  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to be
  2. 0:05showing you Hopefitit's habit feature.
  3. 0:07I'm going to show you how it works on
  4. 0:08the coach side and how it works on the
  5. 0:10client side. Right now I am in the habit
  6. 0:13section of my library. So this is where
  7. 0:15you can create your own habits in your
  8. 0:17library to reuse them with different
  9. 0:19clients. At the moment I have three
  10. 0:20habits and we can add more habits by
  11. 0:22clicking on this add habit. Here you'll
  12. 0:24see you have several different options.
  13. 0:26You can select an emoji, you can add a
  14. 0:28title here. You can add a description
  15. 0:30for the habit. And then over here you
  16. 0:32have the habit goal. So there are two
  17. 0:34types of goals. There's a daily goal and
  18. 0:36a weekly goal. A daily goal would mean
  19. 0:38they have to hit it every single day. A
  20. 0:39weekly goal means they have to hit it
  21. 0:41throughout the week. So for example,
  22. 0:43let's say we want to create a 10,000
  23. 0:45steps habit and this is set to daily. So
  24. 0:48this would mean complete 10,000 steps
  25. 0:50every day. If we change this to weekly,
  26. 0:52it would mean complete 10,000 steps
  27. 0:54every week. So you might do a 50,000
  28. 0:57steps weekly habit. And this would mean
  29. 0:59it doesn't matter what they get on a
  30. 1:00daily basis. So maybe one day they will
  31. 1:02log 5,000 and the second day they will
  32. 1:05log 15,000. But as long as they hit
  33. 1:0750,000 within that week, then the goal
  34. 1:09would have been achieved. When you
  35. 1:10select weekly, you will see this option
  36. 1:12here. This option determines the days
  37. 1:15that the habit appears in their task
  38. 1:17list and the days that they get a
  39. 1:18reminder to complete the habit. Next,
  40. 1:20you have a habit duration. So if you
  41. 1:22want to provide a specific duration for
  42. 1:24a habit, you can click on this. Now,
  43. 1:26because this is in our own library, we
  44. 1:28can assign it a day. So, we could say
  45. 1:30this habit is for 30 days. And when we
  46. 1:31add this to a client's habit, it would
  47. 1:33automatically set the end date based on
  48. 1:36the current date. And here you have a
  49. 1:38habit reminder. If you want them to
  50. 1:40receive a notification, you can have
  51. 1:42this set. And here you can type in your
  52. 1:43habit reminder. So, you could say
  53. 1:45something like,
  54. 1:47so this is how you can create the entire
  55. 1:48habit from scratch. If you want to
  56. 1:50preset these values, you can look at the
  57. 1:52hopefill library. So, if I click on
  58. 1:54this, you'll see you have several
  59. 1:55different habits. And let's say, for
  60. 1:56example, we select this, eat fruits. It
  61. 1:59will prefill everything and then I can
  62. 2:01modify it and add it to my library. So,
  63. 2:04that's everything when it comes to your
  64. 2:05habit library. You can add these habits
  65. 2:07and you can reuse them any time with
  66. 2:09your clients. I will now show you how we
  67. 2:11can add a habit to a client's profile
  68. 2:13and how we can view the habits that
  69. 2:14they've logged. So, right now, I have a
  70. 2:17client open and I am in the habit
  71. 2:19section. You'll see here you have the
  72. 2:21option to view all their habits and to
  73. 2:23view the summary. Here you can see the
  74. 2:25list of habits that they have. To add a
  75. 2:26habit for a client, you can click on
  76. 2:28this new habit. You'll see here we can
  77. 2:31create a habit from scratch. So this
  78. 2:32would be the exact same steps we went
  79. 2:34through. The only difference is if you
  80. 2:36add a habit to a client, you can specify
  81. 2:38the start date and if you want to
  82. 2:40specify the end date, you can do so as
  83. 2:42well. The start date allows you to pick
  84. 2:44a date in the future, which would allow
  85. 2:46you to stack habits. You can import
  86. 2:48directly from your library by just
  87. 2:49switching to this option here and then
  88. 2:51you can select something from your
  89. 2:53library. So right now I have water
  90. 2:56intake habit open. Here you can see the
  91. 2:58goal that was set. So this is a daily
  92. 3:00habit. Over here you can get quick
  93. 3:01summary. Here you have a calendar view
  94. 3:03for the month of May based on our filter
  95. 3:06here. And here you have the entries in a
  96. 3:08table format. If you want to edit the
  97. 3:09habit, you can click this edit and you
  98. 3:12can modify the habit. If you want to
  99. 3:13update the goal or if you want to delete
  100. 3:15the habit or even set a reminder, you
  101. 3:17can do so. Over here, you will see if a
  102. 3:19habit is completed, it is marked with a
  103. 3:22blue circle. And if it's not yet
  104. 3:24completed, you will see it as a yellow
  105. 3:26circle and the bar will show you how
  106. 3:28much it's been completed. So, for
  107. 3:29example, you can see this has almost
  108. 3:31been completed and you can see this is
  109. 3:34halfway to be completed. You can also
  110. 3:36hover to see the value. So for example,
  111. 3:38you can see they've logged 2.3 out of
  112. 3:40the goal which is 2.5. You as a coach
  113. 3:43can also log on their behalf. So you can
  114. 3:45do so by clicking on a specific day. So
  115. 3:47if I click on this for example, I can
  116. 3:49log and let's say now we want to log 2.5
  117. 3:52L and I'll do update entry and just like
  118. 3:55that we've logged on the client's
  119. 3:57behalf. You also have the option to view
  120. 3:59all the entries straight from here and
  121. 4:01you can also edit by clicking this. So
  122. 4:03that's how a daily habit looks like. I
  123. 4:05also have a weekly habit here to show
  124. 4:07you what that looks like. The only
  125. 4:08difference with a weekly habit is that
  126. 4:10the goal is an accumulation of a given
  127. 4:13week. You can view the weeks over here
  128. 4:15and you can see which weeks were
  129. 4:16completed and which weeks have not yet
  130. 4:18been completed. So here, for example, I
  131. 4:20can see that so far this week they've
  132. 4:22logged 2 days, but the goal was three
  133. 4:24and that's why we see a yellow
  134. 4:26indicator. If you stack a habit, it will
  135. 4:28appear like this. So you can see we have
  136. 4:29the start date set for the 28th of May.
