  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
  2. 0:05show you Hope Fit's food access feature.
  3. 0:07The food access feature allows you to
  4. 0:09pick which foods in your library your
  5. 0:11clients have access to. I'm going to
  6. 0:12show you how this works from the coach
  7. 0:14side and then I'm going to show you how
  8. 0:16this looks like for your clients on the
  9. 0:17client's app. So here you'll see I am in
  10. 0:19the nutrition section of my library and
  11. 0:22I'm in the foods tab. Here is my
  12. 0:24personal library, so your personal
  13. 0:26library would appear in the foods tab
  14. 0:28and here you'll see you have a food
  15. 0:30access option. If I go ahead and click
  16. 0:32this, you'll see here you have all your
  17. 0:34foods and here you'll see all the foods
  18. 0:36that you've given clients permission to
  19. 0:38access. This would mean that they can
  20. 0:39access it in the nutrition tracker in
  21. 0:41the Hope Fit client's app. So let's go
  22. 0:43ahead and add some foods that we want
  23. 0:45our clients to have access to, so I'll
  24. 0:46just go ahead and click
  25. 0:48on a couple of these here
  26. 0:50and now you can see we have these
  27. 0:52options available for the clients.
  28. 0:55I am now going to switch over to the
  29. 0:56client's app to show you how the clients
  30. 0:58can view and access this food library
  31. 1:01that you've given them. I am now logged
  32. 1:03in to the client's app and I am
  33. 1:05currently in the nutrition tab of the
  34. 1:08app. Here we have the nutrition logger
  35. 1:09open and you can see we have our meals
  36. 1:12so far. We've logged breakfast. Let's go
  37. 1:14ahead and click add food to our lunch
  38. 1:16meal.
  39. 1:17If you've given them access to food from
  40. 1:18your library, they will see coach foods.
  41. 1:21So if I switch to coach foods,
  42. 1:23here you'll see are all the foods that
  43. 1:25we've given them access to. It comes
  44. 1:27with its own verified badge, so the
  45. 1:29coach food gets a gold badge. So let's
  46. 1:31go ahead and log this whole wheat bread.
  47. 1:33So I'll click on here to log
  48. 1:36and you'll see it'll pop open the
  49. 1:38option. If I want to modify the serving,
  50. 1:39I can modify the serving. We've clicked
  51. 1:41in the lunch meal, so we pre-filled the
  52. 1:42lunch meal and I can view the full
  53. 1:44macros. So I'm going to go ahead and
  54. 1:46click on log and this has now been
  55. 1:48logged to the nutrition meal. And I'll
  56. 1:50also show you the quick add option, so
  57. 1:52I'm going to log the tuna. It will add
  58. 1:54based on the meal that we have open,
  59. 1:55which is lunch. So let's go ahead and
  60. 1:57quick add this tuna.
  61. 1:59And just like that we've added tuna into
  62. 2:01our meal. If I go back, you'll see we've
  63. 2:04added the bread and the tuna into our
  64. 2:06lunch meal directly from the coach food
  65. 2:08library. So that's how you can share
  66. 2:10your coach food library with your
  67. 2:12clients. If you have any questions, feel
  68. 2:13free to leave them in the comments
  69. 2:15below.
