- 0:02Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
- 0:04give you a quick overview of the HubFit
- 0:06platform. First thing we have is the
- 0:08main section. Here you'll see your
- 0:10clients. You have a list of your clients
- 0:11here. You can add multiple tags for the
- 0:14client, which makes it easier to filter.
- 0:15You can see when they last checked in
- 0:17and when they were last active. We'll
- 0:18jump into what a client's profile looks
- 0:20like, but for now, let's continue going
- 0:22through these. Over here, you'll see a
- 0:23list of all your check-ins. You'll see
- 0:25the check-ins that are pending review,
- 0:26and then you'll also see the check-ins
- 0:28that you have reviewed. Let's go ahead
- 0:30and click on a check-in to see what it
- 0:31would look like. You'll see here the
- 0:33check-in from the client. I'll go ahead
- 0:35and do review check-in. I can leave a
- 0:36comment. So, for example, you might
- 0:38attach a Loom link. The client will get
- 0:39a notification and they'll be able to
- 0:41view this comment. So, let's say good
- 0:43work and do review check-in. And from
- 0:46here, I can go in and review my next
- 0:48check-in if I want to do so. Next up, we
- 0:50have tasks. Over here, you can view the
- 0:52upcoming task. Over here are tasks with
- 0:53no due date. And then you have your
- 0:55completed tasks. Next up, we have
- 0:57messages. everything you need in a
- 0:58messaging system from group chats to
- 1:00voice notes to reactions to polls. Next
- 1:02thing we'll look at is the manage
- 1:04section. So over here you have packages,
- 1:06community and teams. So with packages,
- 1:08you can create your own packages and
- 1:10then you'll get your own pricing page.
- 1:12So you can view your pricing page by
- 1:13clicking preview. Next up you have
- 1:15community. You can have as many
- 1:16communities as you want and it's similar
- 1:18to how Facebook group works. Teams
- 1:20allows you to invite team members. You
- 1:22can view their activity history. You can
- 1:23assign them specific clients. One thing
- 1:25that's nice is you can assign multiple
- 1:27team members to a client. Next up is the
- 1:29library section. Over here you can build
- 1:31out your library. So let's jump into the
- 1:33training. Here you'll see you have a
- 1:34program library. So a program consists
- 1:36of multiple workouts. So for example, a
- 1:38full body would consist of multiple
- 1:40different workouts such as back, arms,
- 1:42and legs. You have your workouts
- 1:43library. So if you have certain workouts
- 1:45that you like, you can store it. Next up
- 1:46is your sections. So sections are
- 1:48specific parts in a workout. So for
- 1:50example, you might have a warm-up
- 1:51routine, arm wrap routine, or you might
- 1:53have an interval routine. And then you
- 1:54have exercises. It comes with 5,000
- 1:57exercises all with the same consistent
- 1:59exercise videos, but you can also add
- 2:01your own exercise. So for nutrition, you
- 2:03have your meal plan library. So this
- 2:04would be a full meal plan such as
- 2:05breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So here,
- 2:07for example, we have two meal plans.
- 2:09Next up is your meals. So with the meals
- 2:10library, you can build out your own meal
- 2:12library, which will make it easier to
- 2:13put together your client's program. And
- 2:15then you have your foods library. So in
- 2:17some cases, there might be things that
- 2:18are not included in the HubFit food
- 2:20library. You can add it into your own
- 2:21food library. Next up is forums. You
- 2:24have check-ins and questionnaires. You
- 2:26can create forms with multiple different
- 2:28question types. And then you can also
- 2:29set schedules for when they are due. We
- 2:32have habits library. So you can put
- 2:33together all the habits and the settings
- 2:35for them. For example, we have this
- 2:37sleep habit. The habit goal is to sleep
- 2:388 hours a day and the days that the
- 2:41client would get reminded is every day
- 2:43at 10:00 a.m. Next up, we have metrics.
- 2:45So with metrics, similar idea, you can
- 2:46build out the metrics you like to use
- 2:48with your clients. And finally, we have
- 2:50vault. Think of it as a Google Drive
- 2:51where you can store all your resources
- 2:53and you can do that here in the resource
- 2:55section. But then you have the
- 2:56collection section. The collection is a
- 2:58way to group clients together and then
- 3:00add resources to that collection. That
- 3:02way when you modify a collection, it's
- 3:04updated instantly to all clients that
- 3:06are in that collection. Next up, we have
- 3:08automations. So hope has a very powerful
- 3:11built-in automations. So over here you
- 3:13have autoflow automations. Autoflow is a
- 3:15way to schedule things ahead of time in
- 3:18a sequence. So you can schedule
- 3:19messages, inapp notifications, adding
- 3:21programs. So I'll show you what this
- 3:23beginner flow looks like. For example,
- 3:24you'll see here we have a 4-week program
- 3:26and you'll see on the middle of each
- 3:28week we add a resource. So this is a way
- 3:30to drip feed information. At the end of
- 3:31the week, we send an inapp notification
- 3:33to the client and at the beginning of
- 3:35the week we send them a message. There
- 3:36are multiple different types of events
- 3:38that you can add and this is your
- 3:40library. So you build it out and then
- 3:41you can just add it to a client. Next
- 3:43up, we have on boarding flows.
