  1. 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
  2. 0:05be looking at HubFit's nutrition system.
  3. 0:07I'm going to show you how the nutrition
  4. 0:08builder works, how you can assign the
  5. 0:10nutrition plans to your client, and then
  6. 0:12how nutrition plans look like from the
  7. 0:14client side. So, let's jump right into
  8. 0:16it. Over here, I'm in the nutrition tab
  9. 0:18of our library. So, this is where you
  10. 0:20can build out your library of meal
  11. 0:21plans. You'll see here there are three
  12. 0:23options. You have a section for your
  13. 0:24meal plans, you have a section for your
  14. 0:26meals, and then you also have one for
  15. 0:28your foods. I'm going to jump into each
  16. 0:29one of these. For now, we're going to
  17. 0:31look at the plans section. So, here
  18. 0:33you'll see we have three meal plans in
  19. 0:35our library. So, to create a nutrition
  20. 0:37plan, you'll see this add plan option
  21. 0:39here. You'll see that you can add a
  22. 0:41name, a description, and then you can
  23. 0:43pick the type of meal. So, with Hook
  24. 0:45Fit, there's two types of nutrition
  25. 0:46plans you can have. You can have a full
  26. 0:48meal plan. So, a meal plan is a way to
  27. 0:50build meals with recipes, ingredients,
  28. 0:52instructions, or you can just have a
  29. 0:54macros plan. So instead of assigning a
  30. 0:55full meal plan, you can just give them
  31. 0:57the macros goal for the meal or for the
  32. 0:59day. I'm going to show you what both
  33. 1:00looks like, but first let's look at meal
  34. 1:03plans. So I have this training day meal
  35. 1:05plan. I'll go ahead and click on this.
  36. 1:06Here we have our meal. The first thing
  37. 1:08you'll see is that you have your macros
  38. 1:10at the top here. And then you have your
  39. 1:12meals. Here you can see we have for
  40. 1:14example breakfast. And in this breakfast
  41. 1:16meal there are two different options. We
  42. 1:18have option one and option two. You can
  43. 1:19add multiple different options per meal.
  44. 1:21To create a meal, you'll see this add
  45. 1:23meal button. Here you'll have four
  46. 1:26options to create a meal. You can add
  47. 1:28something directly from your library.
  48. 1:30You can use the HubFit library or you
  49. 1:32can use AI to create a meal or if you
  50. 1:34want, you can just create a new meal
  51. 1:36from scratch. I'm going to go ahead and
  52. 1:38select something from my own library. So
  53. 1:40here I'll click on fish and steamed
  54. 1:42vegetables. So if I scroll to the
  55. 1:44bottom, you'll see we have this new
  56. 1:45meal. So if I go ahead and click on this
  57. 1:47meal, you'll see the meal builder pops
  58. 1:49up. The meal builder is how you can
  59. 1:51create and modify each meal. Here you'll
  60. 1:53see on the left you have the food
  61. 1:56section and you have both your own food
  62. 1:58library or the food database that you
  63. 2:00can use. What's nice is if there's
  64. 2:01something that's not in the food
  65. 2:02database, maybe a specific brand or a
  66. 2:05specific ingredient, you can always add
  67. 2:06it into your own library. Here you'll
  68. 2:08see you have the option to edit the
  69. 2:11name. So if you want to edit the name,
  70. 2:12you can just click on this and modify
  71. 2:15the name. If you want to edit the
  72. 2:16description, you have this. And if you
  73. 2:18want to edit the meal image, you can
  74. 2:20click on this and change the image. Here
  75. 2:22you have the macros for the meal. And
  76. 2:24then here you'll see two options. One is
  77. 2:25the ingredients. So this is where you
  78. 2:27can add all your ingredients. At the
  79. 2:29moment we have fish and mixed
  80. 2:31vegetables. And you'll see here you have
  81. 2:33the servings. So if I want to modify
  82. 2:35this, let's say we want to have 210 g.
  83. 2:38You can modify that. And what's nice is
  84. 2:39as you're editing the serving size, this
  85. 2:41updates in real time. So, it makes it
  86. 2:43easier for you to modify the serving
  87. 2:45sizes to get the macros that you want.
  88. 2:47Let's add a new ingredient. So, let's
  89. 2:49say we want to add some sweet potatoes.
  90. 2:51We have sweet potatoes here. I'm going
  91. 2:52to go ahead and click on this plus icon.
  92. 2:54And just like that, this has been added
  93. 2:56into our meal. I can go ahead and modify
  94. 2:58the servings. Let's say we want 100 g of
  95. 3:01sweet potato. And just like that, we've
  96. 3:02modified the serving. Now, if you want
  97. 3:04to add a description or modify the name
  98. 3:06of the food, you can always do that by
  99. 3:08clicking this button over here. If I
  100. 3:09click on this, I can say that I can add
  101. 3:13this description. And here you can see
  102. 3:14the description shows right here. And if
  103. 3:16you want to add instructions for the
  104. 3:18meal, you can click on this instructions
  105. 3:19here. And then you can add a specific
  106. 3:22instruction or prep instructions.
  107. 3:24Anything you want can be added directly
  108. 3:26in this instructions section. You also
  109. 3:28have this button here which allows you
  110. 3:30to save a meal to your library. So let's
  111. 3:32say you create something in your
  112. 3:33client's meal plan or in your meal plan
  113. 3:36template and you want to actually save
  114. 3:37that meal to your library. So you can
  115. 3:39reuse it later. You can just click on
  116. 3:40this and then you can do save. And now
  117. 3:42that meal has been added to your own
  118. 3:44meal library. So that's everything with
  119. 3:46the meal builder. It's very easy to use
  120. 3:48and you have full control over the meal.
