  1. 0:02Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
  2. 0:04give you a quick overview of the HubFit
  3. 0:06platform. First thing we have is the
  4. 0:08main section. Here you'll see your
  5. 0:10clients. You have a list of your clients
  6. 0:11here. You can add multiple tags for the
  7. 0:14client, which makes it easier to filter.
  8. 0:15You can see when they last checked in
  9. 0:17and when they were last active. We'll
  10. 0:18jump into what a client's profile looks
  11. 0:20like, but for now, let's continue going
  12. 0:22through these. Over here, you'll see a
  13. 0:23list of all your check-ins. You'll see
  14. 0:25the check-ins that are pending review,
  15. 0:26and then you'll also see the check-ins
  16. 0:28that you have reviewed. Let's go ahead
  17. 0:30and click on a check-in to see what it
  18. 0:31would look like. You'll see here the
  19. 0:33check-in from the client. I'll go ahead
  20. 0:35and do review check-in. I can leave a
  21. 0:36comment. So, for example, you might
  22. 0:38attach a Loom link. The client will get
  23. 0:39a notification and they'll be able to
  24. 0:41view this comment. So, let's say good
  25. 0:43work and do review check-in. And from
  26. 0:46here, I can go in and review my next
  27. 0:48check-in if I want to do so. Next up, we
  28. 0:50have tasks. Over here, you can view the
  29. 0:52upcoming task. Over here are tasks with
  30. 0:53no due date. And then you have your
  31. 0:55completed tasks. Next up, we have
  32. 0:57messages. everything you need in a
  33. 0:58messaging system from group chats to
  34. 1:00voice notes to reactions to polls. Next
  35. 1:02thing we'll look at is the manage
  36. 1:04section. So over here you have packages,
  37. 1:06community and teams. So with packages,
  38. 1:08you can create your own packages and
  39. 1:10then you'll get your own pricing page.
  40. 1:12So you can view your pricing page by
  41. 1:13clicking preview. Next up you have
  42. 1:15community. You can have as many
  43. 1:16communities as you want and it's similar
  44. 1:18to how Facebook group works. Teams
  45. 1:20allows you to invite team members. You
  46. 1:22can view their activity history. You can
  47. 1:23assign them specific clients. One thing
  48. 1:25that's nice is you can assign multiple
  49. 1:27team members to a client. Next up is the
  50. 1:29library section. Over here you can build
  51. 1:31out your library. So let's jump into the
  52. 1:33training. Here you'll see you have a
  53. 1:34program library. So a program consists
  54. 1:36of multiple workouts. So for example, a
  55. 1:38full body would consist of multiple
  56. 1:40different workouts such as back, arms,
  57. 1:42and legs. You have your workouts
  58. 1:43library. So if you have certain workouts
  59. 1:45that you like, you can store it. Next up
  60. 1:46is your sections. So sections are
  61. 1:48specific parts in a workout. So for
  62. 1:50example, you might have a warm-up
  63. 1:51routine, arm wrap routine, or you might
  64. 1:53have an interval routine. And then you
  65. 1:54have exercises. It comes with 5,000
  66. 1:57exercises all with the same consistent
  67. 1:59exercise videos, but you can also add
  68. 2:01your own exercise. So for nutrition, you
  69. 2:03have your meal plan library. So this
  70. 2:04would be a full meal plan such as
  71. 2:05breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So here,
  72. 2:07for example, we have two meal plans.
  73. 2:09Next up is your meals. So with the meals
  74. 2:10library, you can build out your own meal
  75. 2:12library, which will make it easier to
  76. 2:13put together your client's program. And
  77. 2:15then you have your foods library. So in
  78. 2:17some cases, there might be things that
  79. 2:18are not included in the HubFit food
  80. 2:20library. You can add it into your own
  81. 2:21food library. Next up is forums. You
  82. 2:24have check-ins and questionnaires. You
  83. 2:26can create forms with multiple different
  84. 2:28question types. And then you can also
  85. 2:29set schedules for when they are due. We
  86. 2:32have habits library. So you can put
  87. 2:33together all the habits and the settings
  88. 2:35for them. For example, we have this
  89. 2:37sleep habit. The habit goal is to sleep
  90. 2:388 hours a day and the days that the
  91. 2:41client would get reminded is every day
  92. 2:43at 10:00 a.m. Next up, we have metrics.
  93. 2:45So with metrics, similar idea, you can
  94. 2:46build out the metrics you like to use
  95. 2:48with your clients. And finally, we have
  96. 2:50vault. Think of it as a Google Drive
  97. 2:51where you can store all your resources
  98. 2:53and you can do that here in the resource
  99. 2:55section. But then you have the
  100. 2:56collection section. The collection is a
  101. 2:58way to group clients together and then
  102. 3:00add resources to that collection. That
  103. 3:02way when you modify a collection, it's
  104. 3:04updated instantly to all clients that
  105. 3:06are in that collection. Next up, we have
  106. 3:08automations. So hope has a very powerful
  107. 3:11built-in automations. So over here you
  108. 3:13have autoflow automations. Autoflow is a
  109. 3:15way to schedule things ahead of time in
  110. 3:18a sequence. So you can schedule
  111. 3:19messages, inapp notifications, adding
  112. 3:21programs. So I'll show you what this
  113. 3:23beginner flow looks like. For example,
  114. 3:24you'll see here we have a 4-week program
  115. 3:26and you'll see on the middle of each
  116. 3:28week we add a resource. So this is a way
  117. 3:30to drip feed information. At the end of
  118. 3:31the week, we send an inapp notification
  119. 3:33to the client and at the beginning of
  120. 3:35the week we send them a message. There
  121. 3:36are multiple different types of events
  122. 3:38that you can add and this is your
  123. 3:40library. So you build it out and then
  124. 3:41you can just add it to a client. Next
  125. 3:43up, we have on boarding flows.
