:33section, you'll see here you have the
  165. 5:35four sections that we spoke about. You
  166. 5:37have regular, interval, amrap, and
  167. 5:39circuit. Let's go ahead and create a
  168. 5:41regular section. First, I'll do regular,
  169. 5:43and I'll do add section. So, here you
  170. 5:45see we've created the section. We can
  171. 5:47always rename the section by clicking
  172. 5:49this. And we can also add instructions
  173. 5:51for the sections from here. And all the
  174. 5:53four sections follow this pattern. Over
  175. 5:55here in the dropdown, you'll see that
  176. 5:57you have a duplicate option. If you want
  177. 5:59to duplicate the section, you can also
  178. 6:00save the section to your library. So
  179. 6:02maybe you created a section that you
  180. 6:04like and you want to store it in your
  181. 6:05library so you can reuse it later. Let's
  182. 6:07go ahead and add an exercise into this
  183. 6:09section. So I'll just put run. I'll drag
  184. 6:11this over here and I can enter the
  185. 6:13fields if I want to. And if I want to
  186. 6:14add another exercise, I can just drag
  187. 6:16it. And just like so we have two
  188. 6:18exercises in this section. Let's go
  189. 6:20ahead and create another section. And in
  190. 6:23this case, let's create an interval
  191. 6:25section. So over here we've added the
  192. 6:27section again. looks similar, but there
  193. 6:29are some differences here since it's an
  194. 6:31interval section. The first thing you'll
  195. 6:32see is you can assign the rounds for
  196. 6:35this interval. And you'll also see that
  197. 6:37there's this duration here. This
  198. 6:38duration is automatically calculated
  199. 6:40based on the exercise that you add in to
  200. 6:43show you how long the interval is going
  201. 6:44to be. So, for example, let's add
  202. 6:47squats. So, let's put in squats. Now,
  203. 6:49when you add an exercise into an
  204. 6:51interval section, you'll see that this
  205. 6:53duration field is required. So, let's go
  206. 6:55ahead and select a duration. I'll say
  207. 6:56that this exercise should be done for 1
  208. 6:58minute. And here you can see this is now
  209. 7:001 minute. And you can also add in the
  210. 7:02rest period. And if you add a rest
  211. 7:04period, it will be added to the
  212. 7:05duration. The duration also takes into
  213. 7:07account the round. So if I do two
  214. 7:09rounds, you can see here now the
  215. 7:11duration is 2 minutes. And if I go ahead
  216. 7:13and add another exercise, let's add
  217. 7:15push-ups. And I'll set this to 1 minute
  218. 7:17as well. And you can see here this
  219. 7:20updates accordingly. So now we have two
  220. 7:22exercises 1 minute each with two rounds
  221. 7:24coming to a total of four minutes. Now
  222. 7:26if you want a rest period between the
  223. 7:29rounds the way to do this is to add a
  224. 7:31rest period in the last exercise of the
  225. 7:33section. Let's go ahead and create
  226. 7:35another section. And in this case let's
  227. 7:37create an AM wrap section. So here again
  228. 7:40this is similar if you add an exercise.
  229. 7:42So if we add a barbell bench press
  230. 7:44similar idea the difference here in this
  231. 7:46case is that you pick the duration. So
  232. 7:48in this case, let's say we want them to
  233. 7:50do this AMR wrap or 5 minutes, I can do
  234. 7:52so. And then when they start this
  235. 7:54section, they'll see the countdown start
  236. 7:56from 5 minutes. And the last section
  237. 7:58here is the circuit. So I'll go ahead
  238. 8:00and create this section. And here it's
  239. 8:03similar to all the other sections. The
  240. 8:04only difference in this case because
  241. 8:06it's a circuit, you can assign the
  242. 8:08rounds and adding the exercise works the
  243. 8:10same as any other section. So that's how
  244. 8:12you can create the four different type
  245. 8:14of sections. The main differences
  246. 8:15between them is these little settings
  247. 8:18depending on the section. So over here
  248. 8:20we're in our sections library. So you
  249. 8:22can see this by going to your training
  250. 8:24under the library sections and then to
  251. 8:26your sections. So you can directly save
  252. 8:29sections from your workout or you can
  253. 8:30even just come over here and create your
  254. 8:32sections straight into your library that
  255. 8:35you can easily reuse later and import to
  256. 8:37your workout. If I go ahead and click on
  257. 8:38add section, you'll see the same flow
  258. 8:40that we just saw. So, I'm back in the
  259. 8:42workout builder and I want to show you
  260. 8:44how you can actually import a section
  261. 8:45from your library. So, if I do add
  262. 8:47section, I can go to section library,
  263. 8:49which you can see here. I can click on
  264. 8:51this and for example, let's click on
  265. 8:53this high intensity interval and I can
  266. 8:55do add section and just like that, it's
  267. 8:57added the section into this workout and
  268. 8:59I can go ahead and modify it and make
  269. 9:01adjustments which won't affect the
  270. 9:03template that we just imported from our
  271. 9:05library. And the last thing I want to
  272. 9:07show you is how the sections look like
  273. 9:10in a completed workout. So here you'll
  274. 9:12see the client completed this section.
  275. 9:15We can see that it was a regular section
  276. 9:16and it was the warm-up. And here we can
  277. 9:18see the exercises along with all the
  278. 9:20different sets that they've done. I'll
  279. 9:22see here that there was an AM wrap
  280. 9:25section done. Here I'll see the total
  281. 9:27duration that they've spent doing this
  282. 9:29AMR wrap. They might have ended it early
  283. 9:31before the countdown. Over here it'll
  284. 9:32tell me how many rounds they've done.
  285. 9:34And then here I can see all the
  286. 9:35exercises and if they've hit any PRs or
  287. 9:37anything, it will also be tracked in the
  288. 9:39sections. This is covered more in depth
  289. 9:41in our workout tracker tutorial. If I
  290. 9:43scroll down to interval, you'll see it's
  291. 9:45similar. And the same thing goes for
  292. 9:47circuits. You can see that here. So
  293. 9:49that's everything for the workout
  294. 9:50sections. You have your regular
  295. 9:52sections, AMR wrap, circuits, and
  296. 9:54intervals. If you have any questions,
  297. 9:55feel free to leave them in the comments
  298. 9:57below.
