  1. 0:02hey guys in this video we will be
  2. 0:04looking at Hope fits habit coaching
  3. 0:06feature so we're going to look at both
  4. 0:08the coach side of things but we're also
  5. 0:10going to look at the client side of
  6. 0:11things so how it works on The Client app
  7. 0:13and how your client can use this feature
  8. 0:15so just for a quick overview The Habit
  9. 0:17feature in hopeit is very powerful you
  10. 0:19can assign habits to a client you can
  11. 0:21give them certain start dates in the
  12. 0:23case where you might want to Stack
  13. 0:24habits and have them unlock on certain
  14. 0:26days and you can also give an end date
  15. 0:28if you want to have a certain period
  16. 0:29where a client TRS their habits um and
  17. 0:32the clients for each habit will have a
  18. 0:34streak and completion rate and this
  19. 0:36allows them to stay motivated and to
  20. 0:38keep on track with their habits um so
  21. 0:41first things first is I want to show you
  22. 0:42the library so you can build out your
  23. 0:44own Library so I can do this by going to
  24. 0:47my library here and you'll see we have
  25. 0:49habits now over here you can click on
  26. 0:52ADD habit and you will be able to pick a
  27. 0:56habit now I'll run you through each of
  28. 0:57these fields to to explain how
  29. 1:00everything works but before I do so I
  30. 1:02want to show you this hop fit Library so
  31. 1:03you do get pre-loaded um habits that you
  32. 1:06can use and so for example let's say we
  33. 1:10want um this client or we want a habit
  34. 1:13for a client which is cycling so I'm
  35. 1:15just going to click on that and it just
  36. 1:16preloads it for me and then I can modify
  37. 1:18it so let's run through each one of
  38. 1:20these fields so you can pick an emoji a
  39. 1:23title a description and but the main
  40. 1:25part of the Habit is picking the goal
  41. 1:28and and the period so for for example in
  42. 1:31this case we want the client to run 5
  43. 1:33miles now you can change the the unit
  44. 1:36type so in this case I'll keep it to a
  45. 1:38mile and so we want five miles and we
  46. 1:42want them to do this daily so complete
  47. 1:44five miles every single
  48. 1:46day and you can have a weekly habit so
  49. 1:51in this case let's say instead of 5
  50. 1:53minutes every day we want them to do
  51. 1:56maybe um 30 minutes every week so as
  52. 2:01long as they log 30 minutes within that
  53. 2:03week The Habit will be marked as
  54. 2:05completed so they might do 10 minutes
  55. 2:06one day 20 minutes the next day and then
  56. 2:09the habit for that week has been
  57. 2:11completed now you can further customize
  58. 2:13this maybe you want them to rest on the
  59. 2:15weekends and you don't necessarily want
  60. 2:17them to do the Habit on the weekend so
  61. 2:20you can just um Mark that as not for the
  62. 2:23weekends so that's uh the frequency so
  63. 2:26I'll keep it at 30 minutes every week um
  64. 2:29every day except Saturday and Sunday um
  65. 2:32so again as long as they complete that
  66. 2:33habit within that week doesn't matter
  67. 2:35when the Habit is completed now the next
  68. 2:37thing you have is duration so if you
  69. 2:40don't want to set duration you don't
  70. 2:41have to set duration but if you do um
  71. 2:43you can pick how many days you want the
  72. 2:45Habit to run for now this is useful to
  73. 2:48automatically set the end date for The
  74. 2:50Habit when you give it to the client so
  75. 2:53this is useful for cases where you might
  76. 2:55put these habits on your onboarding flow
  77. 2:57so it will automatically be given to a
  78. 2:59client and you want the end date to be
  79. 3:01automatically set so what the duration
  80. 3:03will do is it will set the end date 60
  81. 3:06days from now and let's say we want them
  82. 3:08to do this habit for 30 days so in in 30
  83. 3:11days from today it will end this habit
  84. 3:15for the clients and so I'll leave that
  85. 3:17on just to show you how that works and
  86. 3:20then you can also set a reminder so you
  87. 3:21can pick a time and a message and then
  88. 3:25they will receive this as a notification
  89. 3:27um on their phone and for this habit
