  1. 0:04Hey guys, in this video I'm going to
  2. 0:05show you how the resource collections
  3. 0:07work in Hopefitit. I'm going to show you
  4. 0:08how you can build it from the coach side
  5. 0:10and then how clients can view the
  6. 0:12resource collections on the client's
  7. 0:13app. The resource collection is a on
  8. 0:15demand way for you to share your
  9. 0:16resources. You will see the resource
  10. 0:18collection under the on demand section
  11. 0:20in the sidebar. To add a resource into a
  12. 0:22collection, you have to have the
  13. 0:24resource in the library. So you see here
  14. 0:25we have library and then we have
  15. 0:26resources. So, if we go to resources,
  16. 0:28you'll see here you have all your
  17. 0:30resources and you can have videos,
  18. 0:32links, images, PDFs, any sort of file
  19. 0:34you can add in here. And then once it's
  20. 0:36in here in your personal resource
  21. 0:38library, you can add it into the
  22. 0:39resource collection. So, if we head back
  23. 0:40to the resource collections, you'll see
  24. 0:42at the moment we have two resources
  25. 0:44collections over here. And to add a
  26. 0:45resource collection, you can click on
  27. 0:46this. So, if we go add, you can give the
  28. 0:48resource a name, a description, and you
  29. 0:50can also give it a cover image. You can
  30. 0:52add any cover image and you also get
  31. 0:54pre-built ones in the HubFit library
  32. 0:56that you can use. So let's go ahead and
  33. 0:58click on this collection that we have
  34. 1:00here. You'll see here you get a preview
  35. 1:02on the right. So this is what it looks
  36. 1:04like on the phone for the client. And
  37. 1:05over here you can see the resources that
  38. 1:07you have. So these are the different
  39. 1:08sections. There's two sections in this
  40. 1:10collection. You'll see to add a resource
  41. 1:12you have this add resource option over
  42. 1:14here. So if I do add resource I can see
  43. 1:16all the resources from my resource
  44. 1:18library and I can add them into this
  45. 1:19collection. You'll also see this layout
  46. 1:21option here and this allows you to
  47. 1:23modify how the section looks. So for
  48. 1:25example, right now we have a grid view.
  49. 1:26So this would be displayed in a grid.
  50. 1:28You also have a carousel. So if I click
  51. 1:30on this, you'll see here it is in a
  52. 1:32carousel format where the user can swipe
  53. 1:35to view the resources. You have this
  54. 1:37card option. So the card is a vertical
  55. 1:40way to view the resources. And here you
  56. 1:43have a list. So if I click on list,
  57. 1:45you'll see you can view it in a list. So
  58. 1:48if I go back to grid, you can see here
  59. 1:50you can mix and match the sections and
  60. 1:52design it how you want. For each
  61. 1:54section, you have this dropdown. You
  62. 1:56have a reorder option. So if you want to
  63. 1:58reorder the resources inside the
  64. 2:00section, you can just drag it around to
  65. 2:02reorder it. Here you'll see you have a
  66. 2:03edit option. This allows you to edit the
  67. 2:05collection name, description, and cover
  68. 2:07image. Over here you can reorder the
  69. 2:10sections. So if I click on reorder, I
  70. 2:12can move the sections around. And here
  71. 2:14you can add or remove a client access to
  72. 2:16a specific collection. So if I do manage
  73. 2:18access, you can see here we have one
  74. 2:20client currently that has access to this
  75. 2:23collection. You can remove a client's
  76. 2:25access by clicking on this X. So now
  77. 2:27this client does not have access. And to
  78. 2:28give this client access, I can just
  79. 2:30click here. And now they have access. So
  80. 2:32let's go ahead and add a section. So I
  81. 2:33can add a section to this collection. So
  82. 2:36let's just call this testing. I'll do
  83. 2:38create section. You'll see here we have
  84. 2:39the collection, but there's no
  85. 2:40resources. So let's go ahead and click
  86. 2:42add resource. And I'll just go ahead and
  87. 2:44click on this resource over here. And
  88. 2:47you'll see we've just added this
  89. 2:49resource into this section. So this is
  90. 2:51how you can build the resource
  91. 2:52collection from the coach side. I will
  92. 2:54now switch to the client app to show you
  93. 2:55how this looks like on the client app. I
  94. 2:57am now logged into the client app and
  95. 2:59I'm viewing the resource collections.
  96. 3:01You'll see here we have two resource
  97. 3:02collections that we have access to. Here
  98. 3:04you can view the description for a
  99. 3:07collection. So if I click on this,
  100. 3:09you'll see the description for that
  101. 3:10collection over here. Let's go ahead and
  102. 3:12click on this supplements collection.
  103. 3:15You'll see here we can see the
  104. 3:17collection, the image, the different
  105. 3:19sections. You'll see here we have a
  106. 3:20carousel section and here we have a list
  107. 3:23section with all the resources. Now if
  108. 3:25you click on a resource, it will open it
  109. 3:28in the app. So here for example, if we
  110. 3:30click on this creatine supplement,
  111. 3:33so we can go ahead and close that. and
  112. 3:35any other files such as PDFs or images
  113. 3:37will open in place similar to how that
  114. 3:39link just opened. So that is everything
  115. 3:41when it comes to resource collections,
  116. 3:43an ondemand way for you to share
  117. 3:45resources with your clients. You can
  118. 3:47have multiple collections for multiple
  119. 3:49different use cases such as educational
  120. 3:51content, supplements, or even a music
  121. 3:53playlist. If you have any questions or
  122. 3:54anything, feel free to leave them in the
  123. 3:56comments below.
