- 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to be
- 0:05showing you HubFit's onboarding flow.
- 0:07The onboarding flow allows you to
- 0:09package all your resources together so
- 0:11that when you're adding a client and on
- 0:12boarding them, you can use the flow and
- 0:15speed up the onboarding process. You'll
- 0:16see here you have several different
- 0:18things like your library, your on
- 0:19demand, and then community and
- 0:22challenges and teams. All of these can
- 0:24be packaged together in one flow. So
- 0:26I'll show you how that works. All your
- 0:27on boarding flows are over here. We can
- 0:30add an onboarding flow by clicking this
- 0:31add on boarding flow. You can then name
- 0:34your onboarding flow whatever you want.
- 0:36So I already have an onboarding flow
- 0:37created which we will use for this
- 0:39example. So I have a 3 months program.
- 0:41I'll go ahead and click on this flow and
- 0:43you'll see here there are four different
- 0:45sections. The first section is the
- 0:48library section and over here you can
- 0:49see you can have your workout plan,
- 0:51nutrition forms, habits, metrics and
- 0:54resources. This library contents that
- 0:56you can pick is directly from your own
- 0:59library. So if you look here, you have
- 1:01this library section and that is exactly
- 1:03what you can put into the on boarding
- 1:04flow. So for example, we have habits. I
- 1:07can click on habits and I can select
- 1:09something else from my library. Let's
- 1:11say we want to add some daily steps
- 1:13habit. So that means when I use this on
- 1:15boarding flow when adding a client, all
- 1:16of these habits will be added to the
- 1:18client. All of these metrics, all of
- 1:19these resources. Next, we have the on
- 1:22demand tab over here. This allows you to
- 1:24give them access to the resource
- 1:27collections, to the recipe books, and to
- 1:28the workout studios. So, anything you
- 1:30have in your on demand section over
- 1:32here, you can also add to the onboarding
- 1:35flow to automate it when you're adding a
- 1:37client. Next, you have the advanced tab,
- 1:40and this allows you to set any tags that
- 1:43you have. If you want to add them to any
- 1:45challenges, you can set that here. If
- 1:46you have a community and if you want to
- 1:48assign this client to a team member, you
- 1:51can also do this directly from the on
- 1:53boarding flow. And finally, you have
- 1:54this feature control. The feature
- 1:57control allows you to modify the feature
- 1:59control settings. So let's say you have
- 2:01a program where you don't want to give
- 2:02any nutrition plans or nutrition
- 2:04tracker, you can turn that off. So that
- 2:06is how you can create your onboarding
- 2:08flow. There are two ways you can use
- 2:09this which I will show you now. The
- 2:11first way is when you're adding a client
- 2:12and the second way is attaching it to a
- 2:15package. so that when a package is
- 2:16purchased, the onboarding flow
- 2:18automatically kicks off and sets the
- 2:20client's account. I am now in the client
- 2:22tab over here and we will go ahead and
- 2:24add a client. When adding a client, you
- 2:27will see this option here to select an
- 2:29onboarding flow. So, for example, if I
- 2:32create this client
- 2:34and then here I can select the
- 2:36onboarding flow. So if I pick this 3
- 2:38months program and do add client, it
- 2:41will now create that client and auto set
- 2:43the count up with all the things that
- 2:45we've had in the onboarding flow. So if
- 2:47I click on the client we just added, you
- 2:49will see that all the things that we had
- 2:51on the onboarding flow have been carried
- 2:52over such as the check-ins, the
- 2:55training, the habits. So it's a nice way
- 2:57for you to package everything together
- 2:59and make on boarding so much easier. The
- 3:02other way you can use an onboarding flow
- 3:04is in packages. So if I go to my
- 3:06packages over here, you'll see we have
- 3:09three packages. And with these packages,
- 3:11you can connect the onboarding flow. So
- 3:13if I click on this package for example,
- 3:15you'll see we have the automation
- 3:17section. And this is where you can
- 3:19select the on boarding flow. So in this
- 3:21case, we have the 3 months program on
- 3:23boarding flow. And here you can get a
- 3:24preview of all the things that will be
- 3:26added to this client's profile once they
- 3:28purchase this package. So that is how
- 3:30you can use the onboarding flow to
- 3:32automate your onboarding whether adding
- 3:33a client manually or when a client is
- 3:35purchasing a package. The onboarding
- 3:37flow is a single trigger. So the content
- 3:40here is not synced to the client's
- 3:42profile. So once it's triggered, you can
- 3:43then make further modifications to the
- 3:45client's profile and any changes made to
- 3:47the onboarding flow in the future does
- 3:48not affect the client's profile. If you
- 3:50have any questions, feel free to leave
- 3:52them in the comments below.