  90. 3:31so I will go ahead and add this habit
  91. 3:33I'll do add
  92. 3:34habit and you can see here we've added
  93. 3:37the habit and so what I'm going to do
  94. 3:40now is head over to a client and show
  95. 3:44you how we can actually use this habit
  96. 3:47so I'll go to
  97. 3:48clients and over here I'll click on this
  98. 3:51account that I have Arnold and I'll go
  99. 3:54to his habit section over
  100. 3:57here so over here you'll see at the
  101. 3:59moment we we have um four different
  102. 4:03habits so I have this habit twice here
  103. 4:05so I'm just going to edit and just
  104. 4:07delete this habit just delete it but
  105. 4:10yeah you can see here we have three
  106. 4:12habits so one habit is set to start on
  107. 4:15July the 16th so this isn't active yet
  108. 4:18I'll show you what that looks like on
  109. 4:19the app for the client and we have
  110. 4:21another habit that has ended and right
  111. 4:23now we have a habit that is active here
  112. 4:25and you can see the client is on a three
  113. 4:28day streak since it's a daily habit now
  114. 4:32what this looks like for you as a coach
  115. 4:35is like this you have the streaks here
  116. 4:37they're longest streak in case they
  117. 4:39might have broken a streak how many
  118. 4:41times they've completed this habit and
  119. 4:43what's their completion rate and then
  120. 4:46you can view
  121. 4:47specific um logs that they've logged so
  122. 4:51you can see here they've logged 10,000
  123. 4:52steps on this day on this day and on
  124. 4:54this day if they attach a memo you can
  125. 4:56view the memo here and you can also
  126. 4:59modify these yourself maybe they've
  127. 5:01inputed wrong data so you can go ahead
  128. 5:03and correct that for them but you can
  129. 5:05also log data for your client so you
  130. 5:07have this log option now they can
  131. 5:09obviously do it from the app but in case
  132. 5:11they might miss something or you need to
  133. 5:12fix something you have full control to
  134. 5:14do
  135. 5:15so um and then you also have this
  136. 5:17overviews and this just gives you a
  137. 5:19weekly overview so you can pick any week
  138. 5:22and view the overview for that week so
  139. 5:25for example um at the moment we have
  140. 5:28this here Wednesday and that's the
  141. 5:31average for this uh
  142. 5:34Habit so let's go back to Habit and
  143. 5:36let's add a new habit for this client so
  144. 5:38I'll go ahead and click on new habit so
  145. 5:41we have three options here I can create
  146. 5:43a new habit from scratch so this is just
  147. 5:45the steps we just went through or I can
  148. 5:47select something from my library so we
  149. 5:49have four habits in our library or I can
  150. 5:51just use the hopef library I'm going to
  151. 5:53go ahead and click on the cycling habit
  152. 5:55that we
  153. 5:56created and you can see here it just
  154. 5:58populates everything from from the
  155. 6:00settings that we have in our library now
  156. 6:03um the this is what I meant by the end
  157. 6:05date you can see here um it
  158. 6:08automatically set the end date 30 days
  159. 6:10from now and so this lasts for 29 days
  160. 6:14including today so that's 30 days um I
  161. 6:17can turn this off if I want to uh but
  162. 6:19I'll just keep the end dat on for
  163. 6:21demonstration purposes and I'll just go
  164. 6:23ahead and do add
  165. 6:26habit and just like so we added a new
  166. 6:29habit for this client now I'm going to
  167. 6:32go over to the app to show you how the
  168. 6:34client can use the Habit feature so over
  169. 6:37here we have the hfit app so I'm logged
  170. 6:40in as that client and the first thing
  171. 6:42you'll see on the dashboard is they'll
  172. 6:45see the tasks so you can see here they
  173. 6:47have a daily check-in and they also have
  174. 6:48some habits um due for this day um so
  175. 6:52the habits that gets displayed on the
  176. 6:54dashboard are only the ones that are
  177. 6:56required for today but there's also a
  178. 6:58dedicated habit um tab which I will show
  179. 7:01you so the first thing I'll show you
  180. 7:02here is how to log a habit so you can
  181. 7:04see this habit for today has been
  182. 7:06completed and but we have this habit
