  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
  2. 0:05be looking at Hopefit's workout tracker.
  3. 0:07So, I'm going to show you both how it
  4. 0:08works from the client side and how they
  5. 0:10can track their workout. And then I'm
  6. 0:12going to show you how it works from the
  7. 0:13coach side of things. Right here, I have
  8. 0:15the client app open and I'm logged in as
  9. 0:18a client. At the moment, we're in the
  10. 0:19dashboard. Going to go ahead and go to
  11. 0:21this training tab. When you're in the
  12. 0:23training tab, you'll see that you have a
  13. 0:25list of the programs. There's also the
  14. 0:27history section. Right here we have a
  15. 0:29full body program that consists of
  16. 0:32multiple different workouts. So if I go
  17. 0:34ahead and click on this program, you can
  18. 0:36see we have chest and shoulders. We have
  19. 0:39back workout, arms and legs. So I'll go
  20. 0:43ahead and go back to the first one.
  21. 0:44You'll see here there's the image of the
  22. 0:46workout. So you can pick any image.
  23. 0:48There's the name of the workout. Over
  24. 0:50here there's a quick summary. So it
  25. 0:52shows the client how many exercises they
  26. 0:55have, how many supersets, and how many
  27. 0:57sections. A section is just a way to
  28. 0:59group exercises. So, in this example,
  29. 1:01the warm-up is one section. Each
  30. 1:03exercise is clickable. They click it,
  31. 1:05they'll be able to view the video. They
  32. 1:07can see the prescribed sets, weight,
  33. 1:10reps, and they can also see the
  34. 1:12instructions for the exercise. So,
  35. 1:14that's what the workout preview looks
  36. 1:15like. To start tracking their workout,
  37. 1:18they can hit this start workout button.
  38. 1:21So, just a quick overview of the options
  39. 1:23that you see here. First one is just how
  40. 1:25long the workout has been running for.
  41. 1:27The second option allows you to initiate
  42. 1:28a timer. This here allows you to view
  43. 1:31the workout note and this allows you to
  44. 1:34just cancel the tracking. So the first
  45. 1:36view as we saw earlier was this section.
  46. 1:38So it's just a warm-up section. So this
  47. 1:40allows you to put exercises together and
  48. 1:42it's ideal for cases such as warm-ups.
  49. 1:45So here there is a description for the
  50. 1:46warm-up and then the two exercises. In
  51. 1:49this case, I'll just go ahead and just
  52. 1:50complete these and jump into the next
  53. 1:53one where I will jump into exactly what
  54. 1:56everything is. So over here, when it
  55. 1:58comes to your exercises, the sets that
  56. 2:02you've prescribed and the weight and the
  57. 2:03reps can be viewed here. Now, what's
  58. 2:05nice is since there was three sets
  59. 2:07assigned, the sets have been
  60. 2:08prepopulated here. Now, the clients
  61. 2:10always have the option to delete a set
  62. 2:13or add another set. In each of the sets
  63. 2:16that were prepopulated, it's also
  64. 2:18prefills in a placeholder format the
  65. 2:21track values from the previous time
  66. 2:23they've done this exact exercise. So, if
  67. 2:25I go ahead and mark this set as
  68. 2:27complete, you will see that it will add
  69. 2:30the fields from the placeholder that we
  70. 2:32had. You'll also see that this countdown
  71. 2:34timer was automatically kicked off. Now,
  72. 2:37this timer was kicked off based on the
  73. 2:39rest period that you add to an exercise.
  74. 2:42If you don't add a rest period, then
  75. 2:44this would not kick off automatically.
