  1. 0:02hey guys in this video we will be
  2. 0:04looking at the hfit client app so we're
  3. 0:07going to cover everything to do with the
  4. 0:08app we're going to start off with the
  5. 0:10dashboard which is here then the
  6. 0:12training habits nutrition and your
  7. 0:16profile tab so the first thing you'll
  8. 0:17see when you're on the dashboard which
  9. 0:19is the screen we're on is your
  10. 0:20notifications here and your messaging
  11. 0:23here now if I click on notifications
  12. 0:25you'll see your notifications and you
  13. 0:27can click on them to open them up so if
  14. 0:30I just go back and the main part of the
  15. 0:32dashboard is the tasks now what the
  16. 0:34tasks is it's um a collection of area
  17. 0:38where you have things due that day so
  18. 0:39for example we have some habits that are
  19. 0:41due today and we have a daily check-in
  20. 0:43that is due today now this is just like
  21. 0:46a shortcut area and what I mean by that
  22. 0:48is if you do not fill this in today you
  23. 0:51can always go back to your habit and
  24. 0:52fill it in and again if you forget to
  25. 0:54fill in your daily check-in you can
  26. 0:56always go and do that from your profile
  27. 0:59tab so I will show you first of all how
  28. 1:02you can access it from your task area so
  29. 1:05let's say we want to fill in our um
  30. 1:08drink water habit I can click this icon
  31. 1:10and you'll see this pops up so you have
  32. 1:12a couple options here this you can click
  33. 1:15to add a memo so if you want to add like
  34. 1:17a certain notes for your coach to see
  35. 1:19here you can reset the Habit back to
  36. 1:21zero if you just want to um start again
  37. 1:24and this is where you can add so if I
  38. 1:25click on ADD I can add something let's
  39. 1:28say I just drank two cups of water I can
  40. 1:30click two and do add you can see here it
  41. 1:34updates um so we drank two let's say I
  42. 1:38drank um six now I'll add six so now
  43. 1:41we've reached our goal of eight cups and
  44. 1:44you will see this update here so if I
  45. 1:47just close this down so that's how you
  46. 1:48can enter your habits and you can do
  47. 1:50that from here again you can always do
  48. 1:51that from the dedicated habits tab that
  49. 1:53we will get to next you'll see you can
  50. 1:56also do your checkins from here so if
  51. 1:57you have a checkin du today you'll see
  52. 2:00so if I click add checkin and here you
  53. 2:04can fill in your answers and what you'll
  54. 2:06see here
  55. 2:07is you have um all these different types
  56. 2:11of questions now I'm just going to go
  57. 2:13ahead and click submit I'm going to
  58. 2:14submit an empty check-in like so and
  59. 2:18here you'll see we just submitted our
  60. 2:19check-in this is completed um and we're
  61. 2:22at 67% and I can always view my check-in
  62. 2:26by clicking this my completed check-in
  63. 2:28if for whatever reason I want to to
  64. 2:31delete it I can delete it from here and
  65. 2:32and redo that
  66. 2:34check-in so that's habits and checkin
  67. 2:37from your uh tasks next you'll have is
  68. 2:40your community so if your coach adds you
  69. 2:42to community you'll be able to see it
  70. 2:43from here you can click on this and here
  71. 2:46you'll see um any posts made by
  72. 2:48community members and you can also post
  73. 2:50something so I can click on here and I
  74. 2:52can make a post I can also like by
  75. 2:56clicking this and I can also leave a
  76. 2:58comment and then you'll see over here
  77. 3:00here you have resources so any resources
  78. 3:03that your coach puts into your Vault
  79. 3:05you'll be able to see from here so for
  80. 3:07example you see here I have two
  81. 3:08resources a loom video and a YouTube
  82. 3:11video and over here you'll see
  83. 3:13collections so collections is just a
  84. 3:15collection of resources so here for
  85. 3:17example I'm in a collection called
  86. 3:18getting started and if I click this
  87. 3:21these are the resources that are in this
  88. 3:22collection so I just have some things to
  89. 3:24do with my check-ins and the video on
  90. 3:27habits so if I just close this um over
  91. 3:31here you have your notes so here is
  92. 3:33where your coach can add notes for you
  93. 3:35so if I just click on view all I can
  94. 3:39view all the notes that my coach has
