- 0:03hey guys in this video we will be
- 0:05looking at hopit metric system so I'm
- 0:07going to be showing you both the coach
- 0:09side of things so how you can get things
- 0:11set up and how you can view metrics but
- 0:13I'm also going to be showing you the
- 0:14client side of things so how clients can
- 0:16use the metric system from within the
- 0:18client app I'm also going to be showing
- 0:20you how you can integrate metrics within
- 0:22the check-in system which is a very
- 0:24powerful feature within hfit to make it
- 0:26very seamless for yourself and for your
- 0:27clients so let's jump straight into it
- 0:29the first thing you'll see here is this
- 0:31metric in your library so what this
- 0:34allows you to do is build out your own
- 0:36library of metrics and this just makes
- 0:38it easier for when you're adding metrics
- 0:39to your client when you're adding them
- 0:41to your check-ins or if you're building
- 0:42an onboarding flow and you want to
- 0:44automate the metrics that get set up for
- 0:46your clients so to add a metric you'll
- 0:49see you have this add metric button here
- 0:52and if I click in this you can insert a
- 0:54metric name and a metric unit there's
- 0:56also a hope fit Library over here which
- 0:59just comes pre filled with some metrics
- 1:02that you can use out the box so for
- 1:04example let's say we just want to add in
- 1:06body fat into our library I'll just
- 1:08click on that and I'll click on ADD
- 1:10metric and just like so we've built out
- 1:13our own metric Library so now let me
- 1:16show you how you can use this with your
- 1:17clients so I'm going to head over to my
- 1:19clients over here and I'm just going to
- 1:22click on this Arnold
- 1:24client and you'll see here there is a
- 1:27metric section so this is where all the
- 1:29metrics data live
- 1:30you also get a quick overview in the
- 1:34dashboard of the clients for the metrics
- 1:36and if they're going up or down uh but
- 1:38let's go ahead and click on the metrics
- 1:40section so here you'll see all the
- 1:42metrics related to your clients and I'll
- 1:44just give you a quick overview of
- 1:45everything since there's a lot going on
- 1:47over here is the list of all the metrics
- 1:50and that your clients
- 1:51have now what you'll see here is you
- 1:54also have metrics for things that the
- 1:56clients have integrated so for example
- 1:57they have Integrations with Fitbit and
- 2:00they Al have Integrations with apple
- 2:01health so they appear in the metric
- 2:04section as well so to add a metric you
- 2:08can click on new metric which we will
- 2:10get to but I want to mainly jump into
- 2:13the graph itself and the data so here
- 2:16you'll see you have the graph for a
- 2:18metric and you can filter by default it
- 2:20filters and for the last two weeks but
- 2:22you can go further so if you want to
- 2:25maybe go for the last 4 weeks or the
- 2:27last 2 months you can do so you'll see
- 2:29here you have
- 2:31the percentage of increase or decrease
- 2:34based on what you have set so for the
- 2:37last two month they went down by 24% and
- 2:40you'll see the average for the last two
- 2:42months so if I just change this back to
- 2:44two weeks you'll see now for the last
- 2:47two weeks they went down by 3% and the
- 2:49average was 66 kg over here if you
- 2:53scroll down you can view the entries
- 2:55individually for each entry so for
- 2:58example the 1st of September the 29th of
- 3:00August you can also edit the metrics for
- 3:02your client so if maybe they put
- 3:04incorrect date or something you can just
- 3:06click on edit and you can edit this
- 3:08metric for them if you want to edit the
- 3:11metric itself so like the name or the
- 3:14unit you can do that by clicking on that
- 3:17edit option over here and if you want to
- 3:20add a metric if your client forgets to
- 3:21add a metric and you want to do it for
- 3:22them you can click on log metric so that
- 3:25would look like this and then you can
- 3:27add the metric in for your client and
- 3:30this the Integrations uh over here so
- 3:32obviously you can't edit these since
- 3:34these are pulled in straight from the
- 3:36wearables itself but you can view the
- 3:38data that the variable syncs with hop
- 3:41you also have this overview option so if
- 3:43I click on overview you'll see we're
- 3:45able to view for each metric we can see
- 3:48a weekly overview so for from Monday to
- 3:51Sunday and then we can also see the
- 3:53average for each metric and to add a
- 3:56metric I can click on new metric and I
- 3:59can either enter a metric from from
- 4:01scratch or I can just use my own Library
- 4:04so if you want to add multiple metrics
- 4:06you can just do so so let's say we want
- 4:08to add all of these and I'll do add
- 4:10metric and you'll see here we've just
- 4:12added these two new metric so that's how
- 4:15it looks like when you viewing your
- 4:16client metrics from a coach point of
- 4:18view but now let me show you how the
- 4:20client can actually uh use all this from
