  1. 0:02Hey guys, in this video we're going to
  2. 0:04be looking at HubFit's autoflow feature.
  3. 0:06Autoflow allows you to schedule events
  4. 0:08ahead of time, such as sending a message
  5. 0:10or adding a resource to your client. You
  6. 0:12can automate these and you can have them
  7. 0:14scheduled weeks or months ahead of time.
  8. 0:16So, let's jump right into it. First, I'm
  9. 0:18going to show you how you can add an
  10. 0:19autoflow event to a client profile. So,
  11. 0:21over here, I have a client. I'm going to
  12. 0:22go ahead and click on this client. And
  13. 0:24if you look here, you can see we have
  14. 0:25this autoflow. So, just a quick overview
  15. 0:27of what you see before we jump into it.
  16. 0:29Over here you can filter between the
  17. 0:31month. Over here you can toggle the
  18. 0:33views if you want it day, week or month.
  19. 0:35And this is where you can add an event.
  20. 0:37If I click add events, you'll see that
  21. 0:39you have several different type of
  22. 0:41events. So I'm going to quickly run you
  23. 0:42through them. The first is adding a
  24. 0:44workout program. So you can add a
  25. 0:45workout program from your library into
  26. 0:48the client workout section. For example,
  27. 0:49if you have your workout split into
  28. 0:51phases, maybe month one, month two,
  29. 0:53month three, you can automate when they
  30. 0:55are added. So if I go ahead and click
  31. 0:57add program, you can give the event a
  32. 0:58title and then you can schedule the date
  33. 1:00and time. So if you pick, let's say you
  34. 1:03want this to be added next week, you can
  35. 1:05do so and then you can pick the time as
  36. 1:07well. You'll also see an option if you
  37. 1:09want to send a notification to select
  38. 1:10the program you want to add as part of
  39. 1:12this event. You can click on this.
  40. 1:14You'll see a drop down of all the
  41. 1:16templates in your workout library. So
  42. 1:18I'll go back and if I do add resources,
  43. 1:20this is for your vault. So you can add
  44. 1:22any resources from your vault such as
  45. 1:24images, videos, and it works the same
  46. 1:26way. You have title, notification, when
  47. 1:29you want to add them, and then you can
  48. 1:30select a resource from your vault.
  49. 1:32Automated message allows you to send an
  50. 1:34inapp message. Same goes with email. Now
  51. 1:36with email, if I go ahead and click on
  52. 1:38email, you can see you can actually
  53. 1:40format the email and schedule that. You
  54. 1:43then have inapp notification. So this
  55. 1:44sends an actual notification from the
  56. 1:46app. And as you're typing your title and
  57. 1:49the text, you can preview it in real
  58. 1:51time to see what it would look like. And
  59. 1:53finally, you have automated note. So
  60. 1:55there's a note section on the client
  61. 1:56profile. If you want to automate a note,
  62. 1:59you can do so from here. There is also
  63. 2:00this option here, autoflow library. This
  64. 2:03allows you to use your own library, but
  65. 2:04we will get to that in a moment. So
  66. 2:06let's go ahead and add an event. So I
  67. 2:08can do add workout program. And let's
  68. 2:10say we want to add week one workout
  69. 2:12program. And then I'm going to select
  70. 2:14the workout program that I want to add.
  71. 2:16and I'll do add event. And if I just go
  72. 2:18to the 1st of April, you can see here we
  73. 2:20have the event. So let's go ahead and
  74. 2:22add another event. And instead of
  75. 2:23clicking the add event, you can actually
  76. 2:25use this shortcut here by just clicking
  77. 2:27on the dates that you want to add. And
  78. 2:29then it will automatically fill in that
  79. 2:30date. So I'll give you an example. Let's
  80. 2:32say we want to add something on the 3rd
  81. 2:33of April. I'll click on this. Let's say
  82. 2:36we want to send inapp notification. So
  83. 2:38let's add a check-in reminder. And I'll
  84. 2:41go ahead and click add event. You can
  85. 2:43also filter by the view. So we have
  86. 2:45month that's currently open. We can
  87. 2:47flick to week. So I can see it week by
  88. 2:49week and I can also flick to day and I
  89. 2:51can see it day by day. So that's how you
  90. 2:53can add events to a client's autoflow
  91. 2:56calendar. Now this might be a little
  92. 2:58tedious if you have certain resources
  93. 3:01that you like to drip feed or you have a
  94. 3:02certain pattern of autoflow events. So
  95. 3:05this is where templates come in handy.