  95. 3:42added so that's the dashboard and you
  96. 3:45get your tasks your your resources and
  97. 3:47your notes let's now jump into the
  98. 3:51training so this here is the training
  99. 3:53area so if I click on this you'll see
  100. 3:57here we have one workout now this
  101. 4:00workout is a full body workout and if
  102. 4:02there's a description attached you can
  103. 4:04view the description by clicking this
  104. 4:07but we'll go ahead and click on this
  105. 4:09workout and what you'll see is you can
  106. 4:11swipe between all the different workouts
  107. 4:13so for example we have chest back arms
  108. 4:16and legs just go back to the first
  109. 4:19workout what you will see here is you
  110. 4:21have a quick summary so for we have here
  111. 4:236 ex sizes one super set and one section
  112. 4:26we have the workout description and if I
  113. 4:29scroll here
  114. 4:30you can see all your exercises so the
  115. 4:33first thing you'll notice is that you
  116. 4:34can click on an exercise to view more
  117. 4:37information on that and over here you'll
  118. 4:40see you have a section called warmup so
  119. 4:42this is where it starts this is where it
  120. 4:44ends and then you have normal excises
  121. 4:47over here you can see you have a super
  122. 4:51set and yeah then there's another
  123. 4:53exercise if you want to record this
  124. 4:55workout you can click this start workout
  125. 4:58button and what you'll see here is you
  126. 5:01have your exercises so for example here
  127. 5:02you have your warmup if I swipe here I
  128. 5:05have my next exercise so you can track
  129. 5:07as your working out and just swipe
  130. 5:09between it so what I want to show you is
  131. 5:12how this works so for example here we
  132. 5:14have a our super set we have two
  133. 5:16exercises I can record by entering the
  134. 5:20values here so let's say we just done 50
  135. 5:23kg for this and we done 10 reps and then
  136. 5:26for our next exercise in the super set
  137. 5:29we done 20K G and we doing 12 so this
  138. 5:33here is for the first exercise which is
  139. 5:35this and this is for the second exercise
  140. 5:38and if I want to add another set I can
  141. 5:40do add set and it adds it what's nice is
  142. 5:44that it pre-fills it um based on your
  143. 5:46last set but you can always go back and
  144. 5:48just modify it let's say we done less
  145. 5:50sets here I can modify it and you'll
  146. 5:53have a note icon here for each exercise
  147. 5:55what this allows you to do is add a
  148. 5:57specific comment and so you can tell
  149. 5:59your coach if you've struggled let's say
  150. 6:02on this specific exercise you can always
  151. 6:04add it here and you'll see this trophy
  152. 6:07icon here this allows you to see a
  153. 6:09history of everything you've recorded
  154. 6:12for this exercise so for example for and
  155. 6:15this bench press I can see that I've
  156. 6:18done it in a on the 15th of July and I
  157. 6:22can view on a graph as well so that's
  158. 6:25always there for you conveniently to
  159. 6:27just view as you're working out over
  160. 6:30here you have a timer so you can um have
  161. 6:32start a timer if you're if you're
  162. 6:34resting here you can pause the workout
  163. 6:36and if you just want to end the workout
  164. 6:38and not save it you can click this and
  165. 6:40but I'll just go ahead and cancel that
  166. 6:42what I'll do is I'll show you how you
  167. 6:44can end this workout so let's say you've
  168. 6:46completed everything you swipe through
  169. 6:47it you'll reach this final screen over
  170. 6:50here you can add a comment so if you
  171. 6:51want your coach to like um this was a
  172. 6:55great workout you can always leave a
  173. 6:58comment for them and then finish finish
  174. 7:01so just like that I finish my workout
  175. 7:03here you'll see a quick summary of The
  176. 7:04Workout the note that you've added and
  177. 7:06all the exercises that you've done so
  178. 7:10that's how you can record and view your
  179. 7:13workout over here you have history so
  180. 7:15you can always go back for example if I
  181. 7:18just click on uh workouts you'll see
  182. 7:21this is the workout we just completed
  183. 7:23and I can click on it and view that
  184. 7:26workout so you have a full history of
  185. 7:28all your workouts you've ever done you
  186. 7:30also have a history for all your
