- 0:02hey guys in this video we will be
- 0:04looking at the hfit client app so we're
- 0:07going to cover everything to do with the
- 0:08app we're going to start off with the
- 0:10dashboard which is here then the
- 0:12training habits nutrition and your
- 0:16profile tab so the first thing you'll
- 0:17see when you're on the dashboard which
- 0:19is the screen we're on is your
- 0:20notifications here and your messaging
- 0:23here now if I click on notifications
- 0:25you'll see your notifications and you
- 0:27can click on them to open them up so if
- 0:30I just go back and the main part of the
- 0:32dashboard is the tasks now what the
- 0:34tasks is it's um a collection of area
- 0:38where you have things due that day so
- 0:39for example we have some habits that are
- 0:41due today and we have a daily check-in
- 0:43that is due today now this is just like
- 0:46a shortcut area and what I mean by that
- 0:48is if you do not fill this in today you
- 0:51can always go back to your habit and
- 0:52fill it in and again if you forget to
- 0:54fill in your daily check-in you can
- 0:56always go and do that from your profile
- 0:59tab so I will show you first of all how
- 1:02you can access it from your task area so
- 1:05let's say we want to fill in our um
- 1:08drink water habit I can click this icon
- 1:10and you'll see this pops up so you have
- 1:12a couple options here this you can click
- 1:15to add a memo so if you want to add like
- 1:17a certain notes for your coach to see
- 1:19here you can reset the Habit back to
- 1:21zero if you just want to um start again
- 1:24and this is where you can add so if I
- 1:25click on ADD I can add something let's
- 1:28say I just drank two cups of water I can
- 1:30click two and do add you can see here it
- 1:34updates um so we drank two let's say I
- 1:38drank um six now I'll add six so now
- 1:41we've reached our goal of eight cups and
- 1:44you will see this update here so if I
- 1:47just close this down so that's how you
- 1:48can enter your habits and you can do
- 1:50that from here again you can always do
- 1:51that from the dedicated habits tab that
- 1:53we will get to next you'll see you can
- 1:56also do your checkins from here so if
- 1:57you have a checkin du today you'll see
- 2:00so if I click add checkin and here you
- 2:04can fill in your answers and what you'll
- 2:06see here
- 2:07is you have um all these different types
- 2:11of questions now I'm just going to go
- 2:13ahead and click submit I'm going to
- 2:14submit an empty check-in like so and
- 2:18here you'll see we just submitted our
- 2:19check-in this is completed um and we're
- 2:22at 67% and I can always view my check-in
- 2:26by clicking this my completed check-in
- 2:28if for whatever reason I want to to
- 2:31delete it I can delete it from here and
- 2:32and redo that
- 2:34check-in so that's habits and checkin
- 2:37from your uh tasks next you'll have is
- 2:40your community so if your coach adds you
- 2:42to community you'll be able to see it
- 2:43from here you can click on this and here
- 2:46you'll see um any posts made by
- 2:48community members and you can also post
- 2:50something so I can click on here and I
- 2:52can make a post I can also like by
- 2:56clicking this and I can also leave a
- 2:58comment and then you'll see over here
- 3:00here you have resources so any resources
- 3:03that your coach puts into your Vault
- 3:05you'll be able to see from here so for
- 3:07example you see here I have two
- 3:08resources a loom video and a YouTube
- 3:11video and over here you'll see
- 3:13collections so collections is just a
- 3:15collection of resources so here for
- 3:17example I'm in a collection called
- 3:18getting started and if I click this
- 3:21these are the resources that are in this
- 3:22collection so I just have some things to
- 3:24do with my check-ins and the video on
- 3:27habits so if I just close this um over
- 3:31here you have your notes so here is
- 3:33where your coach can add notes for you
- 3:35so if I just click on view all I can
- 3:39view all the notes that my coach has
- 3:42added so that's the dashboard and you
- 3:45get your tasks your your resources and
- 3:47your notes let's now jump into the
- 3:51training so this here is the training
- 3:53area so if I click on this you'll see
- 3:57here we have one workout now this
- 4:00workout is a full body workout and if
- 4:02there's a description attached you can
- 4:04view the description by clicking this
- 4:07but we'll go ahead and click on this
- 4:09workout and what you'll see is you can
- 4:11swipe between all the different workouts
- 4:13so for example we have chest back arms
- 4:16and legs just go back to the first
- 4:19workout what you will see here is you
- 4:21have a quick summary so for we have here
- 4:236 ex sizes one super set and one section
- 4:26we have the workout description and if I
- 4:29scroll here
- 4:30you can see all your exercises so the
- 4:33first thing you'll notice is that you
- 4:34can click on an exercise to view more
- 4:37information on that and over here you'll
- 4:40see you have a section called warmup so
- 4:42this is where it starts this is where it
- 4:44ends and then you have normal excises
- 4:47over here you can see you have a super
- 4:51set and yeah then there's another
- 4:53exercise if you want to record this
- 4:55workout you can click this start workout
