  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to be
  2. 0:05showing you HubFit's onboarding flow.
  3. 0:07The onboarding flow allows you to
  4. 0:09package all your resources together so
  5. 0:11that when you're adding a client and on
  6. 0:12boarding them, you can use the flow and
  7. 0:15speed up the onboarding process. You'll
  8. 0:16see here you have several different
  9. 0:18things like your library, your on
  10. 0:19demand, and then community and
  11. 0:22challenges and teams. All of these can
  12. 0:24be packaged together in one flow. So
  13. 0:26I'll show you how that works. All your
  14. 0:27on boarding flows are over here. We can
  15. 0:30add an onboarding flow by clicking this
  16. 0:31add on boarding flow. You can then name
  17. 0:34your onboarding flow whatever you want.
  18. 0:36So I already have an onboarding flow
  19. 0:37created which we will use for this
  20. 0:39example. So I have a 3 months program.
  21. 0:41I'll go ahead and click on this flow and
  22. 0:43you'll see here there are four different
  23. 0:45sections. The first section is the
  24. 0:48library section and over here you can
  25. 0:49see you can have your workout plan,
  26. 0:51nutrition forms, habits, metrics and
  27. 0:54resources. This library contents that
  28. 0:56you can pick is directly from your own
  29. 0:59library. So if you look here, you have
  30. 1:01this library section and that is exactly
  31. 1:03what you can put into the on boarding
  32. 1:04flow. So for example, we have habits. I
  33. 1:07can click on habits and I can select
  34. 1:09something else from my library. Let's
  35. 1:11say we want to add some daily steps
  36. 1:13habit. So that means when I use this on
  37. 1:15boarding flow when adding a client, all
  38. 1:16of these habits will be added to the
  39. 1:18client. All of these metrics, all of
  40. 1:19these resources. Next, we have the on
  41. 1:22demand tab over here. This allows you to
  42. 1:24give them access to the resource
  43. 1:27collections, to the recipe books, and to
  44. 1:28the workout studios. So, anything you
  45. 1:30have in your on demand section over
  46. 1:32here, you can also add to the onboarding
  47. 1:35flow to automate it when you're adding a
  48. 1:37client. Next, you have the advanced tab,
  49. 1:40and this allows you to set any tags that
  50. 1:43you have. If you want to add them to any
  51. 1:45challenges, you can set that here. If
  52. 1:46you have a community and if you want to
  53. 1:48assign this client to a team member, you
  54. 1:51can also do this directly from the on
  55. 1:53boarding flow. And finally, you have
  56. 1:54this feature control. The feature
  57. 1:57control allows you to modify the feature
  58. 1:59control settings. So let's say you have
  59. 2:01a program where you don't want to give
  60. 2:02any nutrition plans or nutrition
  61. 2:04tracker, you can turn that off. So that
  62. 2:06is how you can create your onboarding
  63. 2:08flow. There are two ways you can use
  64. 2:09this which I will show you now. The
  65. 2:11first way is when you're adding a client
  66. 2:12and the second way is attaching it to a
  67. 2:15package. so that when a package is
  68. 2:16purchased, the onboarding flow
  69. 2:18automatically kicks off and sets the
  70. 2:20client's account. I am now in the client
  71. 2:22tab over here and we will go ahead and
  72. 2:24add a client. When adding a client, you
  73. 2:27will see this option here to select an
  74. 2:29onboarding flow. So, for example, if I
  75. 2:32create this client
  76. 2:34and then here I can select the
  77. 2:36onboarding flow. So if I pick this 3
  78. 2:38months program and do add client, it
  79. 2:41will now create that client and auto set
  80. 2:43the count up with all the things that
  81. 2:45we've had in the onboarding flow. So if
  82. 2:47I click on the client we just added, you
  83. 2:49will see that all the things that we had
  84. 2:51on the onboarding flow have been carried
  85. 2:52over such as the check-ins, the
  86. 2:55training, the habits. So it's a nice way
  87. 2:57for you to package everything together
  88. 2:59and make on boarding so much easier. The
  89. 3:02other way you can use an onboarding flow
  90. 3:04is in packages. So if I go to my
  91. 3:06packages over here, you'll see we have
  92. 3:09three packages. And with these packages,
  93. 3:11you can connect the onboarding flow. So
  94. 3:13if I click on this package for example,
  95. 3:15you'll see we have the automation
  96. 3:17section. And this is where you can
  97. 3:19select the on boarding flow. So in this
  98. 3:21case, we have the 3 months program on
  99. 3:23boarding flow. And here you can get a
  100. 3:24preview of all the things that will be
  101. 3:26added to this client's profile once they
  102. 3:28purchase this package. So that is how
  103. 3:30you can use the onboarding flow to
  104. 3:32automate your onboarding whether adding
  105. 3:33a client manually or when a client is
  106. 3:35purchasing a package. The onboarding
  107. 3:37flow is a single trigger. So the content
  108. 3:40here is not synced to the client's
  109. 3:42profile. So once it's triggered, you can
  110. 3:43then make further modifications to the
  111. 3:45client's profile and any changes made to
  112. 3:47the onboarding flow in the future does
  113. 3:48not affect the client's profile. If you
  114. 3:50have any questions, feel free to leave
  115. 3:52them in the comments below.
