  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
  2. 0:04show you HubFit's wearable feature. So
  3. 0:06right now I have a client open and we
  4. 0:08are in the wearable section. This is
  5. 0:10what you would see when the client is
  6. 0:12not connected. The client can connect
  7. 0:14their health connect for Android or
  8. 0:15their Apple Health for iPhone. And once
  9. 0:17connected to Hubit, you'll be able to
  10. 0:19view that data from within Hubfit. If
  11. 0:21they connect any of the wearables to
  12. 0:23Health Connect or Apple Health, it means
  13. 0:24that you'll be able to view that data as
  14. 0:26well. So for example, if they connect
  15. 0:28let's say Garin or Whoop or Auraing,
  16. 0:31then you would be able to view some of
  17. 0:32the data from that wearable such as
  18. 0:34their sleep. I will now switch over to a
  19. 0:36client that is connected to show you
  20. 0:38what that looks like. So here we have a
  21. 0:39client that is connected. You will see
  22. 0:41here we have a summary and this summary
  23. 0:43is based on the filter you have here. So
  24. 0:45you can filter by week and by month. So
  25. 0:47right now we have the last seven days.
  26. 0:49Here you will see a summary and you can
  27. 0:51see the total steps for that week, the
  28. 0:53active calories, the average sleep and
  29. 0:56their resting heart rate. And then here
  30. 0:57you get a quick overview for each one of
  31. 0:59those data. Here you'll see the average
  32. 1:01for that time period which is the week.
  33. 1:03Here you'll see the difference between
  34. 1:05this time period and the last period.
  35. 1:07And you have the same for all the other
  36. 1:09health data. If you hover, you can view
  37. 1:11more details on the metrics. We can
  38. 1:14filter to a month view and the summary
  39. 1:17would reflect that here along with these
  40. 1:19charts. Let's now jump into steps to
  41. 1:21show you what that looks like. Here
  42. 1:23you'll see we have the data for the full
  43. 1:25month since we have the month filter on.
  44. 1:28Let's go ahead and switch that to week.
  45. 1:30And here you get quick overview for the
  46. 1:32step. So in this week the average step
  47. 1:34was 8,000. Their best day was 9,000.
  48. 1:37Total steps for that week. And how many
  49. 1:39days they've hit over 10k steps. Here
  50. 1:41you have the graph and you can hover
  51. 1:43over the data points and over here you
  52. 1:45have the table format. I'll switch to
  53. 1:47active calories. Here you can see it's
  54. 1:49the same idea. You get your average
  55. 1:51calories, the best day, total burnt that
  56. 1:53week and how many days have they been
  57. 1:55active out of seven. I will now switch
  58. 1:57over to sleep. Here you will see their
  59. 2:00average sleep for that time period, the
  60. 2:01best night, the average deep sleep and
  61. 2:04how many nights did they sleep over 6
  62. 2:06hours. Here similar idea you get more
  63. 2:08data in the data points. This data will
  64. 2:11only appear if they have it within their
  65. 2:12health connect or Apple Health. This
  66. 2:14specific example is being pulled in from
  67. 2:16Aura and you can see how that looks like
  68. 2:18here as well. You have a full breakdown
  69. 2:20of the different sleep stages and the
  70. 2:22total sleep. And finally, let's go to
  71. 2:24heart rate. Here you will see the chart
  72. 2:26shows both their average heart rate and
  73. 2:28their resting heart rate. And you have
  74. 2:30the data down here as well. I will now
  75. 2:32switch over to the client app to show
  76. 2:34you how the client can connect and what
  77. 2:36data they see from their side. I am now
  78. 2:38logged in as a client in the client app
  79. 2:40and I am in the profile tab. When a
  80. 2:42client is not connected, they will see a
  81. 2:44prompt here that prompts them to connect
  82. 2:46to Apple Health. If they're on Android,
  83. 2:47this would say health connect. So, let's
  84. 2:49go ahead and click on this to connect. I
  85. 2:52will go ahead and click connect. And
  86. 2:54here we'll just do turn on all to give
  87. 2:57permission to the data that hopefully
  88. 2:59will sync. And I'll do allow.
  89. 3:02And now we have connected. So if I close
  90. 3:04this here, the client will see their
  91. 3:06steps data. This is the only data that
  92. 3:09is visible to the client on the app. The
  93. 3:10rest of the data is visible to you as
  94. 3:12the coach from the coach side. I can go
  95. 3:14ahead and click on this to view the
  96. 3:16data. So right now it's showing me for
  97. 3:17this week and I can go back to the
  98. 3:20different weeks. I can scroll here to
  99. 3:22see the tool tip. I can filter for
  100. 3:25month. Here I can view the data in a
  101. 3:28table format. The data syncs
  102. 3:30automatically whenever the client opens
  103. 3:32the app. If for whatever reason they
  104. 3:34want to trigger a sync, they can just
  105. 3:36click this over here and it will sync
  106. 3:38the data. So that is everything when it
  107. 3:40comes to hope fits wearable feature.
  108. 3:41Clients can connect their Apple Health
  109. 3:43and Health Connect and you can view the
  110. 3:45data. If they've also connected
  111. 3:46wearables to Health Connect or Apple
  112. 3:48Health, you will be able to view
  113. 3:50additional data such as sleep and heart
  114. 3:52rate. If you have any questions, feel
  115. 3:54free to leave them in the comments
  116. 3:55below.