  76. 2:46Over here, they can reduce the timer,
  77. 2:48add more to the timer, they can also
  78. 2:50pause it or they can just completely
  79. 2:52cancel it. Now, what I showed you
  80. 2:53earlier was that they can manually kick
  81. 2:55off the timer as well. So, if I click on
  82. 2:57that, you'll see here I can say maybe
  83. 3:00let's do 2 minutes and I can say start
  84. 3:03and it will start the timer. The next
  85. 3:05thing you'll see here is that there is a
  86. 3:07note. Now, the note that appears here is
  87. 3:10a custom note. So what's nice is each
  88. 3:12exercise can have an instruction and
  89. 3:14that can be viewed from here. So for
  90. 3:17example, this exercise has instructions
  91. 3:19on how to perform the exercise. But if
  92. 3:21there's a case where you want to add a
  93. 3:24specific note, you can add that and
  94. 3:26that's where they'll be able to see the
  95. 3:28custom note. If I click on this drop
  96. 3:30down here, you'll see that there are two
  97. 3:32options. You can leave a comment and the
  98. 3:34client can also swap the exercise. I'll
  99. 3:36show you swapping the exercise a little
  100. 3:38bit later, but for now, let's add a
  101. 3:40comment. Let's say leave a comment and
  102. 3:42we'll say and I'll just update this
  103. 3:45comment. So that way we've added a
  104. 3:47comment to the exercise that you can
  105. 3:49view as a coach when you're viewing the
  106. 3:51completed workout. There's also this
  107. 3:53history button here. This allows them to
  108. 3:55view a full history of this exercise. So
  109. 3:58for example, if I scroll, I can see all
  110. 4:00the times that I've tracked for this
  111. 4:02specific exercise. They can view it in a
  112. 4:04graph format. You'll see our highest
  113. 4:06weight that was lifted was 70 kg. Let's
  114. 4:09go ahead and actually lift something
  115. 4:11higher. So in this case, let's just say
  116. 4:13we lifted 100 kg. We've done 10 reps and
  117. 4:17I'll complete this
  118. 4:19set. You'll see
  119. 4:21here it gets tracked. They get notified
  120. 4:24and they'll be able to actually share
  121. 4:26this on their Instagram, which I will
  122. 4:28show you a little bit later. Can also
  123. 4:30add a set if they'd like to do so. Now,
  124. 4:32what's nice with adding a set is that it
  125. 4:35prefills it from the previous one. So
  126. 4:36again, making it easier for the clients
  127. 4:38to track their workouts. The client can
  128. 4:40view the video attached to the exercise
  129. 4:43by clicking on the video. So if I go
  130. 4:45ahead and click on that, you'll see I
  131. 4:47can view the exercise. So we can now
  132. 4:50swipe to our next exercise. Over here,
  133. 4:52you'll see that we have a superset. And
  134. 4:54this is what a superset would look like.
  135. 4:56So you'll see here we have two
  136. 4:58exercises. And each set here represents
  137. 5:01the two exercises. So this would be for
  138. 5:03the first exercise, this would be for
  139. 5:04the second. So, let's just go ahead and
  140. 5:07mark them all as completed. Just for the
  141. 5:09sake of this, let's hit a PR for our
  142. 5:12cable standing crossover. So, I'm going
  143. 5:14to go ahead and
  144. 5:15click a new
  145. 5:17PR. You can see that we've hit a new PR.
  146. 5:20Mark this as complete. Again, the
  147. 5:22placeholder makes it very easy for the
  148. 5:24client to track their workouts. Now,
  149. 5:26let's move on to our next exercise. Now,
  150. 5:28before I do this exercise, I also want
  151. 5:30to show you that there's this progress
  152. 5:32bar here that you can see at the top.
  153. 5:33And that progress indicates how many of
  154. 5:35the assigned exercises they have
  155. 5:37completed so far. So it's a nice
  156. 5:38indicator for them as they're tracking
  157. 5:40their workout to see how much more they
  158. 5:42have left. Let's say in this case for
  159. 5:43whatever reason the machine may not be
  160. 5:45available or the client doesn't want to
  161. 5:46do this specific exercise. They can
  162. 5:48click on this dropown. They can click on
  163. 5:51swap exercise. And here they can
  164. 5:52actually swap to anything in the hubit
  165. 5:55library. Now you also have the option to
  166. 5:57allow them to access your own exercise
  167. 5:59library. And I will show you how we do
  168. 6:01that once we get into the coach side of
  169. 6:03things. So here you'll see they can
  170. 6:04filter with muscle and equipment. So in
  171. 6:06this case, let's say we want a shoulder
  172. 6:08exercise. And for equipment, let's say
  173. 6:11we want a barbell. I'm going to click on
  174. 6:13this and I'm going to click swap
  175. 6:14exercise. Now what happened is the
  176. 6:17exercise was swapped and the
  177. 6:19placeholders were also updated based on
  178. 6:22any previous history for this exercise.
