  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
  2. 0:05show you Hopefitit's smart meal planner.
  3. 0:07Before I show you that, I want to show
  4. 0:09you where these meals are coming from.
  5. 0:10So, if I head over to the meals section
  6. 0:13here, you'll see explore recipes. If I
  7. 0:16click on this, you'll see HubFit has
  8. 0:18over 5,000 recipes, all with images. And
  9. 0:22each recipe comes with very detailed
  10. 0:25instructions with the ingredients. And
  11. 0:28what's nice is each these ingredients
  12. 0:29are individual ingredients. So you can
  13. 0:31modify it and update the macros in real
  14. 0:34time. So I'm going to go ahead and close
  15. 0:35that. But just showing you the reference
  16. 0:37where these meals are coming from. And
  17. 0:38because there's over 5,000, the smart
  18. 0:41meal planner works very well. So let's
  19. 0:43go ahead and go back to plans. So right
  20. 0:45now I'm in my library section. So this
  21. 0:48here is my personal meal plans that I
  22. 0:50have. And I can click on this smart meal
  23. 0:52planner. Here you'll see you can specify
  24. 0:55the calories. So, we have 2,000 calories
  25. 0:57set. You can specify the macro split.
  26. 0:59So, you have balanced, high protein, low
  27. 1:01carb, keto, lowfat, or you can just pick
  28. 1:04your own split. Here you can specify the
  29. 1:07number of meals that you want. Here you
  30. 1:08can specify the options per meal. So,
  31. 1:11for example, if I click on two, it means
  32. 1:12we will have four meals each with two
  33. 1:14different options. And then here you can
  34. 1:16pick dietary restrictions. So, for now,
  35. 1:18I'm going to go ahead with these options
  36. 1:20and I'm going to click on generate plan.
  37. 1:24You'll see here we have the macros for
  38. 1:26this meal. We asked for a 2,000 calorie
  39. 1:28meal and it gave us 1,968.
  40. 1:31Here you can see how much the calories
  41. 1:33was off by. So in this case it was only
  42. 1:35off by 32 calories. And then here you
  43. 1:37can see the rest of the macros. What's
  44. 1:39nice is once we save this meal, which I
  45. 1:40will show you, you can modify it to make
  46. 1:42it match your exact macros if you need
  47. 1:44to do so. Here you'll see the meal that
  48. 1:46was generated. Now for each meal, you
  49. 1:49have a swap option. So, if you're not
  50. 1:51happy with a specific meal, let's say we
  51. 1:53want to change this breakfast, I can do
  52. 1:55swap, swap, and I can keep swapping till
  53. 1:57I find something that I like. And as
  54. 2:00you're swapping, you'll see the macros
  55. 2:01here updates in real time. So, if I do
  56. 2:03swap, you can see that's much lower than
  57. 2:05what we wanted. So, let's hit swap
  58. 2:07again. We can keep swapping till we find
  59. 2:08something that we like. If you're not
  60. 2:10happy with the entire meal, you can hit
  61. 2:12regenerate and it will regenerate the
  62. 2:13full meal. So, here, for example,
  63. 2:15generated an entirely new meal. I can do
  64. 2:17regenerate again and I can hit
  65. 2:19regenerate one more time and here you
  66. 2:20can see we have this meal. You have this
  67. 2:22ingredient option if you want to see the
  68. 2:24ingredients in a specific meal. So here
  69. 2:26for example I can see this has 50 g of
  70. 2:28oats. So let's go ahead and save this
  71. 2:30meal. Here you can modify the meal plan
  72. 2:32name if you want. I'm going to save it
  73. 2:34as balanced meal plan. I'll hit save
  74. 2:36plan. So now this has saved into our own
  75. 2:39meal library. So we have it over here
  76. 2:41and I can go ahead and click on this
  77. 2:43meal and you can see this is the exact
  78. 2:44meal we just generated from the meal
  79. 2:46planner. What's really nice is that you
  80. 2:48can click on a meal and further modify
  81. 2:50this meal because the way the
  82. 2:52ingredients are given is individual. And
  83. 2:54if I for example want to increase the
  84. 2:56calories here, I could increase the
  85. 2:59servings for the oats. So for example,
  86. 3:01let's say instead of 50 g, we will do 60
  87. 3:03g. And you can see this modifies in real
  88. 3:05time. And here you have your
  89. 3:06instructions that are copied over as
  90. 3:08well. Now, if we go back to the meal
  91. 3:10planner, I want to show you the other
  92. 3:12option, which is being able to have
  93. 3:14alternative options for each meal. So,
  94. 3:17for example, let's say we will this time
  95. 3:19go ahead with a high protein meal. Stick
  96. 3:22to 2,000 calories, and we will pick four
  97. 3:24options per meal. I will go ahead and
  98. 3:26click generate meal plan.
  99. 3:29And here you can see we now have four
  100. 3:32options per meal. So, for breakfast, we
  101. 3:34have four different options. And if I
  102. 3:36scroll down, you'll see for lunch, we
  103. 3:39have four different options. And again,
  104. 3:41you can always swap out
  105. 3:44individual meals if you're not happy
  106. 3:45with them. If you're generating multiple
  107. 3:48options, so for example, we've generated
  108. 3:50four meals with four options each. The
  109. 3:52calories here will be based on the first
  110. 3:54option of each meal. Now, what you can
  111. 3:57do is save this meal plan. So, I'll go
  112. 3:58ahead and click save. And now we have
  113. 4:00this high protein plan. If I click on
  114. 4:02this, you'll see we have the meals with
  115. 4:05the four different options that was
  116. 4:06generated by the planner. And just like
  117. 4:08I showed you earlier, we can click on
  118. 4:09any meal. So let's switch out to this
  119. 4:11option here, option two. I can click on
  120. 4:13this and I can further modify it if we
  121. 4:15want to. So up until now, we've been
  122. 4:17creating this meal in our own library.
  123. 4:20So we have our nutrition plan library
  124. 4:22here. And then you can reuse these meals
  125. 4:24with your clients, but you can also use
  126. 4:26the smart meal planner directly in your
  127. 4:27client's profile. So, if I just go to my
  128. 4:29clients, I'll click on this client here.
  129. 4:32I'll go to the nutrition section. And
  130. 4:33here you can see you have the option to
  131. 4:35use the smart meal planner. So, that's
  132. 4:38everything when it comes to HubFit smart
