- 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
- 0:05be looking at Hopefit's workout tracker.
- 0:07So, I'm going to show you both how it
- 0:08works from the client side and how they
- 0:10can track their workout. And then I'm
- 0:12going to show you how it works from the
- 0:13coach side of things. Right here, I have
- 0:15the client app open and I'm logged in as
- 0:18a client. At the moment, we're in the
- 0:19dashboard. Going to go ahead and go to
- 0:21this training tab. When you're in the
- 0:23training tab, you'll see that you have a
- 0:25list of the programs. There's also the
- 0:27history section. Right here we have a
- 0:29full body program that consists of
- 0:32multiple different workouts. So if I go
- 0:34ahead and click on this program, you can
- 0:36see we have chest and shoulders. We have
- 0:39back workout, arms and legs. So I'll go
- 0:43ahead and go back to the first one.
- 0:44You'll see here there's the image of the
- 0:46workout. So you can pick any image.
- 0:48There's the name of the workout. Over
- 0:50here there's a quick summary. So it
- 0:52shows the client how many exercises they
- 0:55have, how many supersets, and how many
- 0:57sections. A section is just a way to
- 0:59group exercises. So, in this example,
- 1:01the warm-up is one section. Each
- 1:03exercise is clickable. They click it,
- 1:05they'll be able to view the video. They
- 1:07can see the prescribed sets, weight,
- 1:10reps, and they can also see the
- 1:12instructions for the exercise. So,
- 1:14that's what the workout preview looks
- 1:15like. To start tracking their workout,
- 1:18they can hit this start workout button.
- 1:21So, just a quick overview of the options
- 1:23that you see here. First one is just how
- 1:25long the workout has been running for.
- 1:27The second option allows you to initiate
- 1:28a timer. This here allows you to view
- 1:31the workout note and this allows you to
- 1:34just cancel the tracking. So the first
- 1:36view as we saw earlier was this section.
- 1:38So it's just a warm-up section. So this
- 1:40allows you to put exercises together and
- 1:42it's ideal for cases such as warm-ups.
- 1:45So here there is a description for the
- 1:46warm-up and then the two exercises. In
- 1:49this case, I'll just go ahead and just
- 1:50complete these and jump into the next
- 1:53one where I will jump into exactly what
- 1:56everything is. So over here, when it
- 1:58comes to your exercises, the sets that
- 2:02you've prescribed and the weight and the
- 2:03reps can be viewed here. Now, what's
- 2:05nice is since there was three sets
- 2:07assigned, the sets have been
- 2:08prepopulated here. Now, the clients
- 2:10always have the option to delete a set
- 2:13or add another set. In each of the sets
- 2:16that were prepopulated, it's also
- 2:18prefills in a placeholder format the
- 2:21track values from the previous time
- 2:23they've done this exact exercise. So, if
- 2:25I go ahead and mark this set as
- 2:27complete, you will see that it will add
- 2:30the fields from the placeholder that we
- 2:32had. You'll also see that this countdown
- 2:34timer was automatically kicked off. Now,
- 2:37this timer was kicked off based on the
- 2:39rest period that you add to an exercise.
- 2:42If you don't add a rest period, then
- 2:44this would not kick off automatically.
