  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
  2. 0:04be looking at HubFit's exercise history.
  3. 0:07The exercise history allows you to view
  4. 0:09a client's history for all of their
  5. 0:11exercises. So they can track their
  6. 0:12workouts which will appear in the
  7. 0:14completed workouts and for each exercise
  8. 0:16you can view a full history for that
  9. 0:18exercise. So here you'll see we have all
  10. 0:20the exercises that this client has
  11. 0:22tracked in the past. We can search for
  12. 0:24specific exercises. Right now I have
  13. 0:26barbell incline bench press open. Here
  14. 0:29at the top you'll see a quick overview
  15. 0:31for this exercise. So you'll see their
  16. 0:32max weight, their max one rep max, the
  17. 0:35best volume they've done in a given
  18. 0:37session, and how many sessions they've
  19. 0:38tracked for this exercise. So in this
  20. 0:40case, we have two sessions. Over here
  21. 0:42you can see the chart. If you hover, you
  22. 0:44can see the different fields that they
  23. 0:47tracked. And you also have volume that
  24. 0:49is turned off by default, but you can
  25. 0:50turn it on. And you can also view the
  26. 0:53volume in the chart. If I scroll down to
  27. 0:55the bottom, I can view all the
  28. 0:57individual sessions that were tracked
  29. 0:59for the exercise. So, for example, there
  30. 1:01were two different sessions here. You
  31. 1:03can see in this chest and shoulder, they
  32. 1:04tracked this exercise. In this specific
  33. 1:07session, there was three PRs. You can
  34. 1:09see here that they hit a PR for their
  35. 1:11weight, and you can see the percentage
  36. 1:13increase. They've hit a PR for their one
  37. 1:14rep max, and they've hit a PR for their
  38. 1:16volume. If they attach a note to the
  39. 1:19exercise during a workout, you can view
  40. 1:20the client's notes over here. And here
  41. 1:22you can see the other session that was
  42. 1:24recorded for this exercise. You can view
  43. 1:26the exact workout that this session was
  44. 1:28tracked in. So for example, this was
  45. 1:30tracked in chest and shoulder workout.
  46. 1:32If you click this icon here, it will
  47. 1:34open up that workout that they
  48. 1:35completed. So here it highlights the
  49. 1:38exercise that we're looking at and it
  50. 1:39shows us the session that it was
  51. 1:41completed in. This way you can get more
  52. 1:43context for this exercise to see what it
  53. 1:46was done alongside with and you can
  54. 1:48review the full workout straight from
  55. 1:50the exercise history. So that is
  56. 1:52everything when it comes to the exercise
  57. 1:53history. Let's now switch over to the
  58. 1:55completed workouts to see the individual
  59. 1:57sessions and how the exercise history is
  60. 1:59displayed in there. So if I click this,
  61. 2:02you can see here this client has two
  62. 2:04workouts that they completed. Here we
  63. 2:06can see that this was completed in the
  64. 2:0724th of March and it has two PRs and
  65. 2:10they've also included a note in this
  66. 2:12workout. If I click this here, you can
  67. 2:14see that the workout pops up and we can
  68. 2:16view exactly what they completed. So
  69. 2:18here for example, we can see that they
  70. 2:20done a barbell incline bench press. We
  71. 2:22can see that the PR that they've added.
  72. 2:24We can see the notes that they added.
  73. 2:26And this is all within this one session.
  74. 2:28When you're viewing a workout that they
  75. 2:30completed, you have this history icon
  76. 2:32over here. This allows you to view their
  77. 2:34history for that exercise straight from
  78. 2:37the session. So if I click on this, I
  79. 2:39can view the full history for that
  80. 2:40exercise
  81. 2:42and I can click on this enlarge icon to
  82. 2:45view it with a graph. So here you can
  83. 2:48see this is the same view we just had,
  84. 2:50but you can view it directly from the
  85. 2:52session. Lastly, I'm going to show you
  86. 2:54how you can view the exercise history
  87. 2:56when building out the client's workout
  88. 2:58plan. So if I head over to their
  89. 3:00calendar to view their workouts, you'll
  90. 3:02see here we have a couple of workouts.
  91. 3:04I'll scroll to the bottom. I will go
  92. 3:07ahead and click on this workout here.
  93. 3:09Here you can see you have all the
  94. 3:11different exercises that you've given
  95. 3:12this client. So for example, we have
  96. 3:14this exercise in this workout. You will
  97. 3:16always see this icon when building the
  98. 3:19program for a client. And if I click on
  99. 3:20this, I can view the client's history
  100. 3:22for this exercise directly from the
  101. 3:24workout builder. So I can see here all
  102. 3:26the weights that they've done, the dates
  103. 3:27that they've done in their volume, and
  104. 3:30again I can click on this enlarge icon
  105. 3:31to view it in more detail. So here we
  106. 3:34can view the full exercise history for
  107. 3:36this exercise while building the
  108. 3:38workout. So that is everything when it
  109. 3:39comes to HubFit's exercise history. You

  111. 3:43single exercise that your client tracks.