  187. 7:32exercises so if I click on exercises
  188. 7:34you'll see here for example this is one
  189. 7:37exercise we just done and I can always
  190. 7:39view all the history for that specific
  191. 7:42exercise you can also flick through the
  192. 7:44different measurement so we were
  193. 7:47recording both reps and weights so we
  194. 7:48can always flick through those two so
  195. 7:52that's training um you can record your
  196. 7:54workouts you can view your history and
  197. 7:57um if there's multiple workouts you'll
  198. 7:59see them here but at the moment we only
  199. 8:00have one full body
  200. 8:03workout next up is habits so you have a
  201. 8:06habits tab here so if I just
  202. 8:10refresh the first thing you'll see here
  203. 8:12is a overview screen so you'll see all
  204. 8:13your habits we have a habit here that
  205. 8:16still hasn't started so if I try click
  206. 8:17on this it will say this habit is not
  207. 8:19available yet but then you'll see these
  208. 8:21habits and you can see the streak that
  209. 8:24you're on if I come down here I can see
  210. 8:26an overview how many habits I've
  211. 8:28completed my longest streak and here
  212. 8:30you'll get a nice graph to show you your
  213. 8:33monthly activity so anytime you complete
  214. 8:35a habit on a given day you'll just
  215. 8:36highlight it to show your
  216. 8:39activity but what you can do is you can
  217. 8:41click on a specific habit so let's click
  218. 8:43on drink water and here you'll be able
  219. 8:46to see a full overview so again this is
  220. 8:49similar to what you saw in in the
  221. 8:51dashboard so it works the same and but
  222. 8:53if you again if you forget to fill
  223. 8:54something on a specific day you're so
  224. 8:57it's not in your tasks you can always
  225. 8:58come back here and fill it in from here
  226. 9:00the first thing you'll see is you have
  227. 9:03um this here so here you can click on
  228. 9:06more info to get more info so what days
  229. 9:08this is scheduled for the description
  230. 9:11and any other information that your
  231. 9:12coach attaches to this habit and you'll
  232. 9:15see here it says we've completed our
  233. 9:17daily habit a goal which is eight cups
  234. 9:20and we've completed that here you'll see
  235. 9:24a history um so you'll see a graph of of
  236. 9:27your history for that habit but what's
  237. 9:29nice is you have this calendar icon and
  238. 9:31if I click on this I'll be able to
  239. 9:34view um a calendar for all the days I
  240. 9:37submit a habit now if if you didn't
  241. 9:39submit a habit let's say you forgot to
  242. 9:41submit something 2 days ago you can
  243. 9:43always come back here and just fill it
  244. 9:45so let's say on the 11th I want to fill
  245. 9:47something I can click on it and proceed
  246. 9:50with filling it in so yeah if you ever
  247. 9:52forget to fill something in from a
  248. 9:54couple of days ago you can always come
  249. 9:56back here and back fill the data and
  250. 9:58next you'll see here you have a nice set
  251. 10:00of metrics for this specific habit so
  252. 10:03the first thing you'll see is how many
  253. 10:04times you've completed this habit so
  254. 10:06this says 5 days so you'll see here
  255. 10:08we've done it for 5 days and we've hit
  256. 10:11the target on 5 days so that's what
  257. 10:13you'll see here next is our completion
  258. 10:15rate so we're 100% our current streak
  259. 10:19our best streak the total volume and the
  260. 10:22average so yeah that's for habits and
  261. 10:25that's you can see your metrics you can
  262. 10:27back fill data and you can view all your
  263. 10:29habits and overview from here so that's
  264. 10:32in the habits tab next up is the
  265. 10:35nutrition tab so over here in nutrition
  266. 10:38if I just go ahead and click on that
  267. 10:40you'll see your meals so the first thing
  268. 10:44that you'll see here is that you can
  269. 10:45switch between your meals so let's say
  270. 10:47you have more than one meal in this case
  271. 10:49we have rest Day meal plan and a
  272. 10:51Training Day meal plan you can always
  273. 10:53switch between
  274. 10:54them here you'll see your description
  275. 10:56for the meal but then the main part is
  276. 10:59your macros and your meals now you'll
  277. 11:03see here for each meal we have multiple