- 2:46Over here, they can reduce the timer,
- 2:48add more to the timer, they can also
- 2:50pause it or they can just completely
- 2:52cancel it. Now, what I showed you
- 2:53earlier was that they can manually kick
- 2:55off the timer as well. So, if I click on
- 2:57that, you'll see here I can say maybe
- 3:00let's do 2 minutes and I can say start
- 3:03and it will start the timer. The next
- 3:05thing you'll see here is that there is a
- 3:07note. Now, the note that appears here is
- 3:10a custom note. So what's nice is each
- 3:12exercise can have an instruction and
- 3:14that can be viewed from here. So for
- 3:17example, this exercise has instructions
- 3:19on how to perform the exercise. But if
- 3:21there's a case where you want to add a
- 3:24specific note, you can add that and
- 3:26that's where they'll be able to see the
- 3:28custom note. If I click on this drop
- 3:30down here, you'll see that there are two
- 3:32options. You can leave a comment and the
- 3:34client can also swap the exercise. I'll
- 3:36show you swapping the exercise a little
- 3:38bit later, but for now, let's add a
- 3:40comment. Let's say leave a comment and
- 3:42we'll say and I'll just update this
- 3:45comment. So that way we've added a
- 3:47comment to the exercise that you can
- 3:49view as a coach when you're viewing the
- 3:51completed workout. There's also this
- 3:53history button here. This allows them to
- 3:55view a full history of this exercise. So
- 3:58for example, if I scroll, I can see all
- 4:00the times that I've tracked for this
- 4:02specific exercise. They can view it in a
- 4:04graph format. You'll see our highest
- 4:06weight that was lifted was 70 kg. Let's
- 4:09go ahead and actually lift something
- 4:11higher. So in this case, let's just say
- 4:13we lifted 100 kg. We've done 10 reps and
- 4:17I'll complete this
- 4:19set. You'll see
- 4:21here it gets tracked. They get notified
- 4:24and they'll be able to actually share
- 4:26this on their Instagram, which I will
- 4:28show you a little bit later. Can also
- 4:30add a set if they'd like to do so. Now,
- 4:32what's nice with adding a set is that it
- 4:35prefills it from the previous one. So
- 4:36again, making it easier for the clients
- 4:38to track their workouts. The client can
- 4:40view the video attached to the exercise
- 4:43by clicking on the video. So if I go
- 4:45ahead and click on that, you'll see I
- 4:47can view the exercise. So we can now
- 4:50swipe to our next exercise. Over here,
- 4:52you'll see that we have a superset. And
- 4:54this is what a superset would look like.
- 4:56So you'll see here we have two
- 4:58exercises. And each set here represents
- 5:01the two exercises. So this would be for
- 5:03the first exercise, this would be for
- 5:04the second. So, let's just go ahead and
- 5:07mark them all as completed. Just for the
- 5:09sake of this, let's hit a PR for our
- 5:12cable standing crossover. So, I'm going
- 5:14to go ahead and
- 5:15click a new
- 5:17PR. You can see that we've hit a new PR.
- 5:20Mark this as complete. Again, the
- 5:22placeholder makes it very easy for the
- 5:24client to track their workouts. Now,
- 5:26let's move on to our next exercise. Now,
- 5:28before I do this exercise, I also want
- 5:30to show you that there's this progress
- 5:32bar here that you can see at the top.
- 5:33And that progress indicates how many of
- 5:35the assigned exercises they have
- 5:37completed so far. So it's a nice
- 5:38indicator for them as they're tracking
- 5:40their workout to see how much more they
- 5:42have left. Let's say in this case for
- 5:43whatever reason the machine may not be
- 5:45available or the client doesn't want to
- 5:46do this specific exercise. They can
- 5:48click on this dropown. They can click on
- 5:51swap exercise. And here they can
- 5:52actually swap to anything in the hubit
- 5:55library. Now you also have the option to
- 5:57allow them to access your own exercise
- 5:59library. And I will show you how we do
- 6:01that once we get into the coach side of
- 6:03things. So here you'll see they can
- 6:04filter with muscle and equipment. So in
- 6:06this case, let's say we want a shoulder
- 6:08exercise. And for equipment, let's say
- 6:11we want a barbell. I'm going to click on
- 6:13this and I'm going to click swap
- 6:14exercise. Now what happened is the
- 6:17exercise was swapped and the
- 6:19placeholders were also updated based on
- 6:22any previous history for this exercise.
- 6:24So if there was no previous history,
- 6:26these would be empty. And I can just go
- 6:28ahead and complete these and move on to
- 6:31the next screen. So this is where they
- 6:33can actually complete their workout. And
- 6:35you can see here they can rate how
- 6:37difficult the workout was and they can
- 6:38add any specific comments that they'd
- 6:41like to add. We'll say that the workout
- 6:42was very difficult and they'll add a
- 6:44comment. So I've added the comment and I
- 6:46can go ahead and click on
- 6:49finish. And just like so, the client has
- 6:52finished their workout. You'll see over
- 6:53here they'll see a quick overview of how
- 6:55many sets they've completed, the total
- 6:57volume of the workout, how many reps in
- 6:59total, and how many PRs they've hit. So,
- 7:01in this case, they've hit five new PRs.
