- 0:02Hey guys, in this video we're going to
- 0:04be looking at HubFit's autoflow feature.
- 0:06Autoflow allows you to schedule events
- 0:08ahead of time, such as sending a message
- 0:10or adding a resource to your client. You
- 0:12can automate these and you can have them
- 0:14scheduled weeks or months ahead of time.
- 0:16So, let's jump right into it. First, I'm
- 0:18going to show you how you can add an
- 0:19autoflow event to a client profile. So,
- 0:21over here, I have a client. I'm going to
- 0:22go ahead and click on this client. And
- 0:24if you look here, you can see we have
- 0:25this autoflow. So, just a quick overview
- 0:27of what you see before we jump into it.
- 0:29Over here you can filter between the
- 0:31month. Over here you can toggle the
- 0:33views if you want it day, week or month.
- 0:35And this is where you can add an event.
- 0:37If I click add events, you'll see that
- 0:39you have several different type of
- 0:41events. So I'm going to quickly run you
- 0:42through them. The first is adding a
- 0:44workout program. So you can add a
- 0:45workout program from your library into
- 0:48the client workout section. For example,
- 0:49if you have your workout split into
- 0:51phases, maybe month one, month two,
- 0:53month three, you can automate when they
- 0:55are added. So if I go ahead and click
- 0:57add program, you can give the event a
- 0:58title and then you can schedule the date
- 1:00and time. So if you pick, let's say you
- 1:03want this to be added next week, you can
- 1:05do so and then you can pick the time as
- 1:07well. You'll also see an option if you
- 1:09want to send a notification to select
- 1:10the program you want to add as part of
- 1:12this event. You can click on this.
- 1:14You'll see a drop down of all the
- 1:16templates in your workout library. So
- 1:18I'll go back and if I do add resources,
- 1:20this is for your vault. So you can add
- 1:22any resources from your vault such as
- 1:24images, videos, and it works the same
- 1:26way. You have title, notification, when
- 1:29you want to add them, and then you can
- 1:30select a resource from your vault.
- 1:32Automated message allows you to send an
- 1:34inapp message. Same goes with email. Now
- 1:36with email, if I go ahead and click on
- 1:38email, you can see you can actually
- 1:40format the email and schedule that. You
- 1:43then have inapp notification. So this
- 1:44sends an actual notification from the
- 1:46app. And as you're typing your title and
- 1:49the text, you can preview it in real
- 1:51time to see what it would look like. And
- 1:53finally, you have automated note. So
- 1:55there's a note section on the client
- 1:56profile. If you want to automate a note,
- 1:59you can do so from here. There is also
- 2:00this option here, autoflow library. This
- 2:03allows you to use your own library, but
- 2:04we will get to that in a moment. So
- 2:06let's go ahead and add an event. So I
- 2:08can do add workout program. And let's
- 2:10say we want to add week one workout
- 2:12program. And then I'm going to select
- 2:14the workout program that I want to add.
- 2:16and I'll do add event. And if I just go
- 2:18to the 1st of April, you can see here we
- 2:20have the event. So let's go ahead and
- 2:22add another event. And instead of
- 2:23clicking the add event, you can actually
- 2:25use this shortcut here by just clicking
- 2:27on the dates that you want to add. And
- 2:29then it will automatically fill in that
- 2:30date. So I'll give you an example. Let's
- 2:32say we want to add something on the 3rd
- 2:33of April. I'll click on this. Let's say
- 2:36we want to send inapp notification. So
- 2:38let's add a check-in reminder. And I'll
- 2:41go ahead and click add event. You can
- 2:43also filter by the view. So we have
- 2:45month that's currently open. We can
- 2:47flick to week. So I can see it week by
- 2:49week and I can also flick to day and I
- 2:51can see it day by day. So that's how you
- 2:53can add events to a client's autoflow
- 2:56calendar. Now this might be a little
- 2:58tedious if you have certain resources
- 3:01that you like to drip feed or you have a
- 3:02certain pattern of autoflow events. So
- 3:05this is where templates come in handy.