  137. 4:32Next up, I'll show you the summary tab.
  138. 4:35The summary tab gives you a weekly
  139. 4:37overview of all the habits. So, here you
  140. 4:40will see the habits and then here you
  141. 4:42can see the average for that week. You
  142. 4:43can filter between the weeks by clicking
  143. 4:45on this over here. This week so far, no
  144. 4:48habits have been completed, but that is
  145. 4:49because we are only at Thursday. If I go
  146. 4:51to a previous week, you can see over
  147. 4:54here they've completed this habit for
  148. 4:56the daily steps and the daily average
  149. 4:58was 14,000. Over here you can see this
  150. 5:01has not been completed for the full
  151. 5:03week. But there are some days where
  152. 5:04they've completed the habit. So that is
  153. 5:06everything when it comes to habits from
  154. 5:08the coach side. I'm now going to switch
  155. 5:09to the client app to show you how it
  156. 5:11looks like on the client side and how
  157. 5:13they can log and view their habits. I am
  158. 5:16now logged in as a client in the client
  159. 5:18app. We are in the dashboard and here
  160. 5:20you will see under the task section
  161. 5:23there are three habits. There is also a
  162. 5:25dedicated habits tab. But when a habit
  163. 5:27is due for a specific day, they will be
  164. 5:29able to see it directly in their tasks.
  165. 5:31So here you see there are three habits.
  166. 5:33This habit here, water intake, has been
  167. 5:35completed. This daily steps habit, you
  168. 5:37can see from the progress indicator, has
  169. 5:39not been completed yet. The daily steps
  170. 5:41goal was 10,000 and they've logged 7,000
  171. 5:43so far. The client can log a habit
  172. 5:46directly from here by clicking on this
  173. 5:48plus icon. So if I click this, I can log
  174. 5:52the habit. You have the option to
  175. 5:54completely reset a habit. You have the
  176. 5:56option to quick complete a habit and you
  177. 5:58have the option to just add. So if I do
  178. 6:00add, I can say add another 1,00 and I
  179. 6:03can do add. I can also click this tick
  180. 6:06to just complete the habit. And just
  181. 6:08like that, we've completed the habit. I
  182. 6:10will now head over to the habits tab to
  183. 6:12show you what that looks like. The
  184. 6:13habits tab allows a client to view all
  185. 6:15their habits. Over here they can see
  186. 6:17their weekly progress. Here they can see
  187. 6:19for the week how many habits they've
  188. 6:21logged for each specific day. So if I
  189. 6:23hover over here I can see today we've
  190. 6:25logged four habits so far. Here they can
  191. 6:27view all the active habits. And here
  192. 6:29they can see the habits that they've
  193. 6:30logged for each day that week. If you
  194. 6:32have any habits that are upcoming they
  195. 6:34will appear here. Let's go ahead and
  196. 6:37click on a habit that is active. Here
  197. 6:39you will see they get a full overview of
  198. 6:42the habit. This is similar to what we
  199. 6:43just saw on the code side and this also
  200. 6:46allows them to backfill a habit. So if
  201. 6:48they ever need to log something for a
  202. 6:50previous date, they can just come here,
  203. 6:52click on any date and they can log it.
  204. 6:54If you have any instructions or
  205. 6:55anything, they can view it from here.
  206. 6:57And over here, they can view their stats
  207. 7:00for a specific habit. So they can view
  208. 7:02their streaks, their total, their
  209. 7:04average, their completion rate. So that
  210. 7:06is everything when it comes to the habit
  211. 7:07system in HubFit. If you have any
  212. 7:09questions, feel free to leave them in
  213. 7:10the comments below.