- 4:58button and what you'll see here is you
- 5:01have your exercises so for example here
- 5:02you have your warmup if I swipe here I
- 5:05have my next exercise so you can track
- 5:07as your working out and just swipe
- 5:09between it so what I want to show you is
- 5:12how this works so for example here we
- 5:14have a our super set we have two
- 5:16exercises I can record by entering the
- 5:20values here so let's say we just done 50
- 5:23kg for this and we done 10 reps and then
- 5:26for our next exercise in the super set
- 5:29we done 20K G and we doing 12 so this
- 5:33here is for the first exercise which is
- 5:35this and this is for the second exercise
- 5:38and if I want to add another set I can
- 5:40do add set and it adds it what's nice is
- 5:44that it pre-fills it um based on your
- 5:46last set but you can always go back and
- 5:48just modify it let's say we done less
- 5:50sets here I can modify it and you'll
- 5:53have a note icon here for each exercise
- 5:55what this allows you to do is add a
- 5:57specific comment and so you can tell
- 5:59your coach if you've struggled let's say
- 6:02on this specific exercise you can always
- 6:04add it here and you'll see this trophy
- 6:07icon here this allows you to see a
- 6:09history of everything you've recorded
- 6:12for this exercise so for example for and
- 6:15this bench press I can see that I've
- 6:18done it in a on the 15th of July and I
- 6:22can view on a graph as well so that's
- 6:25always there for you conveniently to
- 6:27just view as you're working out over
- 6:30here you have a timer so you can um have
- 6:32start a timer if you're if you're
- 6:34resting here you can pause the workout
- 6:36and if you just want to end the workout
- 6:38and not save it you can click this and
- 6:40but I'll just go ahead and cancel that
- 6:42what I'll do is I'll show you how you
- 6:44can end this workout so let's say you've
- 6:46completed everything you swipe through
- 6:47it you'll reach this final screen over
- 6:50here you can add a comment so if you
- 6:51want your coach to like um this was a
- 6:55great workout you can always leave a
- 6:58comment for them and then finish finish
- 7:01so just like that I finish my workout
- 7:03here you'll see a quick summary of The
- 7:04Workout the note that you've added and
- 7:06all the exercises that you've done so
- 7:10that's how you can record and view your
- 7:13workout over here you have history so
- 7:15you can always go back for example if I
- 7:18just click on uh workouts you'll see
- 7:21this is the workout we just completed
- 7:23and I can click on it and view that
- 7:26workout so you have a full history of
- 7:28all your workouts you've ever done you
- 7:30also have a history for all your
- 7:32exercises so if I click on exercises
- 7:34you'll see here for example this is one
- 7:37exercise we just done and I can always
- 7:39view all the history for that specific
- 7:42exercise you can also flick through the
- 7:44different measurement so we were
- 7:47recording both reps and weights so we
- 7:48can always flick through those two so
- 7:52that's training um you can record your
- 7:54workouts you can view your history and
- 7:57um if there's multiple workouts you'll
- 7:59see them here but at the moment we only
- 8:00have one full body
- 8:03workout next up is habits so you have a
- 8:06habits tab here so if I just
- 8:10refresh the first thing you'll see here
- 8:12is a overview screen so you'll see all
- 8:13your habits we have a habit here that
- 8:16still hasn't started so if I try click
- 8:17on this it will say this habit is not
- 8:19available yet but then you'll see these
- 8:21habits and you can see the streak that
- 8:24you're on if I come down here I can see
- 8:26an overview how many habits I've
- 8:28completed my longest streak and here
- 8:30you'll get a nice graph to show you your
- 8:33monthly activity so anytime you complete
- 8:35a habit on a given day you'll just
- 8:36highlight it to show your
- 8:39activity but what you can do is you can
- 8:41click on a specific habit so let's click
- 8:43on drink water and here you'll be able
- 8:46to see a full overview so again this is
- 8:49similar to what you saw in in the
- 8:51dashboard so it works the same and but
- 8:53if you again if you forget to fill
- 8:54something on a specific day you're so
- 8:57it's not in your tasks you can always
- 8:58come back here and fill it in from here
- 9:00the first thing you'll see is you have
- 9:03um this here so here you can click on
- 9:06more info to get more info so what days
- 9:08this is scheduled for the description
- 9:11and any other information that your
- 9:12coach attaches to this habit and you'll
- 9:15see here it says we've completed our
- 9:17daily habit a goal which is eight cups
- 9:20and we've completed that here you'll see
- 9:24a history um so you'll see a graph of of
- 9:27your history for that habit but what's
- 9:29nice is you have this calendar icon and
- 9:31if I click on this I'll be able to
- 9:34view um a calendar for all the days I
- 9:37submit a habit now if if you didn't
- 9:39submit a habit let's say you forgot to
- 9:41submit something 2 days ago you can
- 9:43always come back here and just fill it
- 9:45so let's say on the 11th I want to fill
- 9:47something I can click on it and proceed
- 9:50with filling it in so yeah if you ever
- 9:52forget to fill something in from a