  278. 11:05options so we can flick through the
  279. 11:08options and your Macros will update in
  280. 11:10real time based on the meal that you're
  281. 11:12onun so if you see this as I'm
  282. 11:15switching the macros is being updated
  283. 11:18now I can go ahead and click on a meal
  284. 11:20let's say for example I click on the
  285. 11:22snack
  286. 11:23meal and it will pop open and I can view
  287. 11:27more information on this meal so here
  288. 11:30you'll see any descriptions the macros
  289. 11:34and then the specific ingredients with
  290. 11:36all the macros breakdown um so again you
  291. 11:39can go to any meal so let's go to option
  292. 11:42two we have for breakfast and I can
  293. 11:44click on this and view this meal so I'll
  294. 11:48go ahead and close
  295. 11:49this so that's for nutrition and next
  296. 11:53I'll show you is your profile tab so if
  297. 11:55I click on profile here and just
  298. 11:58refresh you'll see here um you have your
  299. 12:02profile picture so you can always change
  300. 12:03your profile picture from here over here
  301. 12:05you'll see how many workouts you've done
  302. 12:07in total and how many check-ins you've
  303. 12:08done in total now um you can always do
  304. 12:11your check-ins from the tasks on the on
  305. 12:14the day that is due um like we covered
  306. 12:16in the dashboard but if for some reason
  307. 12:18you forget to submit it let's say and it
  308. 12:20was due yesterday you can always come
  309. 12:22back here and fill it from here so to do
  310. 12:24that you can just click on this and you
  311. 12:28can go ahead and fill in that
  312. 12:31checkin if you want to view history of
  313. 12:33your check-ins you can click on this I
  314. 12:35can do view history and I can view my
  315. 12:38history so if your if your coach
  316. 12:40attaches a comment to a check-in or
  317. 12:42something you can always come here and
  318. 12:44view them so if I go ahead and click on
  319. 12:46this this is an empty check-in but yeah
  320. 12:49you can always view your history from
  321. 12:52here over here you'll see your metrics
  322. 12:54so here we have our weight metrics if I
  323. 12:57want to flick between different metrics
  324. 12:59I can click on this so here you'll see
  325. 13:00we have two different metrics weight and
  326. 13:03body
  327. 13:04weight and I can view a full history by
  328. 13:07clicking on this so if I click on this I
  329. 13:09can see a full breakdown for my weight
  330. 13:12the days it was added and the values it
  331. 13:14was on that day now if I want to add to
  332. 13:17this metric I can click on this here and
  333. 13:20I can go ahead and select let's say I
  334. 13:22want to log that I'm 9kg and I'll do add
  335. 13:26um so yeah that's
  336. 13:28metrics over over here you have your
  337. 13:30gallery so here's where you can upload
  338. 13:32your progress photos you can add your
  339. 13:34progress photos from here and if you
  340. 13:36want to view your photos you want to
  341. 13:39open it up you can do do so by clicking
  342. 13:41that button and if you want to compare
  343. 13:43your photos you can click on this
  344. 13:44comparison here and then hopefully it
  345. 13:46will have your photos side by side and
  346. 13:48you can flick through them to view your
  347. 13:51progress over time so this is
  348. 13:53automatically done for you it makes
  349. 13:56tracking your progress a lot easier and
  350. 13:58the final thing is settings so you have
  351. 14:01your settings here I can go ahead and
  352. 14:03click on settings so here you can change
  353. 14:05your name you can change your language
  354. 14:08and we support multiple different
  355. 14:09languages so you can pick any language
  356. 14:11and the entire app will change to that
  357. 14:13language and then here you can do your
  358. 14:15Integrations so if you want to integrate
  359. 14:17with chronometer you can just click on
  360. 14:20this click connect and it will open up
  361. 14:23the chronometer app for you where you
  362. 14:24can just hit approve a similar idea with
  363. 14:28Fitbit and and apple health so yeah your
  364. 14:32Integrations are done straight from here
  365. 14:34just click whatever integration and
  366. 14:36click connect so that's everything you
  367. 14:38need to know to get started with the
  368. 14:40client app feel free to ask any
