- 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
- 0:05show you Hope Fit's food access feature.
- 0:07The food access feature allows you to
- 0:09pick which foods in your library your
- 0:11clients have access to. I'm going to
- 0:12show you how this works from the coach
- 0:14side and then I'm going to show you how
- 0:16this looks like for your clients on the
- 0:17client's app. So here you'll see I am in
- 0:19the nutrition section of my library and
- 0:22I'm in the foods tab. Here is my
- 0:24personal library, so your personal
- 0:26library would appear in the foods tab
- 0:28and here you'll see you have a food
- 0:30access option. If I go ahead and click
- 0:32this, you'll see here you have all your
- 0:34foods and here you'll see all the foods
- 0:36that you've given clients permission to
- 0:38access. This would mean that they can
- 0:39access it in the nutrition tracker in
- 0:41the Hope Fit client's app. So let's go
- 0:43ahead and add some foods that we want
- 0:45our clients to have access to, so I'll
- 0:46just go ahead and click
- 0:48on a couple of these here
- 0:50and now you can see we have these
- 0:52options available for the clients.
- 0:55I am now going to switch over to the
- 0:56client's app to show you how the clients
- 0:58can view and access this food library
- 1:01that you've given them. I am now logged
- 1:03in to the client's app and I am
- 1:05currently in the nutrition tab of the
- 1:08app. Here we have the nutrition logger
- 1:09open and you can see we have our meals
- 1:12so far. We've logged breakfast. Let's go
- 1:14ahead and click add food to our lunch
- 1:16meal.
- 1:17If you've given them access to food from
- 1:18your library, they will see coach foods.
- 1:21So if I switch to coach foods,
- 1:23here you'll see are all the foods that
- 1:25we've given them access to. It comes
- 1:27with its own verified badge, so the
- 1:29coach food gets a gold badge. So let's
- 1:31go ahead and log this whole wheat bread.
- 1:33So I'll click on here to log
- 1:36and you'll see it'll pop open the
- 1:38option. If I want to modify the serving,
- 1:39I can modify the serving. We've clicked
- 1:41in the lunch meal, so we pre-filled the
- 1:42lunch meal and I can view the full
- 1:44macros. So I'm going to go ahead and
- 1:46click on log and this has now been
- 1:48logged to the nutrition meal. And I'll
- 1:50also show you the quick add option, so
- 1:52I'm going to log the tuna. It will add
- 1:54based on the meal that we have open,
- 1:55which is lunch. So let's go ahead and
- 1:57quick add this tuna.
- 1:59And just like that we've added tuna into
- 2:01our meal. If I go back, you'll see we've
- 2:04added the bread and the tuna into our
- 2:06lunch meal directly from the coach food
- 2:08library. So that's how you can share
- 2:10your coach food library with your
- 2:12clients. If you have any questions, feel
- 2:13free to leave them in the comments
- 2:15below.