  96. 3:06You can create a template. You can
  97. 3:08pre-build this autoflow and then you can
  98. 3:10just import the library that you've
  99. 3:11pre-built. So let me show you how you
  100. 3:13can actually go ahead and do that. that
  101. 3:14you'll see this autoflow option over
  102. 3:16here. This is where you'll have all your
  103. 3:17autoflow templates. So, here for
  104. 3:19example, you'll see I have these two
  105. 3:20templates. So, I have a 90-day program
  106. 3:22and here it's 3 weeks and there's nine
  107. 3:25events and in this case I have resource
  108. 3:27strip feed. So, let me go ahead and go
  109. 3:29into one of those templates. I'll click
  110. 3:30on this 90-day program. Adding an event
  111. 3:33to a template is the same as adding it
  112. 3:35to the client autoflow which we just
  113. 3:37done. So, if I do add event, you'll see
  114. 3:39the same view here where you can add the
  115. 3:40event that you want to add. So, at the
  116. 3:42moment, we have three weeks. I can do
  117. 3:44add week. So, now we have a fourth week.
  118. 3:46I can flick to the week or month view to
  119. 3:49make it easier to design. If you hover
  120. 3:51over a week, you'll see to the left
  121. 3:53here, there's these buttons that allow
  122. 3:55you to perform some actions. So, this
  123. 3:56action here allows you to add a week
  124. 3:59after this week. So, let's say, for
  125. 4:00example, we wanted to add a week after
  126. 4:03week 2. I can come here, click this
  127. 4:05button, and I'll do add week. And now
  128. 4:07we've just added a week, and we've
  129. 4:09shifted everything down. You can also
  130. 4:10delete a week. So if I do delete, I can
  131. 4:12go ahead and delete this week. And if
  132. 4:14you want to erase a week, you can do so
  133. 4:16as well. So if I do erase, that will
  134. 4:18remove all the events from that week. So
  135. 4:20let's look at another example of an
  136. 4:21autoflow. So I have another autoflow
  137. 4:24here that's for resources specifically.
  138. 4:26So if I click on this, I am drip feeding
  139. 4:28resources. So here, for example, we have
  140. 4:30a resource on the first week and this is
  141. 4:32a getting started resource. I also send
  142. 4:34a message to the client letting them
  143. 4:36know I've added a resource and what they
  144. 4:38can expect. And then we do this for
  145. 4:39every week. So, that's everything there
  146. 4:40is to building autoflow templates. Let
  147. 4:42me go ahead and show you how you can
  148. 4:44actually use an autoflow template. So,
  149. 4:46if I go back to that client that we saw
  150. 4:47earlier, and I'll just click on this
  151. 4:49client. I'll go to autoflow and I'll go
  152. 4:51ahead and click on add event. You'll see
  153. 4:53the autoflow library option. This is
  154. 4:56where you can select your templates that
  155. 4:58you have. Now, what's really cool is you
  156. 5:00can select multiple templates. So, as
  157. 5:01user, we have a 90-day program and we
  158. 5:03have a resource template that adds a
  159. 5:05resource to the client every week and
  160. 5:07messages them as well. You also have
  161. 5:09this option here that allows you to
  162. 5:11specify which date is the start date. So
  163. 5:13whichever day you pick is the day that
  164. 5:15the templates start the events from. So
  165. 5:17let's for example say we want to start
  166. 5:20on the 1st of April. I'll go ahead and
  167. 5:21click start flow. And if we just go to
  168. 5:24April, you'll see that it's added all
  169. 5:26the events from the template. And again,
  170. 5:28what's really nice is we were able to
  171. 5:30combine multiple templates. So that's
  172. 5:32everything there is with autoflows. You
  173. 5:34can also add autoflows into onboarding
  174. 5:37flows, which essentially means you can
  175. 5:39automate it at the onboarding level when
  176. 5:41you're on boarding a client. There's a
  177. 5:42separate video on autoflow that I would
  178. 5:44suggest if you're interested in that.
  179. 5:46But as far as autoflow goes, that's
  180. 5:48really everything there is. And as you
  181. 5:49can see, it's very simple and powerful.
  182. 5:51You can go to HubFit to try this out.
  183. 5:53And if you have any questions or
  184. 5:54anything, feel free to leave them in the
  185. 5:56comments below.
