- 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
- 0:05show you Hopefitit's smart meal planner.
- 0:07Before I show you that, I want to show
- 0:09you where these meals are coming from.
- 0:10So, if I head over to the meals section
- 0:13here, you'll see explore recipes. If I
- 0:16click on this, you'll see HubFit has
- 0:18over 5,000 recipes, all with images. And
- 0:22each recipe comes with very detailed
- 0:25instructions with the ingredients. And
- 0:28what's nice is each these ingredients
- 0:29are individual ingredients. So you can
- 0:31modify it and update the macros in real
- 0:34time. So I'm going to go ahead and close
- 0:35that. But just showing you the reference
- 0:37where these meals are coming from. And
- 0:38because there's over 5,000, the smart
- 0:41meal planner works very well. So let's
- 0:43go ahead and go back to plans. So right
- 0:45now I'm in my library section. So this
- 0:48here is my personal meal plans that I
- 0:50have. And I can click on this smart meal
- 0:52planner. Here you'll see you can specify
- 0:55the calories. So, we have 2,000 calories
- 0:57set. You can specify the macro split.
- 0:59So, you have balanced, high protein, low
- 1:01carb, keto, lowfat, or you can just pick
- 1:04your own split. Here you can specify the
- 1:07number of meals that you want. Here you
- 1:08can specify the options per meal. So,
- 1:11for example, if I click on two, it means
- 1:12we will have four meals each with two
- 1:14different options. And then here you can
- 1:16pick dietary restrictions. So, for now,
- 1:18I'm going to go ahead with these options
- 1:20and I'm going to click on generate plan.
- 1:24You'll see here we have the macros for
- 1:26this meal. We asked for a 2,000 calorie
- 1:28meal and it gave us 1,968.
- 1:31Here you can see how much the calories
- 1:33was off by. So in this case it was only
- 1:35off by 32 calories. And then here you
- 1:37can see the rest of the macros. What's
- 1:39nice is once we save this meal, which I
- 1:40will show you, you can modify it to make
- 1:42it match your exact macros if you need
- 1:44to do so. Here you'll see the meal that
- 1:46was generated. Now for each meal, you
- 1:49have a swap option. So, if you're not
- 1:51happy with a specific meal, let's say we
- 1:53want to change this breakfast, I can do
- 1:55swap, swap, and I can keep swapping till
- 1:57I find something that I like. And as
- 2:00you're swapping, you'll see the macros
- 2:01here updates in real time. So, if I do
- 2:03swap, you can see that's much lower than
- 2:05what we wanted. So, let's hit swap
- 2:07again. We can keep swapping till we find
- 2:08something that we like. If you're not
- 2:10happy with the entire meal, you can hit
- 2:12regenerate and it will regenerate the
- 2:13full meal. So, here, for example,
- 2:15generated an entirely new meal. I can do
- 2:17regenerate again and I can hit
- 2:19regenerate one more time and here you
- 2:20can see we have this meal. You have this
- 2:22ingredient option if you want to see the
- 2:24ingredients in a specific meal. So here
- 2:26for example I can see this has 50 g of
- 2:28oats. So let's go ahead and save this
- 2:30meal. Here you can modify the meal plan
- 2:32name if you want. I'm going to save it
- 2:34as balanced meal plan. I'll hit save
- 2:36plan. So now this has saved into our own
- 2:39meal library. So we have it over here
- 2:41and I can go ahead and click on this
- 2:43meal and you can see this is the exact
- 2:44meal we just generated from the meal
- 2:46planner. What's really nice is that you
- 2:48can click on a meal and further modify
- 2:50this meal because the way the
- 2:52ingredients are given is individual. And
- 2:54if I for example want to increase the
- 2:56calories here, I could increase the
- 2:59servings for the oats. So for example,
- 3:01let's say instead of 50 g, we will do 60
- 3:03g. And you can see this modifies in real
- 3:05time. And here you have your
- 3:06instructions that are copied over as
- 3:08well. Now, if we go back to the meal
- 3:10planner, I want to show you the other
- 3:12option, which is being able to have
- 3:14alternative options for each meal. So,
- 3:17for example, let's say we will this time
- 3:19go ahead with a high protein meal. Stick
- 3:22to 2,000 calories, and we will pick four
- 3:24options per meal. I will go ahead and
- 3:26click generate meal plan.
- 3:29And here you can see we now have four
- 3:32options per meal. So, for breakfast, we
- 3:34have four different options. And if I
- 3:36scroll down, you'll see for lunch, we
- 3:39have four different options. And again,
- 3:41you can always swap out
- 3:44individual meals if you're not happy
- 3:45with them. If you're generating multiple
- 3:48options, so for example, we've generated
- 3:50four meals with four options each. The
- 3:52calories here will be based on the first
- 3:54option of each meal. Now, what you can
- 3:57do is save this meal plan. So, I'll go
- 3:58ahead and click save. And now we have
- 4:00this high protein plan. If I click on
- 4:02this, you'll see we have the meals with
- 4:05the four different options that was
- 4:06generated by the planner. And just like
- 4:08I showed you earlier, we can click on
- 4:09any meal. So let's switch out to this
- 4:11option here, option two. I can click on
- 4:13this and I can further modify it if we
- 4:15want to. So up until now, we've been
- 4:17creating this meal in our own library.
- 4:20So we have our nutrition plan library
- 4:22here. And then you can reuse these meals
- 4:24with your clients, but you can also use
- 4:26the smart meal planner directly in your
- 4:27client's profile. So, if I just go to my
- 4:29clients, I'll click on this client here.
- 4:32I'll go to the nutrition section. And
- 4:33here you can see you have the option to
- 4:35use the smart meal planner. So, that's
- 4:38everything when it comes to HubFit smart