  179. 6:24So if there was no previous history,
  180. 6:26these would be empty. And I can just go
  181. 6:28ahead and complete these and move on to
  182. 6:31the next screen. So this is where they
  183. 6:33can actually complete their workout. And
  184. 6:35you can see here they can rate how
  185. 6:37difficult the workout was and they can
  186. 6:38add any specific comments that they'd
  187. 6:41like to add. We'll say that the workout
  188. 6:42was very difficult and they'll add a
  189. 6:44comment. So I've added the comment and I
  190. 6:46can go ahead and click on
  191. 6:49finish. And just like so, the client has
  192. 6:52finished their workout. You'll see over
  193. 6:53here they'll see a quick overview of how
  194. 6:55many sets they've completed, the total
  195. 6:57volume of the workout, how many reps in
  196. 6:59total, and how many PRs they've hit. So,
  197. 7:01in this case, they've hit five new PRs.
  198. 7:03You'll see here that the note is
  199. 7:04attached here. And if they scroll on the
  200. 7:09exercise, they'll be able to see all
  201. 7:11their tracked information. And here, for
  202. 7:13example, you'll see the PRs that they've
  203. 7:15hit. So, for incline bench press,
  204. 7:17they've hit a new weight PR. They've hit
  205. 7:19a new volume. They've also hit a new one
  206. 7:22rep max. In this case here, dumbbell
  207. 7:24bench press. You'll see that they've hit
  208. 7:26a new PR for their weight. Now, one of
  209. 7:29the coolest things with this is they can
  210. 7:31share their results. So, if I do share
  211. 7:33results, they can share this directly on
  212. 7:36Instagram. Over here, it says HubFit
  213. 7:38with the logo, but if you customize your
  214. 7:41branding, your actual logo and name
  215. 7:43would appear here. So, there's a couple
  216. 7:45of things here. You can see their nice
  217. 7:47preview that they've hit PR. And this is
  218. 7:49very encouraging for the client to share
  219. 7:51it on their story. There's also other
  220. 7:52options. So they can also share the
  221. 7:55total weight they've lifted. They can
  222. 7:57also share, let's say they haven't hit
  223. 7:59any PRs, they can still share their
  224. 8:01workout by showing their top lift. So in
  225. 8:04this case, it will show them their top
  226. 8:06three lifts. So let's go ahead and
  227. 8:08actually share this on our Instagram. So
  228. 8:10if I click on
  229. 8:11Instagram, you'll see it will open it
  230. 8:14into our story. clients can move it
  231. 8:16around, can modify it, resize it. Again,
  232. 8:19the logo that appears here and the name
  233. 8:21would be your own. And the color that
  234. 8:23appears here, so you can see that it's
  235. 8:24blue. It's based off the theme color.