- 4:24within the app so let me switch over to
- 4:26the app so over here I have the app open
- 4:29now I'm logged in as that client that we
- 4:31just added a metric to and over here
- 4:34you'll see we have the profile tab
- 4:36that's where we want to go and here
- 4:39you'll see we have the metric section so
- 4:41the metric section for the client allows
- 4:43them to view or edit their metrics so
- 4:46you'll see here there's a button this
- 4:48allows them to switch between their
- 4:49metrics so for example we have four
- 4:51metrics that we've assigned to this
- 4:53client if they click on this history
- 4:55they can view a full history for the
- 4:57current metric being viewed which is the
- 4:59weight metric
- 5:01they can modify previous metrics if they
- 5:04need to change something if they want to
- 5:06add a new metric they can click on this
- 5:08plus icon and then they can go ahead and
- 5:11add a metric so let's say we want to add
- 5:13a new metric 70 kg and I'll just do add
- 5:17and that's now added to the client's
- 5:19metric now the first thing you'll
- 5:20probably notice is this might be tedious
- 5:22if they're inputting it for every metric
- 5:25all the time and if you have multiple
- 5:27metrics assigned to this client so for
- 5:29example we have four metrics this is
- 5:31where the check-in system comes in and
- 5:33now let me show you how you can
- 5:35integrate metrics within your check-in
- 5:37system so now I'm back on the coach side
- 5:40of things and I'm just going to head
- 5:41over to forms and to checkins and I just
- 5:45want to show you how you can add a
- 5:47metric type question to your check-in
- 5:49and what this will do is it will allow
- 5:51you to synchronize metric from within
- 5:53the checkins to your client's metric
- 5:55system which I will show you now but
- 5:57before we do so let me for example click
- 5:59on this check check in you'll see this
- 6:01add question button and if I click on
- 6:04this you'll see a question type called
- 6:07metric now this is a special question
- 6:10type that allows you to synchronize data
- 6:12entered from within the check-in to the
- 6:14client's metric system so if you click
- 6:17on this you'll see you can add a
- 6:21question so maybe say well first let me
- 6:24select a metric from my library so let's
- 6:25say we want to add muscle mass then I
- 6:28could say muscle mass
- 6:31and maybe say this
- 6:34morning so and then you can add that to
- 6:36your check-in and it's a special type of
- 6:38question that synchronizes and I'm going
- 6:40to show you how that looks but let's
- 6:42head over to the client app again to
- 6:45show you how the client can fill this in
- 6:46from the check-ins so now I'm back in
- 6:48the client app and here you'll see there
- 6:51is a daily check-in so I'm just going to
- 6:53go ahead and click on this to fill it
- 6:56in and if I scroll to the bottom I'll
- 6:59just add something here since this
- 7:00question is required if I scroll to the
- 7:02bottom I've added two metric type
- 7:05questions so morning
- 7:06weight and body fat Mass so I'm just
- 7:09going to
- 7:11enter 100 and maybe 200 here just so we
- 7:15can um see them in the metric and know
- 7:18which ones came from the checkins and
- 7:19I'm going to go ahead and click
- 7:21submit so now we've just filled in a
- 7:24check-in and using that metric type
- 7:27question we're able to synchronize it so
- 7:30so just from a client point if I just go
- 7:31here you'll see straight away that the
- 7:34metric that we just entered from our
- 7:37check-ins appears here so it
- 7:40synchronizes straight away for the
- 7:42client but I want to show you how it
- 7:43looks like from the coach point so let
- 7:45me head back to the coach and side of
- 7:48things so now I'm back to the client
- 7:51that just filled in the check-ins and if
- 7:53I go ahead and click on their check-ins
- 7:55over
- 7:57here I'll see the checkin that they just
- 7:59filled in now here are the two metric
- 8:02questions that they entered and you'll
- 8:04see we did enter 100 and we did enter
- 8:07200 now you'll see this synced um tag
- 8:10here this will let you know if the the
- 8:12metric was synced with their
- 8:14metrics but what's really cool is you
- 8:17can view the graph straight from
- 8:20within the the check in itself so if I
- 8:22go ahead and click on this here I can
- 8:25view the data straight from within the
- 8:27checkins so if you're recording Al loom
- 8:30video and reviewing the client's
- 8:31check-ins you don't have to jump between
- 8:33their metrics to view the history you
- 8:35can just click on this and see their
- 8:38exact metric history for the past 14
- 8:40days and also if I just go back to
- 8:43metrics over
- 8:45here you'll see they entered 100 in the
- 8:48check-ins but it also appears in their
- 8:50metric system so that's everything for
- 8:52the check-in system very powerful and
- 8:55very convenient when it comes to setting
- 8:57up check-ins and building out your
- 8:58library
