  1. 0:03hey guys in this video we will be
  2. 0:05looking at hopit metric system so I'm
  3. 0:07going to be showing you both the coach
  4. 0:09side of things so how you can get things
  5. 0:11set up and how you can view metrics but
  6. 0:13I'm also going to be showing you the
  7. 0:14client side of things so how clients can
  8. 0:16use the metric system from within the
  9. 0:18client app I'm also going to be showing
  10. 0:20you how you can integrate metrics within
  11. 0:22the check-in system which is a very
  12. 0:24powerful feature within hfit to make it
  13. 0:26very seamless for yourself and for your
  14. 0:27clients so let's jump straight into it
  15. 0:29the first thing you'll see here is this
  16. 0:31metric in your library so what this
  17. 0:34allows you to do is build out your own
  18. 0:36library of metrics and this just makes
  19. 0:38it easier for when you're adding metrics
  20. 0:39to your client when you're adding them
  21. 0:41to your check-ins or if you're building
  22. 0:42an onboarding flow and you want to
  23. 0:44automate the metrics that get set up for
  24. 0:46your clients so to add a metric you'll
  25. 0:49see you have this add metric button here
  26. 0:52and if I click in this you can insert a
  27. 0:54metric name and a metric unit there's
  28. 0:56also a hope fit Library over here which
  29. 0:59just comes pre filled with some metrics
  30. 1:02that you can use out the box so for
  31. 1:04example let's say we just want to add in
  32. 1:06body fat into our library I'll just
  33. 1:08click on that and I'll click on ADD
  34. 1:10metric and just like so we've built out
  35. 1:13our own metric Library so now let me
  36. 1:16show you how you can use this with your
  37. 1:17clients so I'm going to head over to my
  38. 1:19clients over here and I'm just going to
  39. 1:22click on this Arnold
  40. 1:24client and you'll see here there is a
  41. 1:27metric section so this is where all the
  42. 1:29metrics data live
  43. 1:30you also get a quick overview in the
  44. 1:34dashboard of the clients for the metrics
  45. 1:36and if they're going up or down uh but
  46. 1:38let's go ahead and click on the metrics
  47. 1:40section so here you'll see all the
  48. 1:42metrics related to your clients and I'll
  49. 1:44just give you a quick overview of
  50. 1:45everything since there's a lot going on
  51. 1:47over here is the list of all the metrics
  52. 1:50and that your clients
  53. 1:51have now what you'll see here is you
  54. 1:54also have metrics for things that the
  55. 1:56clients have integrated so for example
  56. 1:57they have Integrations with Fitbit and
  57. 2:00they Al have Integrations with apple
  58. 2:01health so they appear in the metric
  59. 2:04section as well so to add a metric you
  60. 2:08can click on new metric which we will
  61. 2:10get to but I want to mainly jump into
  62. 2:13the graph itself and the data so here
  63. 2:16you'll see you have the graph for a
  64. 2:18metric and you can filter by default it
  65. 2:20filters and for the last two weeks but
  66. 2:22you can go further so if you want to
  67. 2:25maybe go for the last 4 weeks or the
  68. 2:27last 2 months you can do so you'll see
  69. 2:29here you have
  70. 2:31the percentage of increase or decrease
  71. 2:34based on what you have set so for the
  72. 2:37last two month they went down by 24% and
  73. 2:40you'll see the average for the last two
  74. 2:42months so if I just change this back to
  75. 2:44two weeks you'll see now for the last
  76. 2:47two weeks they went down by 3% and the
  77. 2:49average was 66 kg over here if you
  78. 2:53scroll down you can view the entries
  79. 2:55individually for each entry so for
  80. 2:58example the 1st of September the 29th of
  81. 3:00August you can also edit the metrics for
  82. 3:02your client so if maybe they put
  83. 3:04incorrect date or something you can just
  84. 3:06click on edit and you can edit this
  85. 3:08metric for them if you want to edit the
  86. 3:11metric itself so like the name or the
  87. 3:14unit you can do that by clicking on that
  88. 3:17edit option over here and if you want to
  89. 3:20add a metric if your client forgets to
  90. 3:21add a metric and you want to do it for
  91. 3:22them you can click on log metric so that
  92. 3:25would look like this and then you can
  93. 3:27add the metric in for your client and
  94. 3:30this the Integrations uh over here so
  95. 3:32obviously you can't edit these since
  96. 3:34these are pulled in straight from the
  97. 3:36wearables itself but you can view the
  98. 3:38data that the variable syncs with hop
  99. 3:41you also have this overview option so if
  100. 3:43I click on overview you'll see we're
  101. 3:45able to view for each metric we can see
  102. 3:48a weekly overview so for from Monday to
  103. 3:51Sunday and then we can also see the
  104. 3:53average for each metric and to add a
  105. 3:56metric I can click on new metric and I
  106. 3:59can either enter a metric from from
  107. 4:01scratch or I can just use my own Library
  108. 4:04so if you want to add multiple metrics
  109. 4:06you can just do so so let's say we want
  110. 4:08to add all of these and I'll do add
  111. 4:10metric and you'll see here we've just
  112. 4:12added these two new metric so that's how
  113. 4:15it looks like when you viewing your
  114. 4:16client metrics from a coach point of
  115. 4:18view but now let me show you how the
  116. 4:20client can actually uh use all this from
  117. 4:24within the app so let me switch over to