- 9:54couple of days ago you can always come
- 9:56back here and back fill the data and
- 9:58next you'll see here you have a nice set
- 10:00of metrics for this specific habit so
- 10:03the first thing you'll see is how many
- 10:04times you've completed this habit so
- 10:06this says 5 days so you'll see here
- 10:08we've done it for 5 days and we've hit
- 10:11the target on 5 days so that's what
- 10:13you'll see here next is our completion
- 10:15rate so we're 100% our current streak
- 10:19our best streak the total volume and the
- 10:22average so yeah that's for habits and
- 10:25that's you can see your metrics you can
- 10:27back fill data and you can view all your
- 10:29habits and overview from here so that's
- 10:32in the habits tab next up is the
- 10:35nutrition tab so over here in nutrition
- 10:38if I just go ahead and click on that
- 10:40you'll see your meals so the first thing
- 10:44that you'll see here is that you can
- 10:45switch between your meals so let's say
- 10:47you have more than one meal in this case
- 10:49we have rest Day meal plan and a
- 10:51Training Day meal plan you can always
- 10:53switch between
- 10:54them here you'll see your description
- 10:56for the meal but then the main part is
- 10:59your macros and your meals now you'll
- 11:03see here for each meal we have multiple
- 11:05options so we can flick through the
- 11:08options and your Macros will update in
- 11:10real time based on the meal that you're
- 11:12onun so if you see this as I'm
- 11:15switching the macros is being updated
- 11:18now I can go ahead and click on a meal
- 11:20let's say for example I click on the
- 11:22snack
- 11:23meal and it will pop open and I can view
- 11:27more information on this meal so here
- 11:30you'll see any descriptions the macros
- 11:34and then the specific ingredients with
- 11:36all the macros breakdown um so again you
- 11:39can go to any meal so let's go to option
- 11:42two we have for breakfast and I can
- 11:44click on this and view this meal so I'll
- 11:48go ahead and close
- 11:49this so that's for nutrition and next
- 11:53I'll show you is your profile tab so if
- 11:55I click on profile here and just
- 11:58refresh you'll see here um you have your
- 12:02profile picture so you can always change
- 12:03your profile picture from here over here
- 12:05you'll see how many workouts you've done
- 12:07in total and how many check-ins you've
- 12:08done in total now um you can always do
- 12:11your check-ins from the tasks on the on
- 12:14the day that is due um like we covered
- 12:16in the dashboard but if for some reason
- 12:18you forget to submit it let's say and it
- 12:20was due yesterday you can always come
- 12:22back here and fill it from here so to do
- 12:24that you can just click on this and you
- 12:28can go ahead and fill in that
- 12:31checkin if you want to view history of
- 12:33your check-ins you can click on this I
- 12:35can do view history and I can view my
- 12:38history so if your if your coach
- 12:40attaches a comment to a check-in or
- 12:42something you can always come here and
- 12:44view them so if I go ahead and click on
- 12:46this this is an empty check-in but yeah
- 12:49you can always view your history from
- 12:52here over here you'll see your metrics
- 12:54so here we have our weight metrics if I
- 12:57want to flick between different metrics
- 12:59I can click on this so here you'll see
- 13:00we have two different metrics weight and
- 13:03body
- 13:04weight and I can view a full history by
- 13:07clicking on this so if I click on this I
- 13:09can see a full breakdown for my weight
- 13:12the days it was added and the values it
- 13:14was on that day now if I want to add to
- 13:17this metric I can click on this here and
- 13:20I can go ahead and select let's say I
- 13:22want to log that I'm 9kg and I'll do add
- 13:26um so yeah that's
- 13:28metrics over over here you have your
- 13:30gallery so here's where you can upload
- 13:32your progress photos you can add your
- 13:34progress photos from here and if you
- 13:36want to view your photos you want to
- 13:39open it up you can do do so by clicking
- 13:41that button and if you want to compare
- 13:43your photos you can click on this
- 13:44comparison here and then hopefully it
- 13:46will have your photos side by side and
- 13:48you can flick through them to view your
- 13:51progress over time so this is
- 13:53automatically done for you it makes
- 13:56tracking your progress a lot easier and
- 13:58the final thing is settings so you have
- 14:01your settings here I can go ahead and
- 14:03click on settings so here you can change
- 14:05your name you can change your language
- 14:08and we support multiple different
- 14:09languages so you can pick any language
- 14:11and the entire app will change to that
- 14:13language and then here you can do your
- 14:15Integrations so if you want to integrate
- 14:17with chronometer you can just click on
- 14:20this click connect and it will open up
- 14:23the chronometer app for you where you
- 14:24can just hit approve a similar idea with
- 14:28Fitbit and and apple health so yeah your
- 14:32Integrations are done straight from here
- 14:34just click whatever integration and
- 14:36click connect so that's everything you
- 14:38need to know to get started with the
- 14:40client app feel free to ask any
- 14:43questions if you have any and yeah best
