- 0:03hey guys in this video we're going to be
- 0:04looking at hfit exercise Library I'm
- 0:07going to be showing you the existing
- 0:08hfit exercises how you can add a new
- 0:10exercise and how you can use the
- 0:12exercise Library when creating a workout
- 0:14the first thing to highlight is that
- 0:15hfit exercise library has 5,700
- 0:19exercises all 5,700 exercises have the
- 0:22exact same format of videos and that's
- 0:25these illustrations that you see here so
- 0:27all 5,700 exercises have these so in the
- 0:30exercise Library you'll see that you
- 0:32have the exercises here now you can
- 0:35click on this to get a quick preview of
- 0:38the video or you can click on the
- 0:40exercise itself to have the popup come
- 0:42up with the exercise information so for
- 0:44example if I click on this I can see the
- 0:46instructions I can see the name and I
- 0:49can see the fields now these are grayed
- 0:50out because you can't edit these since
- 0:53they are the default H for exercise
- 0:55library but if you add your own
- 0:56exercises you can then modify these and
- 0:59here you'll see the video and you can
- 1:00click on it to view the video over here
- 1:03you'll see you can filter for exercises
- 1:05so for example if I click on this I can
- 1:07filter for equipment types I can filter
- 1:10for main muscle types I can also filter
- 1:12for exercise types so for example let's
- 1:14say we want to filter for cardio and if
- 1:17I see here we have a running exercise we
- 1:20have running on a treadmill and here we
- 1:22have walking on a treadmill and as you
- 1:24can see the illustrations for all these
- 1:26exercises are very consistent the
- 1:28searching is very fast so if I I search
- 1:30you'll see it's all instant but let's
- 1:34search for bench
- 1:36press you'll see here you have all these
- 1:38varieties again these are all the
- 1:40existent hopeit
- 1:42exercises and you have a bunch of
- 1:45variety here so let's assume for
- 1:49whatever reason out of these 5,700
- 1:52exercises there's one that you need that
- 1:54does not exist or maybe you just want to
- 1:56use your own videos You'll see this add
- 1:58exercise option and if you click on this
- 2:01you'll be prompted to add an exercise
- 2:03now you can add the name here and then
- 2:05any instructions for your client then
- 2:07you can add these fields they're not
- 2:08required but it will help you with
- 2:10filtering when you're looking through
- 2:11your exercises and then you can either
- 2:13add a YouTube link or a custom video now
- 2:15if you add a YouTube link that plays
- 2:17directly in the app the same as a custom
- 2:19video so now let's go ahead and see what
- 2:21it's like to use the exercise Library
- 2:24when creating a workout so I have a push
- 2:26pull leg workout here I'm going to go
- 2:27ahead and click on it and now let's
- 2:29create our push day workout so you'll
- 2:32see on the left hand side you have the
- 2:34exercise Library so this is the same
- 2:36thing you saw on the exercises tab but
- 2:38it's in the workout Builder so you can
- 2:41easily drag and drop and search for your
- 2:43exercises you'll see here you can switch
- 2:44between grid and list now the grid makes
- 2:46it easy if you're looking through the
- 2:48animations so let's say for example we
- 2:50want bench press so you can see here we
- 2:53have all the different types of bench
- 2:54press let's say we specifically want
- 2:56things that have barbells in them and I
- 2:59can then just drag and and drop so
- 3:01that's one way you can add an exercise
- 3:03another way if you just do add exercise
- 3:05here and then you can search your
- 3:08exercise so let's say we want chest fly
- 3:11and I want a cable seated chest fly I
- 3:14can then just click on this so as you
- 3:17can see it's quite simple you can drag
- 3:18and drop you can just add an exercise
- 3:20now if there's an exercise that you want
- 3:22to add that does not exist instead of
- 3:23having to go to the exercise Library
- 3:25section you can just click on this new
- 3:27Option and that will prompt you to
- 3:29create an exercise similar to what it's
- 3:31like when you're in the exercise Library
- 3:33itself so that's everything related to
- 3:34the exercise Library there's over 5,000
- 3:37exercises every single one of the
- 3:39exercises come with a video illustration
- 3:41you can also add your own exercises if
- 3:43you have any questions or anything feel
- 3:45free to leave them in the comments below