  236. 8:27Essentially, the client can share their
  237. 8:29PR or can share their top lifts on
  238. 8:31Instagram. So, I have another exercise
  239. 8:33open real quick just to show you what it
  240. 8:36would look like when they hit
  241. 8:37milestones. For example, if they
  242. 8:39complete their first workout, their 10th
  243. 8:41workout, the 25th workout, they'll see a
  244. 8:44milestone. So, I'll just show you what
  245. 8:45that looks like and I'll do finish. So,
  246. 8:48you'll see here it says you've just
  247. 8:50completed your 10th workout. I can go
  248. 8:52ahead and click. You'll see here they
  249. 8:54can share it. And the last thing I want
  250. 8:56to show you from the client side is if
  251. 8:58they click on the history tab, they can
  252. 9:00actually view all their completed
  253. 9:02workouts. And here, for example, you'll
  254. 9:04see that this is the workout we've just
  255. 9:06completed. And it tells us that it was a
  256. 9:08very hard workout based on our rating
  257. 9:10and that we've hit a new PR. and they
  258. 9:12can always click on a workout and view
  259. 9:16it any time and they can also go back
  260. 9:18and share results. There's also the
  261. 9:20exercise option here. So if I click on
  262. 9:22exercises, I can view all our exercise
  263. 9:25that we've tracked. So let's say for
  264. 9:28example, we want to view our barbell
  265. 9:31incline bench press. If I click on this,
  266. 9:34I can actually view it without having to
  267. 9:36be tracking my workout. So I can always
  268. 9:38just come here and view. You can see
  269. 9:40earlier we added a note to the exercise.
  270. 9:44So that also appears here. So that's
  271. 9:46everything from the client side. Very
  272. 9:47easy for the client to track their
  273. 9:49workouts and to view their PRs and share
  274. 9:52it on their story as well. Let's now
  275. 9:54jump into the coach site. So right now I
  276. 9:56am on the coach side and the client that
  277. 9:58I have open is the client that just
  278. 10:00completed the workout. In the training
  279. 10:01tab, you'll see that there's the
  280. 10:03exercise history and there is completed
  281. 10:05workout. I'm going to go ahead and jump
  282. 10:06into the completed workouts first to
  283. 10:08show you what that looks like. So, you
  284. 10:10can see here there's a list of all of
  285. 10:12the clients completed workout. You can
  286. 10:13see the date. You can see the difficulty
  287. 10:16that they rated it. And the highlight
  288. 10:17tab will show you if there was any PRs
  289. 10:20or any notes for that workout. So, in
  290. 10:22this example, you can see that there was
  291. 10:24a note and there was five PRs. In this
  292. 10:26case, there was nothing. If there's a
  293. 10:27note, you can just hover over the note
  294. 10:29and you can view it. Let's go ahead and
  295. 10:31actually click on this workout that we
  296. 10:32just completed. Here you'll see it's
  297. 10:34similar to what was shown on the app.
  298. 10:36You can get a quick overview of the
  299. 10:38workout. So in this case there was five
  300. 10:40records and the total volume that was
  301. 10:42lifted. You can also see any notes
  302. 10:44attached to a workout. Now if I scroll a
  303. 10:46little you can see here is where we hit
  304. 10:49the PR. So for barbell incline bench
  305. 10:52press, you can see the PR that they've
  306. 10:53hit. And you can also view the note that
  307. 10:56was added to the exercise. Here for
  308. 10:58example, you can see that we have the
  309. 10:59superset and this is what it would look
  310. 11:01like. And here you can see that we have
  311. 11:04the barbell seated overhead press. Now,
  312. 11:07this is an exercise that we manually
  313. 11:09switched over. So, you'll see this
  314. 11:10indicator that it was a workout that was
  315. 11:13swapped over using the swap option. For
  316. 11:15this exercise, you see that there is a
  317. 11:18PR. Now, what's very nice is that this
  318. 11:20history icon allows you to pull the full
  319. 11:22history for this exercise right from
  320. 11:24here. So if I click on this, I can view
  321. 11:26the full history for this exercise and
  322. 11:29see where they hit the PR, what they
  323. 11:31were before. And I can also click on
  324. 11:33view chart. So if I click on view chart
  325. 11:35here, I can see the chart with a full
  326. 11:37history of this exact exercise. And you
  327. 11:40can see here, for example, this is from
  328. 11:42the most recent one. And it also shows
  329. 11:45you any comments that was attached. So
  330. 11:47that's everything from viewing the
  331. 11:50client's tracked workout. There is also
  332. 11:52the option to view the exercise history.
