Resources

Share documents, links, and content with your clients.

Resources Overview

Resources (also called the Vault) is your central library for storing and sharing documents, links, and other content with your clients. Instead of sending files over email or chat, you upload them once and share them with whoever needs access.

Your Resources page displays all files and links you have uploaded to your library. From here you can:

  • Upload files (PDFs, images, videos, documents)
  • Add links to external content (YouTube, Loom, Vimeo, websites)
  • Organize resources into folders
  • Share resources directly to individual clients
  • Import resources from your library into a client's vault
  • Build Resource Collections to group and curate content for clients

When you open a client's profile, the Resources tab shows the files and links you have shared with that specific client. You can add new resources directly to a client or import existing ones from your library.

Sharing Resources with Clients

There are four ways to get resources to your clients:

1. Upload directly to a client

1
Open the client's profile and go to the Resources tab
2
Click Add Resource
3
Upload a file or add a link as normal

The resource is added directly to that client's vault. They receive a notification that a new resource has been shared.

2. Import from your library

1
Open the client's profile and go to the Resources tab
2
Click Add Resource
3
Switch to the Resource Library tab
4
Select one or more resources from your library using the checkboxes
5
Click Import Resource

The selected resources are copied into the client's vault. The originals remain in your library. The client receives a notification for each imported resource.

Importing from your library lets you build a master set of resources once and reuse them across clients. Each client gets their own copy, so editing or deleting the original does not affect shared copies.

3. Drip-feed via Autoflow

Use Autoflow to automatically deliver resources to clients on a schedule. Add an Add Resources event to an autoflow template, and the selected resources are shared with the client on the scheduled day — no manual work needed. See the Autoflow article for a full guide.

4. Assign via Resource Collections

Resource Collections let you group resources into curated sets and share them with multiple clients at once. See the Resource Collections article for a full guide.

Deleting a Resource

1
Click the three-dot menu on the resource
2
Click Delete
3
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog

Resource Collections

Resource Collections let you group resources into curated sets with sections, cover images, and different display formats. Assign collections to individual clients to give them access to structured content libraries. For a full guide, see the dedicated Resource Collections article.

Viewing Resources in the App

Clients access shared resources from the Resources tab on their profile in the mobile app. Files and links shared directly appear in their vault, while Resource Collections appear as separate curated libraries. YouTube, Loom, and Vimeo links open in an embedded video player — all other links open in the browser. Clients receive a push notification when a new resource is shared with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can clients upload their own resources? No. Only coaches can upload files and add links. Clients can only view resources that have been shared with them.

Can I share the same resource with multiple clients? Yes. Import the resource from your library to each client individually, or add it to a Resource Collection and assign multiple clients to the collection.

What happens if I delete a resource from my library? Deleting a resource from your library does not remove copies already shared with clients. Each client has their own copy.

Can clients download files? No. Clients can view shared resources in the app but cannot download them.

Why can my client not see a resource I shared? Make sure the resource was added to their Resources tab specifically, not just your library. Check the client's Resources tab from your dashboard to confirm it appears there.

Is there a file size limit for uploads? Yes, the maximum file size is 50 MB. For larger files, upload them to YouTube as unlisted and add the link as a resource instead. YouTube links play in an embedded video player within the app.

Why do my uploaded images look pixelated? Images are automatically compressed on upload, which can reduce quality.