- 3:06You can create a template. You can
- 3:08pre-build this autoflow and then you can
- 3:10just import the library that you've
- 3:11pre-built. So let me show you how you
- 3:13can actually go ahead and do that. that
- 3:14you'll see this autoflow option over
- 3:16here. This is where you'll have all your
- 3:17autoflow templates. So, here for
- 3:19example, you'll see I have these two
- 3:20templates. So, I have a 90-day program
- 3:22and here it's 3 weeks and there's nine
- 3:25events and in this case I have resource
- 3:27strip feed. So, let me go ahead and go
- 3:29into one of those templates. I'll click
- 3:30on this 90-day program. Adding an event
- 3:33to a template is the same as adding it
- 3:35to the client autoflow which we just
- 3:37done. So, if I do add event, you'll see
- 3:39the same view here where you can add the
- 3:40event that you want to add. So, at the
- 3:42moment, we have three weeks. I can do
- 3:44add week. So, now we have a fourth week.
- 3:46I can flick to the week or month view to
- 3:49make it easier to design. If you hover
- 3:51over a week, you'll see to the left
- 3:53here, there's these buttons that allow
- 3:55you to perform some actions. So, this
- 3:56action here allows you to add a week
- 3:59after this week. So, let's say, for
- 4:00example, we wanted to add a week after
- 4:03week 2. I can come here, click this
- 4:05button, and I'll do add week. And now
- 4:07we've just added a week, and we've
- 4:09shifted everything down. You can also
- 4:10delete a week. So if I do delete, I can
- 4:12go ahead and delete this week. And if
- 4:14you want to erase a week, you can do so
- 4:16as well. So if I do erase, that will
- 4:18remove all the events from that week. So
- 4:20let's look at another example of an
- 4:21autoflow. So I have another autoflow
- 4:24here that's for resources specifically.
- 4:26So if I click on this, I am drip feeding
- 4:28resources. So here, for example, we have
- 4:30a resource on the first week and this is
- 4:32a getting started resource. I also send
- 4:34a message to the client letting them
- 4:36know I've added a resource and what they
- 4:38can expect. And then we do this for
- 4:39every week. So, that's everything there
- 4:40is to building autoflow templates. Let
- 4:42me go ahead and show you how you can
- 4:44actually use an autoflow template. So,
- 4:46if I go back to that client that we saw
- 4:47earlier, and I'll just click on this
- 4:49client. I'll go to autoflow and I'll go
- 4:51ahead and click on add event. You'll see
- 4:53the autoflow library option. This is
- 4:56where you can select your templates that
- 4:58you have. Now, what's really cool is you
- 5:00can select multiple templates. So, as
- 5:01user, we have a 90-day program and we
- 5:03have a resource template that adds a
- 5:05resource to the client every week and
- 5:07messages them as well. You also have
- 5:09this option here that allows you to
- 5:11specify which date is the start date. So
- 5:13whichever day you pick is the day that
- 5:15the templates start the events from. So
- 5:17let's for example say we want to start
- 5:20on the 1st of April. I'll go ahead and
- 5:21click start flow. And if we just go to
- 5:24April, you'll see that it's added all
- 5:26the events from the template. And again,
- 5:28what's really nice is we were able to
- 5:30combine multiple templates. So that's
- 5:32everything there is with autoflows. You
- 5:34can also add autoflows into onboarding
- 5:37flows, which essentially means you can
- 5:39automate it at the onboarding level when
- 5:41you're on boarding a client. There's a
- 5:42separate video on autoflow that I would
- 5:44suggest if you're interested in that.
- 5:46But as far as autoflow goes, that's
- 5:48really everything there is. And as you
- 5:49can see, it's very simple and powerful.
- 5:51You can go to HubFit to try this out.
- 5:53And if you have any questions or
- 5:54anything, feel free to leave them in the
- 5:56comments below.