  333. 11:54So if I click on this, you could just
  334. 11:56jump into every single exercise. So
  335. 11:59let's say for example, we want to view
  336. 12:01the barbell inclined bench press. I can
  337. 12:04click on this and I can view on a graph
  338. 12:06similar to what we just saw. You'll also
  339. 12:08see that in the exercise option, if I go
  340. 12:10there, you'll see this option here. And
  341. 12:13this is where you can grant the client
  342. 12:15permission for your library. So by
  343. 12:16default, they have access to hubet
  344. 12:18library. Now, you can also build out the
  345. 12:20library and have your own exercises. If
  346. 12:22you want them to have access to that,
  347. 12:23just click on this and toggle that
  348. 12:25option. That way, your clients can now
  349. 12:27access your own exercises. The last
  350. 12:29thing I want to show you is as you're
  351. 12:31creating the client's training program,
  352. 12:33for example, I'm back in the training
  353. 12:35program tab. If I click on this, when
  354. 12:38you're creating a workout, you have
  355. 12:39access to that history for the exercise
  356. 12:42straight from here. So, it makes it easy
  357. 12:44as well when you're modifying the
  358. 12:45client's workout to view all of their
  359. 12:47history. for any given exercise. So
  360. 12:49that's how you can view everything from
  361. 12:51the coach side. I now want to show you
  362. 12:53how you can actually track the client's
  363. 12:55workout from the coach app. So right now
  364. 12:57I have the coach app opened. I'm going
  365. 12:59to head over to this clients tab. You'll
  366. 13:01see here at the moment we have one
  367. 13:03client. And here I can see their
  368. 13:05profile. Now to track their workout,
  369. 13:07you'll see that there's this workout
  370. 13:09icon over here. If I click on this, it
  371. 13:12will show me this client's training
  372. 13:13programs. And then I can go ahead and
  373. 13:15click on this. And it's similar to what
  374. 13:16we saw earlier. So let's say we go to
  375. 13:19this and I do start workout. And
  376. 13:22everything here is the same, but you can
  377. 13:24do it from the coach side. You can also
  378. 13:26hide this. So as you're tracking it for
  379. 13:28the client, you can still use the app.
  380. 13:30You can still navigate. And as you can
  381. 13:32see here, it will show you that you have
  382. 13:34a workout running for this client. It
  383. 13:35will show you their profile image, their
  384. 13:37name, and the workout that you have
  385. 13:38running along with the progress of
  386. 13:40what's completed so far. And you can
  387. 13:42just click on this anytime when you're
  388. 13:44in the app to open up the tracker again
  389. 13:46and continue tracking their workout. But
  390. 13:48yeah, this is essentially exactly what
  391. 13:50we saw earlier from the client side. So
  392. 13:52let's go ahead and dismiss this workout
  393. 13:54and just do discard. And I'll go back to
  394. 13:57that client. And here you'll see that
  395. 13:59there's a profile option. If I click on
  396. 14:01this profile, you'll see that here is
  397. 14:03where you can view all of their workout
  398. 14:05history. If I click on this workout
  399. 14:07history, I can view all of their
  400. 14:09workouts. And you can click on it and
  401. 14:11again similar to what we saw earlier but
  402. 14:13you can do this from the coach app. You
  403. 14:15can share the results on their behalf to
  404. 14:17your own Instagram. So you can come here
  405. 14:19do share results. So yeah you can share
  406. 14:21this from your own side and you can
  407. 14:24share any of these options that are
  408. 14:25available. So that's everything with the
  409. 14:27workout tracker. The client can track
  410. 14:28their workouts. There's pre-filled
  411. 14:30placeholders, pre-filled sets. Makes it
  412. 14:32easy for them to track their workouts.
  413. 14:34There's PRs. They can share that on
  414. 14:36their Instagram. And you could also
  415. 14:37track their workouts from the coach app.
  416. 14:39If you have any questions, please feel
  417. 14:40free to ask them in the comments below.