- 7:03You'll see here that the note is
- 7:04attached here. And if they scroll on the
- 7:09exercise, they'll be able to see all
- 7:11their tracked information. And here, for
- 7:13example, you'll see the PRs that they've
- 7:15hit. So, for incline bench press,
- 7:17they've hit a new weight PR. They've hit
- 7:19a new volume. They've also hit a new one
- 7:22rep max. In this case here, dumbbell
- 7:24bench press. You'll see that they've hit
- 7:26a new PR for their weight. Now, one of
- 7:29the coolest things with this is they can
- 7:31share their results. So, if I do share
- 7:33results, they can share this directly on
- 7:36Instagram. Over here, it says HubFit
- 7:38with the logo, but if you customize your
- 7:41branding, your actual logo and name
- 7:43would appear here. So, there's a couple
- 7:45of things here. You can see their nice
- 7:47preview that they've hit PR. And this is
- 7:49very encouraging for the client to share
- 7:51it on their story. There's also other
- 7:52options. So they can also share the
- 7:55total weight they've lifted. They can
- 7:57also share, let's say they haven't hit
- 7:59any PRs, they can still share their
- 8:01workout by showing their top lift. So in
- 8:04this case, it will show them their top
- 8:06three lifts. So let's go ahead and
- 8:08actually share this on our Instagram. So
- 8:10if I click on
- 8:11Instagram, you'll see it will open it
- 8:14into our story. clients can move it
- 8:16around, can modify it, resize it. Again,
- 8:19the logo that appears here and the name
- 8:21would be your own. And the color that
- 8:23appears here, so you can see that it's
- 8:24blue. It's based off the theme color.
- 8:27Essentially, the client can share their
- 8:29PR or can share their top lifts on
- 8:31Instagram. So, I have another exercise
- 8:33open real quick just to show you what it
- 8:36would look like when they hit
- 8:37milestones. For example, if they
- 8:39complete their first workout, their 10th
- 8:41workout, the 25th workout, they'll see a
- 8:44milestone. So, I'll just show you what
- 8:45that looks like and I'll do finish. So,
- 8:48you'll see here it says you've just
- 8:50completed your 10th workout. I can go
- 8:52ahead and click. You'll see here they
- 8:54can share it. And the last thing I want
- 8:56to show you from the client side is if
- 8:58they click on the history tab, they can
- 9:00actually view all their completed
- 9:02workouts. And here, for example, you'll
- 9:04see that this is the workout we've just
- 9:06completed. And it tells us that it was a
- 9:08very hard workout based on our rating
- 9:10and that we've hit a new PR. and they
- 9:12can always click on a workout and view
- 9:16it any time and they can also go back
- 9:18and share results. There's also the
- 9:20exercise option here. So if I click on
- 9:22exercises, I can view all our exercise
- 9:25that we've tracked. So let's say for
- 9:28example, we want to view our barbell
- 9:31incline bench press. If I click on this,
- 9:34I can actually view it without having to
- 9:36be tracking my workout. So I can always
- 9:38just come here and view. You can see
- 9:40earlier we added a note to the exercise.
- 9:44So that also appears here. So that's
- 9:46everything from the client side. Very
- 9:47easy for the client to track their
- 9:49workouts and to view their PRs and share
- 9:52it on their story as well. Let's now
- 9:54jump into the coach site. So right now I
- 9:56am on the coach side and the client that
- 9:58I have open is the client that just
- 10:00completed the workout. In the training
- 10:01tab, you'll see that there's the
- 10:03exercise history and there is completed
- 10:05workout. I'm going to go ahead and jump
- 10:06into the completed workouts first to
- 10:08show you what that looks like. So, you
- 10:10can see here there's a list of all of
- 10:12the clients completed workout. You can
- 10:13see the date. You can see the difficulty
- 10:16that they rated it. And the highlight
- 10:17tab will show you if there was any PRs
- 10:20or any notes for that workout. So, in
- 10:22this example, you can see that there was
- 10:24a note and there was five PRs. In this
- 10:26case, there was nothing. If there's a
- 10:27note, you can just hover over the note
- 10:29and you can view it. Let's go ahead and
- 10:31actually click on this workout that we
- 10:32just completed. Here you'll see it's
- 10:34similar to what was shown on the app.
