- 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
- 0:04be looking at HubFit's exercise history.
- 0:07The exercise history allows you to view
- 0:09a client's history for all of their
- 0:11exercises. So they can track their
- 0:12workouts which will appear in the
- 0:14completed workouts and for each exercise
- 0:16you can view a full history for that
- 0:18exercise. So here you'll see we have all
- 0:20the exercises that this client has
- 0:22tracked in the past. We can search for
- 0:24specific exercises. Right now I have
- 0:26barbell incline bench press open. Here
- 0:29at the top you'll see a quick overview
- 0:31for this exercise. So you'll see their
- 0:32max weight, their max one rep max, the
- 0:35best volume they've done in a given
- 0:37session, and how many sessions they've
- 0:38tracked for this exercise. So in this
- 0:40case, we have two sessions. Over here
- 0:42you can see the chart. If you hover, you
- 0:44can see the different fields that they
- 0:47tracked. And you also have volume that
- 0:49is turned off by default, but you can
- 0:50turn it on. And you can also view the
- 0:53volume in the chart. If I scroll down to
- 0:55the bottom, I can view all the
- 0:57individual sessions that were tracked
- 0:59for the exercise. So, for example, there
- 1:01were two different sessions here. You
- 1:03can see in this chest and shoulder, they
- 1:04tracked this exercise. In this specific
- 1:07session, there was three PRs. You can
- 1:09see here that they hit a PR for their
- 1:11weight, and you can see the percentage
- 1:13increase. They've hit a PR for their one
- 1:14rep max, and they've hit a PR for their
- 1:16volume. If they attach a note to the
- 1:19exercise during a workout, you can view
- 1:20the client's notes over here. And here
- 1:22you can see the other session that was
- 1:24recorded for this exercise. You can view
- 1:26the exact workout that this session was
- 1:28tracked in. So for example, this was
- 1:30tracked in chest and shoulder workout.
- 1:32If you click this icon here, it will
- 1:34open up that workout that they
- 1:35completed. So here it highlights the
- 1:38exercise that we're looking at and it
- 1:39shows us the session that it was
- 1:41completed in. This way you can get more
- 1:43context for this exercise to see what it
- 1:46was done alongside with and you can
- 1:48review the full workout straight from
- 1:50the exercise history. So that is
- 1:52everything when it comes to the exercise
- 1:53history. Let's now switch over to the
- 1:55completed workouts to see the individual
- 1:57sessions and how the exercise history is
- 1:59displayed in there. So if I click this,
- 2:02you can see here this client has two
- 2:04workouts that they completed. Here we
- 2:06can see that this was completed in the
- 2:0724th of March and it has two PRs and
- 2:10they've also included a note in this
- 2:12workout. If I click this here, you can
- 2:14see that the workout pops up and we can
- 2:16view exactly what they completed. So
- 2:18here for example, we can see that they
- 2:20done a barbell incline bench press. We
- 2:22can see that the PR that they've added.
- 2:24We can see the notes that they added.
- 2:26And this is all within this one session.
- 2:28When you're viewing a workout that they
- 2:30completed, you have this history icon
- 2:32over here. This allows you to view their
- 2:34history for that exercise straight from
- 2:37the session. So if I click on this, I
- 2:39can view the full history for that
- 2:40exercise
- 2:42and I can click on this enlarge icon to
- 2:45view it with a graph. So here you can
- 2:48see this is the same view we just had,
- 2:50but you can view it directly from the
- 2:52session. Lastly, I'm going to show you
- 2:54how you can view the exercise history
- 2:56when building out the client's workout
- 2:58plan. So if I head over to their
- 3:00calendar to view their workouts, you'll
- 3:02see here we have a couple of workouts.
- 3:04I'll scroll to the bottom. I will go
- 3:07ahead and click on this workout here.
- 3:09Here you can see you have all the
- 3:11different exercises that you've given
- 3:12this client. So for example, we have
- 3:14this exercise in this workout. You will
- 3:16always see this icon when building the
- 3:19program for a client. And if I click on
- 3:20this, I can view the client's history
- 3:22for this exercise directly from the
- 3:24workout builder. So I can see here all
- 3:26the weights that they've done, the dates
- 3:27that they've done in their volume, and
- 3:30again I can click on this enlarge icon
- 3:31to view it in more detail. So here we
- 3:34can view the full exercise history for
- 3:36this exercise while building the
- 3:38workout. So that is everything when it
- 3:39comes to HubFit's exercise history. You
- 3:41get a detailed breakdown for every
- 3:43single exercise that your client tracks.
- 3:45And you can always view this from the
- 3:47workout builder to make building
- 3:49workouts a lot easier. If you have any
- 3:51questions, feel free to leave them in