  118. 4:26the app so over here I have the app open
  119. 4:29now I'm logged in as that client that we
  120. 4:31just added a metric to and over here
  121. 4:34you'll see we have the profile tab
  122. 4:36that's where we want to go and here
  123. 4:39you'll see we have the metric section so
  124. 4:41the metric section for the client allows
  125. 4:43them to view or edit their metrics so
  126. 4:46you'll see here there's a button this
  127. 4:48allows them to switch between their
  128. 4:49metrics so for example we have four
  129. 4:51metrics that we've assigned to this
  130. 4:53client if they click on this history
  131. 4:55they can view a full history for the
  132. 4:57current metric being viewed which is the
  133. 4:59weight metric
  134. 5:01they can modify previous metrics if they
  135. 5:04need to change something if they want to
  136. 5:06add a new metric they can click on this
  137. 5:08plus icon and then they can go ahead and
  138. 5:11add a metric so let's say we want to add
  139. 5:13a new metric 70 kg and I'll just do add
  140. 5:17and that's now added to the client's
  141. 5:19metric now the first thing you'll
  142. 5:20probably notice is this might be tedious
  143. 5:22if they're inputting it for every metric
  144. 5:25all the time and if you have multiple
  145. 5:27metrics assigned to this client so for
  146. 5:29example we have four metrics this is
  147. 5:31where the check-in system comes in and
  148. 5:33now let me show you how you can
  149. 5:35integrate metrics within your check-in
  150. 5:37system so now I'm back on the coach side
  151. 5:40of things and I'm just going to head
  152. 5:41over to forms and to checkins and I just
  153. 5:45want to show you how you can add a
  154. 5:47metric type question to your check-in
  155. 5:49and what this will do is it will allow
  156. 5:51you to synchronize metric from within
  157. 5:53the checkins to your client's metric
  158. 5:55system which I will show you now but
  159. 5:57before we do so let me for example click
  160. 5:59on this check check in you'll see this
  161. 6:01add question button and if I click on
  162. 6:04this you'll see a question type called
  163. 6:07metric now this is a special question
  164. 6:10type that allows you to synchronize data
  165. 6:12entered from within the check-in to the
  166. 6:14client's metric system so if you click
  167. 6:17on this you'll see you can add a
  168. 6:21question so maybe say well first let me
  169. 6:24select a metric from my library so let's
  170. 6:25say we want to add muscle mass then I
  171. 6:28could say muscle mass
  172. 6:31and maybe say this
  173. 6:34morning so and then you can add that to
  174. 6:36your check-in and it's a special type of
  175. 6:38question that synchronizes and I'm going
  176. 6:40to show you how that looks but let's
  177. 6:42head over to the client app again to
  178. 6:45show you how the client can fill this in
  179. 6:46from the check-ins so now I'm back in
  180. 6:48the client app and here you'll see there
  181. 6:51is a daily check-in so I'm just going to
  182. 6:53go ahead and click on this to fill it
  183. 6:56in and if I scroll to the bottom I'll
  184. 6:59just add something here since this
  185. 7:00question is required if I scroll to the
  186. 7:02bottom I've added two metric type
  187. 7:05questions so morning
  188. 7:06weight and body fat Mass so I'm just
  189. 7:09going to
  190. 7:11enter 100 and maybe 200 here just so we
  191. 7:15can um see them in the metric and know
  192. 7:18which ones came from the checkins and
  193. 7:19I'm going to go ahead and click
  194. 7:21submit so now we've just filled in a
  195. 7:24check-in and using that metric type
  196. 7:27question we're able to synchronize it so
  197. 7:30so just from a client point if I just go
  198. 7:31here you'll see straight away that the
  199. 7:34metric that we just entered from our
  200. 7:37check-ins appears here so it
  201. 7:40synchronizes straight away for the
  202. 7:42client but I want to show you how it
  203. 7:43looks like from the coach point so let
  204. 7:45me head back to the coach and side of
  205. 7:48things so now I'm back to the client
  206. 7:51that just filled in the check-ins and if
  207. 7:53I go ahead and click on their check-ins
  208. 7:55over
  209. 7:57here I'll see the checkin that they just
  210. 7:59filled in now here are the two metric
  211. 8:02questions that they entered and you'll
  212. 8:04see we did enter 100 and we did enter
  213. 8:07200 now you'll see this synced um tag
  214. 8:10here this will let you know if the the
  215. 8:12metric was synced with their
  216. 8:14metrics but what's really cool is you
  217. 8:17can view the graph straight from
  218. 8:20within the the check in itself so if I
  219. 8:22go ahead and click on this here I can
  220. 8:25view the data straight from within the
  221. 8:27checkins so if you're recording Al loom
  222. 8:30video and reviewing the client's
  223. 8:31check-ins you don't have to jump between
  224. 8:33their metrics to view the history you
  225. 8:35can just click on this and see their
  226. 8:38exact metric history for the past 14
  227. 8:40days and also if I just go back to
  228. 8:43metrics over
  229. 8:45here you'll see they entered 100 in the
  230. 8:48check-ins but it also appears in their
  231. 8:50metric system so that's everything for
  232. 8:52the check-in system very powerful and
  233. 8:55very convenient when it comes to setting
  234. 8:57up check-ins and building out your
  235. 8:58library
