- 0:03Hey guys, in this video I'm going to be
- 0:05showing you Hopefitit's habit feature.
- 0:07I'm going to show you how it works on
- 0:08the coach side and how it works on the
- 0:10client side. Right now I am in the habit
- 0:13section of my library. So this is where
- 0:15you can create your own habits in your
- 0:17library to reuse them with different
- 0:19clients. At the moment I have three
- 0:20habits and we can add more habits by
- 0:22clicking on this add habit. Here you'll
- 0:24see you have several different options.
- 0:26You can select an emoji, you can add a
- 0:28title here. You can add a description
- 0:30for the habit. And then over here you
- 0:32have the habit goal. So there are two
- 0:34types of goals. There's a daily goal and
- 0:36a weekly goal. A daily goal would mean
- 0:38they have to hit it every single day. A
- 0:39weekly goal means they have to hit it
- 0:41throughout the week. So for example,
- 0:43let's say we want to create a 10,000
- 0:45steps habit and this is set to daily. So
- 0:48this would mean complete 10,000 steps
- 0:50every day. If we change this to weekly,
- 0:52it would mean complete 10,000 steps
- 0:54every week. So you might do a 50,000
- 0:57steps weekly habit. And this would mean
- 0:59it doesn't matter what they get on a
- 1:00daily basis. So maybe one day they will
- 1:02log 5,000 and the second day they will
- 1:05log 15,000. But as long as they hit
- 1:0750,000 within that week, then the goal
- 1:09would have been achieved. When you
- 1:10select weekly, you will see this option
- 1:12here. This option determines the days
- 1:15that the habit appears in their task
- 1:17list and the days that they get a
- 1:18reminder to complete the habit. Next,
- 1:20you have a habit duration. So if you
- 1:22want to provide a specific duration for
- 1:24a habit, you can click on this. Now,
- 1:26because this is in our own library, we
- 1:28can assign it a day. So, we could say
- 1:30this habit is for 30 days. And when we
- 1:31add this to a client's habit, it would
- 1:33automatically set the end date based on
- 1:36the current date. And here you have a
- 1:38habit reminder. If you want them to
- 1:40receive a notification, you can have
- 1:42this set. And here you can type in your
- 1:43habit reminder. So, you could say
- 1:45something like,
- 1:47so this is how you can create the entire
- 1:48habit from scratch. If you want to
- 1:50preset these values, you can look at the
- 1:52hopefill library. So, if I click on
- 1:54this, you'll see you have several
- 1:55different habits. And let's say, for
- 1:56example, we select this, eat fruits. It
- 1:59will prefill everything and then I can
- 2:01modify it and add it to my library. So,
- 2:04that's everything when it comes to your
- 2:05habit library. You can add these habits
- 2:07and you can reuse them any time with
- 2:09your clients. I will now show you how we
- 2:11can add a habit to a client's profile
- 2:13and how we can view the habits that
- 2:14they've logged. So, right now, I have a
- 2:17client open and I am in the habit
- 2:19section. You'll see here you have the
- 2:21option to view all their habits and to
- 2:23view the summary. Here you can see the
- 2:25list of habits that they have. To add a
- 2:26habit for a client, you can click on
- 2:28this new habit. You'll see here we can
- 2:31create a habit from scratch. So this
- 2:32would be the exact same steps we went
- 2:34through. The only difference is if you
- 2:36add a habit to a client, you can specify
- 2:38the start date and if you want to
- 2:40specify the end date, you can do so as
- 2:42well. The start date allows you to pick
- 2:44a date in the future, which would allow
- 2:46you to stack habits. You can import
- 2:48directly from your library by just
- 2:49switching to this option here and then
- 2:51you can select something from your
- 2:53library. So right now I have water
- 2:56intake habit open. Here you can see the
- 2:58goal that was set. So this is a daily
- 3:00habit. Over here you can get quick
- 3:01summary. Here you have a calendar view
- 3:03for the month of May based on our filter
- 3:06here. And here you have the entries in a
- 3:08table format. If you want to edit the
- 3:09habit, you can click this edit and you
- 3:12can modify the habit. If you want to
- 3:13update the goal or if you want to delete
- 3:15the habit or even set a reminder, you
- 3:17can do so. Over here, you will see if a
- 3:19habit is completed, it is marked with a
- 3:22blue circle. And if it's not yet
- 3:24completed, you will see it as a yellow
- 3:26circle and the bar will show you how
- 3:28much it's been completed. So, for
- 3:29example, you can see this has almost
- 3:31been completed and you can see this is
- 3:34halfway to be completed. You can also
- 3:36hover to see the value. So for example,
- 3:38you can see they've logged 2.3 out of
- 3:40the goal which is 2.5. You as a coach
- 3:43can also log on their behalf. So you can
- 3:45do so by clicking on a specific day. So
- 3:47if I click on this for example, I can
- 3:49log and let's say now we want to log 2.5
- 3:52L and I'll do update entry and just like
- 3:55that we've logged on the client's
- 3:57behalf. You also have the option to view
- 3:59all the entries straight from here and
- 4:01you can also edit by clicking this. So
- 4:03that's how a daily habit looks like. I
- 4:05also have a weekly habit here to show
- 4:07you what that looks like. The only
- 4:08difference with a weekly habit is that
- 4:10the goal is an accumulation of a given
- 4:13week. You can view the weeks over here
- 4:15and you can see which weeks were
- 4:16completed and which weeks have not yet
- 4:18been completed. So here, for example, I
- 4:20can see that so far this week they've
- 4:22logged 2 days, but the goal was three
- 4:24and that's why we see a yellow
- 4:26indicator. If you stack a habit, it will
- 4:28appear like this. So you can see we have
- 4:29the start date set for the 28th of May.