  126. 3:45Onboarding flow is a way to group
  127. 3:47everything together so that when you add
  128. 3:48a client, you can just use that flow and
  129. 3:50they will get set up instantly. So for
  130. 3:52example, we have this first flow here.
  131. 3:54If I click on this, you'll see all the
  132. 3:56settings we have. There's tags that will
  133. 3:57be added, the questionnaires, the
  134. 3:59check-ins, if we want to add workout
  135. 4:01programs, nutrition plans, habits, the
  136. 4:03metrics, resources, collections,
  137. 4:05community, and we can also add an
  138. 4:07autoflow in this onboarding flow. And
  139. 4:09this is powerful because when you add a
  140. 4:11client, you can just select this flow
  141. 4:13and all of this will automatically get
  142. 4:15added to the client. Next up, we have
  143. 4:17Zapier. Our built-in autoflow and on
  144. 4:19boarding flow automations are very
  145. 4:21powerful. But if you want to connect to
  146. 4:22external systems, we have a powerful
  147. 4:24Zapier integration for that. Let's now
  148. 4:26jump into a client profile so I can show
  149. 4:27you what that looks like. The first
  150. 4:29thing you'll see is an overview of their
  151. 4:30profile. So over here you can see client
  152. 4:32information. Over here you'll see the
  153. 4:33notes section. So you can add any sort
  154. 4:35of notes such as goals, injuries. Over
  155. 4:37here, you'll see an overview of the
  156. 4:39metrics, the client's recent photos,
  157. 4:40client's activity log, and payments if
  158. 4:43they've bought a package through Hubin.
  159. 4:44You then have the check-in section. Over
  160. 4:46here, you can view all their check-ins,
  161. 4:47their submission can be viewed here. And
  162. 4:49you can also compare check-ins side by
  163. 4:51side. So, for example, comparing
  164. 4:52check-ins would look like this. So, with
  165. 4:54training, you have the programs that
  166. 4:55you've assigned them, the exercise
  167. 4:57history, which is a full history for all
  168. 4:58of their exercise, and then you have all
  169. 5:00of their completed workouts. So, if I
  170. 5:02click on this, you can see here you can
  171. 5:03view all the workouts they completed.
  172. 5:05And if I go ahead and click on this
  173. 5:06workout for example, you can see here
  174. 5:08the stats of the workout, the exercises
  175. 5:10that were completed, any PRs that were
  176. 5:12hit. Next up, you have nutrition. Over
  177. 5:13here is their meal plan. So any meals
  178. 5:15that you attach. Next up, you have the
  179. 5:17nutrition logger. So this is the
  180. 5:18built-in nutrition logger in the HubFit
  181. 5:20client app. And you as a coach, you have
  182. 5:22a powerful overview. Over here, you'll
  183. 5:24get the weekly breakdown of their
  184. 5:25macros. Over here, you'll get their
  185. 5:27macros breakdown with the average. Over
  186. 5:29here, you'll see their logged meals. You
  187. 5:31can click it to view what they actually
  188. 5:33log on this specific day. If the client
  189. 5:35decides to use chronometer instead, you
  190. 5:37can view that here and you would see the
  191. 5:39same UI that we have over here. Next up
  192. 5:41is habits. So with habits, you can view
  193. 5:43all the habits that you've given the
  194. 5:44client. Over here, you'll see powerful
  195. 5:46metrics for the habit. You also have the
  196. 5:48autoflow. So this is the client specific
  197. 5:50autoflow. So if you look here, for
  198. 5:51example, towards the end of this week,
  199. 5:53it's going to automatically add a
  200. 5:54resource at 12:00 a.m. With photos, you
  201. 5:56can view all of their submitted photos.
  202. 5:58And then you have this compare option,
  203. 6:00which allows you to compare the photos
  204. 6:01side by side. You have metrics. So with
  205. 6:03metrics you can add any sort of metric
  206. 6:05you want and then you can view it here
  207. 6:07on the graph. You have the client's
  208. 6:08vault. The vault allows you to add
  209. 6:10resources directly to this client. And
  210. 6:12over here you have settings. The one
  211. 6:14thing I want to show is the feature
  212. 6:15control. Feature control allows you to
  213. 6:17have complete control over the entire
  214. 6:19feature that the client has access to.
  215. 6:20So if you don't want to use habits with
  216. 6:22the client, you can just turn this off.
  217. 6:23If you don't want to use check-ins with
  218. 6:25the clients, you can turn this off. The
  219. 6:26last thing I want to show you is the
  220. 6:28branding. You can customize your
  221. 6:29branding by clicking on the icon over
  222. 6:31here. Going to the branding section.
  223. 6:33Here you'll see you can modify the icon,
  224. 6:35the name, the headline, and the theme.
  225. 6:38This will then brand the internal app
  226. 6:40for your clients. That's a quick
  227. 6:41overview of the Hubet platform. For a
  228. 6:43more in-depth overview on the specific
  229. 6:45features, you can find dedicated videos
  230. 6:48for each of the features. You can try