  183. 7:08cycling and that is a weekly habit so I
  184. 7:12can go ahead and click on this plus icon
  185. 7:14click plus and I can add a memo from
  186. 7:17here I can reset habit from here and to
  187. 7:20add I can just click on this so I'll do
  188. 7:22add and let's say today I did 10 miles
  189. 7:25I'll just do add so now we are at
  190. 7:29progress of 10 as you can see 10 out of
  191. 7:3230 let's say you know I go cycling again
  192. 7:36and let's say this time I've done 25
  193. 7:39I'll just add that and there we go we
  194. 7:42just hit our Target so we're at 35 out
  195. 7:44of 30 and so that's quick access
  196. 7:48straight from the dashboard for the
  197. 7:49client but they can also go to this
  198. 7:51section here which is the Habit tab over
  199. 7:54here the client will see all their
  200. 7:56habits and the first thing you'll see is
  201. 7:58we have a habit here that has started
  202. 8:01and if they try click on this they will
  203. 8:03be told that this habit is not available
  204. 8:04yet it will only be available on that
  205. 8:06day so this allows you to stack habits
  206. 8:08and for the client and um prevent them
  207. 8:11from accessing it until that date um
  208. 8:14starts there's also a habit that has
  209. 8:16ended and so they can view their data
  210. 8:19but they can't um add anything new since
  211. 8:22this habit has ended so you'll see here
  212. 8:25it says this habit has ended and this is
  213. 8:27the data that you can view for a
  214. 8:28specific habit so the first thing here
  215. 8:30you see is how many times they've
  216. 8:32completed it their completion rate their
  217. 8:34current
  218. 8:35streak um their best streak the total
  219. 8:39volume and the average you'll also see
  220. 8:41here there is a chart so this chart
  221. 8:44displays um data uh over time but they
  222. 8:49can also view it from a calendar so if
  223. 8:51you click on this they can view the data
  224. 8:54for that period and so if I click on a
  225. 8:56specific day I can view what I logged um
  226. 9:03and yeah if you want more information on
  227. 9:04a habit you have this icon here so if I
  228. 9:07click on this I can get more information
  229. 9:09so any description you attach the days
  230. 9:11it's scheduled for and when the Habit
  231. 9:13ends so that's all available there for
  232. 9:15the client but if I go back to the the
  233. 9:18main part and you'll see here they'll
  234. 9:21also get an overview so they have this
  235. 9:23activity here which just shows
  236. 9:26them uh for that given month what days
  237. 9:28they've completed habit also get like a
  238. 9:30overview for the all of their habits and
  239. 9:33they can switch between month weekly or
  240. 9:37um over time so that's what they see
  241. 9:40there now let's actually click on a
  242. 9:42habit that is active so I'll just click
  243. 9:44on this habit for example and let's
  244. 9:47click on daily steps so this is a habit
  245. 9:49that's active similar to before um and
  246. 9:52they can just click on this icon here
  247. 9:55and if they want to and uh if they want
  248. 9:58to maybe fix something from yesterday or
  249. 10:00or backlog something they can just come
  250. 10:02here select the day for example let's
  251. 10:04say we want to add something for the eth
  252. 10:07we forgot to add some steps so we need
  253. 10:09to fix something so yeah you can come
  254. 10:10here and always um fix things from the
  255. 10:14past um so for the clients that's
  256. 10:17everything they can also uh come here
  257. 10:20and log straight from here but this we
  258. 10:22just have a shortcut on the dashboard to
  259. 10:24make it a little easier for them um so
  260. 10:27yeah that is that is almost everything
  261. 10:29for from the coach and the client side
  262. 10:31you can see it's very powerful and it
  263. 10:33looks very nice for the client and you
  264. 10:35have complete control over everything in
  265. 10:37terms of restricting access until a
  266. 10:40habit starts ending a habit and yeah you
  267. 10:43can amend any data that the client may
  268. 10:45have entered incorrectly so that's
  269. 10:47everything for the Habit coaching if you