- 3:45Onboarding flow is a way to group
- 3:47everything together so that when you add
- 3:48a client, you can just use that flow and
- 3:50they will get set up instantly. So for
- 3:52example, we have this first flow here.
- 3:54If I click on this, you'll see all the
- 3:56settings we have. There's tags that will
- 3:57be added, the questionnaires, the
- 3:59check-ins, if we want to add workout
- 4:01programs, nutrition plans, habits, the
- 4:03metrics, resources, collections,
- 4:05community, and we can also add an
- 4:07autoflow in this onboarding flow. And
- 4:09this is powerful because when you add a
- 4:11client, you can just select this flow
- 4:13and all of this will automatically get
- 4:15added to the client. Next up, we have
- 4:17Zapier. Our built-in autoflow and on
- 4:19boarding flow automations are very
- 4:21powerful. But if you want to connect to
- 4:22external systems, we have a powerful
- 4:24Zapier integration for that. Let's now
- 4:26jump into a client profile so I can show
- 4:27you what that looks like. The first
- 4:29thing you'll see is an overview of their
- 4:30profile. So over here you can see client
- 4:32information. Over here you'll see the
- 4:33notes section. So you can add any sort
- 4:35of notes such as goals, injuries. Over
- 4:37here, you'll see an overview of the
- 4:39metrics, the client's recent photos,
- 4:40client's activity log, and payments if
- 4:43they've bought a package through Hubin.
- 4:44You then have the check-in section. Over
- 4:46here, you can view all their check-ins,
- 4:47their submission can be viewed here. And
- 4:49you can also compare check-ins side by
- 4:51side. So, for example, comparing
- 4:52check-ins would look like this. So, with
- 4:54training, you have the programs that
- 4:55you've assigned them, the exercise
- 4:57history, which is a full history for all
- 4:58of their exercise, and then you have all
- 5:00of their completed workouts. So, if I
- 5:02click on this, you can see here you can
- 5:03view all the workouts they completed.
- 5:05And if I go ahead and click on this
- 5:06workout for example, you can see here
- 5:08the stats of the workout, the exercises
- 5:10that were completed, any PRs that were
- 5:12hit. Next up, you have nutrition. Over
- 5:13here is their meal plan. So any meals
- 5:15that you attach. Next up, you have the
- 5:17nutrition logger. So this is the
- 5:18built-in nutrition logger in the HubFit
- 5:20client app. And you as a coach, you have
- 5:22a powerful overview. Over here, you'll
- 5:24get the weekly breakdown of their
- 5:25macros. Over here, you'll get their
- 5:27macros breakdown with the average. Over
- 5:29here, you'll see their logged meals. You
- 5:31can click it to view what they actually
- 5:33log on this specific day. If the client
- 5:35decides to use chronometer instead, you
- 5:37can view that here and you would see the
- 5:39same UI that we have over here. Next up
- 5:41is habits. So with habits, you can view
- 5:43all the habits that you've given the
- 5:44client. Over here, you'll see powerful
- 5:46metrics for the habit. You also have the
- 5:48autoflow. So this is the client specific
- 5:50autoflow. So if you look here, for
- 5:51example, towards the end of this week,
- 5:53it's going to automatically add a
- 5:54resource at 12:00 a.m. With photos, you
- 5:56can view all of their submitted photos.
- 5:58And then you have this compare option,
- 6:00which allows you to compare the photos
- 6:01side by side. You have metrics. So with
- 6:03metrics you can add any sort of metric
- 6:05you want and then you can view it here
- 6:07on the graph. You have the client's
- 6:08vault. The vault allows you to add
- 6:10resources directly to this client. And
- 6:12over here you have settings. The one
- 6:14thing I want to show is the feature
- 6:15control. Feature control allows you to
- 6:17have complete control over the entire
- 6:19feature that the client has access to.
- 6:20So if you don't want to use habits with
- 6:22the client, you can just turn this off.
- 6:23If you don't want to use check-ins with
- 6:25the clients, you can turn this off. The
- 6:26last thing I want to show you is the
- 6:28branding. You can customize your
- 6:29branding by clicking on the icon over
- 6:31here. Going to the branding section.
- 6:33Here you'll see you can modify the icon,
- 6:35the name, the headline, and the theme.
- 6:38This will then brand the internal app
- 6:40for your clients. That's a quick
- 6:41overview of the Hubet platform. For a
- 6:43more in-depth overview on the specific
- 6:45features, you can find dedicated videos
- 6:48for each of the features. You can try
