- 0:02hey guys in this video I'm going to be
- 0:04showing you hope fits messaging system
- 0:06so I'm going to show you both how it
- 0:07works on the app and how it works on the
- 0:09web so right now I'm logged in as a
- 0:12client on the app and to go to our
- 0:14messaging we can just click on this
- 0:15messaging on the top right corner so if
- 0:17I just click on this you'll see here we
- 0:19have two different chats one is with the
- 0:22coach so that's a on toone private chat
- 0:24and then here is a group chat that we've
- 0:26been added to as a client so if I just
- 0:28click on maybe this one first I'll give
- 0:30you a quick glance of what it looks like
- 0:32you'll see here there's a offline and
- 0:33online status and there's read and write
- 0:35receipts and delivered receipts but let
- 0:37me go to the group chat since there's
- 0:41more content here so there's a lot to
- 0:43unpack here but I'll jump into
- 0:44everything one by one the first thing
- 0:46you'll see here is now there's voice
- 0:48notes and they can send voice notes from
- 0:50here each message can be reacted to
- 0:53there's also support for polls so with
- 0:55polls you can create a poll and then you
- 0:58can also view results to see who voted
- 1:00for what messages can be pinned so if I
- 1:03just click on this here I can view all
- 1:07pinned
- 1:08messages you can send videos and files
- 1:11and photos you can send gifts so let me
- 1:14show you what that would look like here
- 1:15you can see a gif here you can see a
- 1:18link to a YouTube video and you can see
- 1:20that the content is enriched so when you
- 1:23send a link or something you get a nice
- 1:25preview and if I just scroll here you'll
- 1:28see you can reply rep to messages so if
- 1:31you look here we can reply to messages
- 1:34and we can send photos so now I'll show
- 1:36you what replying looks like so if I
- 1:39just hold this I can react to the
- 1:42message I can reply to the message I can
- 1:44pin a message so that's what it looks
- 1:46like from the app side of things I'm
- 1:48going to now switch over to the web to
- 1:50show you how it looks like on the web so
- 1:53right now I am on the web side of things
- 1:55and this is the same channel that we had
- 1:57open you'll see here that we have the
- 1:59voice message we have the reactions you
- 2:01can click on the reactions to see who
- 2:03reacted on what you have the poll here
- 2:06you can view the results if you want to
- 2:08end the voting you can end the voting
- 2:10you have your PIN messages here to add
- 2:12or remove clients to a group chat you
- 2:14can just click on this so if I go ahead
- 2:15and click on this you'll see we don't
- 2:17have any clients right now that are not
- 2:19in the group chat so they would be
- 2:20displayed here so I can just remove
- 2:22someone by clicking this but let me add
- 2:24them back into the group to edit the
- 2:27group name or photo you can just click
- 2:28on this here so if I just click on this
- 2:30you'll see we can change the photo
- 2:32change the name even delete the group if
- 2:34we want to if I just scroll to the top
- 2:37to give you a quick overview of what it
- 2:38would look like so this is what it looks
- 2:41like and then here we have our pinned
- 2:43message so to create a poll what you can
- 2:45do is click on this so once you click on
- 2:48this you'll see a poll option so if I
- 2:49click on poll so you'll be prompted to
- 2:51enter a question and then you can enter
- 2:53in the different options and then you
- 2:55can pick the settings such as allowing
- 2:57for multiple answers make it Anonymous
- 2:59you can also also broadcast messages to
- 3:01multiple users at once using this option
- 3:04here so if I click on this you can enter
- 3:06in your message here and then you can
- 3:08select the clients that you want to send
- 3:10it to now this will send the message
- 3:12individually to each client but it's
- 3:14very convenient if you have maybe a
- 3:16weekly message that you'd like to send
- 3:17to start off the week this will save you
- 3:19a lot of time and if you want to start a
- 3:21new chat with a client that you haven't
- 3:23messaged yet you can click on this so if
- 3:25I click on this you'll see the option to
- 3:26start an individual chat or you can
- 3:29create a group straight from here you
- 3:30can also delete a message you can also
- 3:33edit a message so if you maybe want to
- 3:35edit something you can just click on
- 3:37this here and do edit message so that is
- 3:41everything with the hfit messaging
- 3:43system you can see it's very powerful
- 3:44you can send voice notes polls group
- 3:46chats and it looks and works very nicely
- 3:49on the app as well as the web if you
- 3:51have any questions or anything feel free