- 4:32Next up, I'll show you the summary tab.
- 4:35The summary tab gives you a weekly
- 4:37overview of all the habits. So, here you
- 4:40will see the habits and then here you
- 4:42can see the average for that week. You
- 4:43can filter between the weeks by clicking
- 4:45on this over here. This week so far, no
- 4:48habits have been completed, but that is
- 4:49because we are only at Thursday. If I go
- 4:51to a previous week, you can see over
- 4:54here they've completed this habit for
- 4:56the daily steps and the daily average
- 4:58was 14,000. Over here you can see this
- 5:01has not been completed for the full
- 5:03week. But there are some days where
- 5:04they've completed the habit. So that is
- 5:06everything when it comes to habits from
- 5:08the coach side. I'm now going to switch
- 5:09to the client app to show you how it
- 5:11looks like on the client side and how
- 5:13they can log and view their habits. I am
- 5:16now logged in as a client in the client
- 5:18app. We are in the dashboard and here
- 5:20you will see under the task section
- 5:23there are three habits. There is also a
- 5:25dedicated habits tab. But when a habit
- 5:27is due for a specific day, they will be
- 5:29able to see it directly in their tasks.
- 5:31So here you see there are three habits.
- 5:33This habit here, water intake, has been
- 5:35completed. This daily steps habit, you
- 5:37can see from the progress indicator, has
- 5:39not been completed yet. The daily steps
- 5:41goal was 10,000 and they've logged 7,000
- 5:43so far. The client can log a habit
- 5:46directly from here by clicking on this
- 5:48plus icon. So if I click this, I can log
- 5:52the habit. You have the option to
- 5:54completely reset a habit. You have the
- 5:56option to quick complete a habit and you
- 5:58have the option to just add. So if I do
- 6:00add, I can say add another 1,00 and I
- 6:03can do add. I can also click this tick
- 6:06to just complete the habit. And just
- 6:08like that, we've completed the habit. I
- 6:10will now head over to the habits tab to
- 6:12show you what that looks like. The
- 6:13habits tab allows a client to view all
- 6:15their habits. Over here they can see
- 6:17their weekly progress. Here they can see
- 6:19for the week how many habits they've
- 6:21logged for each specific day. So if I
- 6:23hover over here I can see today we've
- 6:25logged four habits so far. Here they can
- 6:27view all the active habits. And here
- 6:29they can see the habits that they've
- 6:30logged for each day that week. If you
- 6:32have any habits that are upcoming they
- 6:34will appear here. Let's go ahead and
- 6:37click on a habit that is active. Here
- 6:39you will see they get a full overview of
- 6:42the habit. This is similar to what we
- 6:43just saw on the code side and this also
- 6:46allows them to backfill a habit. So if
- 6:48they ever need to log something for a
- 6:50previous date, they can just come here,
- 6:52click on any date and they can log it.
- 6:54If you have any instructions or
- 6:55anything, they can view it from here.
- 6:57And over here, they can view their stats
- 7:00for a specific habit. So they can view
- 7:02their streaks, their total, their
- 7:04average, their completion rate. So that
- 7:06is everything when it comes to the habit
- 7:07system in HubFit. If you have any
- 7:09questions, feel free to leave them in
- 7:10the comments below.