- 10:36You can get a quick overview of the
- 10:38workout. So in this case there was five
- 10:40records and the total volume that was
- 10:42lifted. You can also see any notes
- 10:44attached to a workout. Now if I scroll a
- 10:46little you can see here is where we hit
- 10:49the PR. So for barbell incline bench
- 10:52press, you can see the PR that they've
- 10:53hit. And you can also view the note that
- 10:56was added to the exercise. Here for
- 10:58example, you can see that we have the
- 10:59superset and this is what it would look
- 11:01like. And here you can see that we have
- 11:04the barbell seated overhead press. Now,
- 11:07this is an exercise that we manually
- 11:09switched over. So, you'll see this
- 11:10indicator that it was a workout that was
- 11:13swapped over using the swap option. For
- 11:15this exercise, you see that there is a
- 11:18PR. Now, what's very nice is that this
- 11:20history icon allows you to pull the full
- 11:22history for this exercise right from
- 11:24here. So if I click on this, I can view
- 11:26the full history for this exercise and
- 11:29see where they hit the PR, what they
- 11:31were before. And I can also click on
- 11:33view chart. So if I click on view chart
- 11:35here, I can see the chart with a full
- 11:37history of this exact exercise. And you
- 11:40can see here, for example, this is from
- 11:42the most recent one. And it also shows
- 11:45you any comments that was attached. So
- 11:47that's everything from viewing the
- 11:50client's tracked workout. There is also
- 11:52the option to view the exercise history.
- 11:54So if I click on this, you could just
- 11:56jump into every single exercise. So
- 11:59let's say for example, we want to view
- 12:01the barbell inclined bench press. I can
- 12:04click on this and I can view on a graph
- 12:06similar to what we just saw. You'll also
- 12:08see that in the exercise option, if I go
- 12:10there, you'll see this option here. And
- 12:13this is where you can grant the client
- 12:15permission for your library. So by
- 12:16default, they have access to hubet
- 12:18library. Now, you can also build out the
- 12:20library and have your own exercises. If
- 12:22you want them to have access to that,
- 12:23just click on this and toggle that
- 12:25option. That way, your clients can now
- 12:27access your own exercises. The last
- 12:29thing I want to show you is as you're
- 12:31creating the client's training program,
- 12:33for example, I'm back in the training
- 12:35program tab. If I click on this, when
- 12:38you're creating a workout, you have
- 12:39access to that history for the exercise
- 12:42straight from here. So, it makes it easy
- 12:44as well when you're modifying the
- 12:45client's workout to view all of their
- 12:47history. for any given exercise. So
- 12:49that's how you can view everything from
- 12:51the coach side. I now want to show you
- 12:53how you can actually track the client's
- 12:55workout from the coach app. So right now
- 12:57I have the coach app opened. I'm going
- 12:59to head over to this clients tab. You'll
- 13:01see here at the moment we have one
- 13:03client. And here I can see their
- 13:05profile. Now to track their workout,
- 13:07you'll see that there's this workout
- 13:09icon over here. If I click on this, it
- 13:12will show me this client's training
- 13:13programs. And then I can go ahead and
- 13:15click on this. And it's similar to what
- 13:16we saw earlier. So let's say we go to
- 13:19this and I do start workout. And
- 13:22everything here is the same, but you can
- 13:24do it from the coach side. You can also
- 13:26hide this. So as you're tracking it for
- 13:28the client, you can still use the app.
- 13:30You can still navigate. And as you can
- 13:32see here, it will show you that you have
- 13:34a workout running for this client. It
- 13:35will show you their profile image, their
- 13:37name, and the workout that you have
- 13:38running along with the progress of
- 13:40what's completed so far. And you can
- 13:42just click on this anytime when you're
- 13:44in the app to open up the tracker again
- 13:46and continue tracking their workout. But
- 13:48yeah, this is essentially exactly what
- 13:50we saw earlier from the client side. So
- 13:52let's go ahead and dismiss this workout
- 13:54and just do discard. And I'll go back to
- 13:57that client. And here you'll see that
- 13:59there's a profile option. If I click on
- 14:01this profile, you'll see that here is
- 14:03where you can view all of their workout
- 14:05history. If I click on this workout
- 14:07history, I can view all of their
- 14:09workouts. And you can click on it and
- 14:11again similar to what we saw earlier but
- 14:13you can do this from the coach app. You
- 14:15can share the results on their behalf to
- 14:17your own Instagram. So you can come here
- 14:19do share results. So yeah you can share
- 14:21this from your own side and you can
- 14:24share any of these options that are
- 14:25available. So that's everything with the
- 14:27workout tracker. The client can track
- 14:28their workouts. There's pre-filled
- 14:30placeholders, pre-filled sets. Makes it
- 14:32easy for them to track their workouts.
- 14:34There's PRs. They can share that on
- 14:36their Instagram. And you could also
- 14:37track their workouts from the coach app.
- 14:39If you have any questions, please feel
- 14:40free to ask them in the comments below.