  121. 3:50We can also add an alternative. So let's
  122. 3:52say we want multiple options. If you
  123. 3:54click on this dropdown over here, you'll
  124. 3:56see that there's a add alternative. I'll
  125. 3:57click on this and let's say we also want
  126. 4:00to add some beef stir fry. And now we
  127. 4:04have two options for this meal. Now
  128. 4:06you'll see here this is called meal
  129. 4:08five. Let's actually rename this. So if
  130. 4:09I click on this dropdown and do rename
  131. 4:11this block and I can call this, for
  132. 4:13example, dinner. I'll do rename. And now
  133. 4:16we've created a dinner meal with two
  134. 4:18options. You'll see here you have these
  135. 4:19two options. This edit option allows you
  136. 4:22to edit the meal plan name and
  137. 4:24description. And then you also have this
  138. 4:26reposition option. This allows you to
  139. 4:29reposition your meal. So I can move,
  140. 4:31let's say we want to have snack just
  141. 4:33before lunch. And you can also reorder
  142. 4:35the options within the meal. So, I want
  143. 4:37maybe this first and then I'll do save
  144. 4:39order. And just like that, we've
  145. 4:41reordered our meal. So, that's
  146. 4:43everything for creating a meal plan. I'm
  147. 4:45going to head back to our plans. And now
  148. 4:48I'm going to show you the macros plan.
  149. 4:50So, over here we have a macros plan. So,
  150. 4:52let's go ahead and click on this. Here
  151. 4:53you'll see you have the ability to
  152. 4:55create a plan by just specifying the
  153. 4:58macros. So, for example, I've said
  154. 4:59breakfast for this breakfast meal. I've
  155. 5:01added the macros that we want. I've
  156. 5:03added some notes and I've added the meal
  157. 5:05name. To add a meal, I can just click on
  158. 5:06this add meal option. And then if I
  159. 5:08scroll to the bottom, you'll see here I
  160. 5:10can say snack 2. I can give it a
  161. 5:13description. And then I can just specify
  162. 5:16the macros that we want them to have. So
  163. 5:19this is a way to give them a plan by
  164. 5:21just specifying macros. You also have
  165. 5:23the option to either have macros by
  166. 5:26meal, which is what you have here. You
  167. 5:27have the macros breakdown at a meal
  168. 5:29level, or you can just have a total
  169. 5:31macros plan instead of breaking it down
  170. 5:33by meal. So, if I switch this to total
  171. 5:35macros, you'll see here I can just
  172. 5:37specify the macros without having to
  173. 5:39specify it at a meal level. Next, let's
  174. 5:41head over to the meals tab. And here,
  175. 5:43you'll see you have your own meals that
  176. 5:45you've created. You can create them
  177. 5:47directly in your meal library, or you
  178. 5:49can export them from your meal plan like
  179. 5:51we saw earlier. Here, if I click on a
  180. 5:52meal, you'll see it's the same editor
  181. 5:54that we just saw earlier on. The one
  182. 5:56difference is you'll see this category
  183. 5:58option and this allows you to categorize
  184. 6:01your meals so that you can filter
  185. 6:03through them when you're searching for
  186. 6:04them. Here you have your foods library.
  187. 6:07I showed you earlier. You can create
  188. 6:08your own food in the meal builder.
  189. 6:10Whenever you create a food, it goes into
  190. 6:12this food library which is your own
  191. 6:13personal food library. So that's
  192. 6:15everything when it comes to creating
  193. 6:17your nutrition plans and how your
  194. 6:19library works. I'm now going to show you
  195. 6:21how you can use this with a client. So
  196. 6:22over here I have a client open and we
  197. 6:24are in the nutrition section of their
  198. 6:26profile. Right now I have meal plans
  199. 6:28open. There's also nutrition logger.
  200. 6:30There's a separate video for that if you
  201. 6:32want more information on how that works.
  202. 6:33Over here you can see there are two
  203. 6:35nutrition plans for this client. If I
  204. 6:37click on this nutrition plan, you'll see
  205. 6:38it's the exact same interface. So the
  206. 6:40editor and everything works the same
  207. 6:42way. You'll see here you have an option
  208. 6:44to add a plan for this client. So if I
  209. 6:46click on this, you'll see you have two
  210. 6:47options. You can create a plan from
  211. 6:49scratch, which would take you through
  212. 6:50the exact same steps we went through, or
  213. 6:52you can import something from your
  214. 6:54library. If you import something from
  215. 6:55your library, it creates a copy. And
  216. 6:57what that means is that you can modify
  217. 6:59the imported plan without affecting your
  218. 7:01library. So, you can import something to
  219. 7:02your client's plan, modify it for that
  220. 7:04specific client and it won't affect your
  221. 7:06own library. Another thing that's nice
  222. 7:07is you can add multiple plans for a
  223. 7:09client. So, if you want to split it into
  224. 7:11certain days such as training day or
  225. 7:13rest day, you can do so. If you want to
  226. 7:14split it by weekdays, you can also do
  227. 7:16that. or if you want to give them
  228. 7:18different options. So that's everything
  229. 7:19to creating meal plans from both client
  230. 7:22side and the coach side. I'm now going
  231. 7:24to jump into the client app to show you
  232. 7:25how these nutrition plans look like on
  233. 7:27the client side. So right now I am
  234. 7:29logged in as a client in the client app
  235. 7:32and I have the nutrition tab open and
  236. 7:34I'm in the meal plans option. So here we
  237. 7:36have a meal plan open. I have the
  238. 7:38training day meal. Here you can see the
  239. 7:40macros for the meal and then all the
  240. 7:42meals in this meal plan. So here for
  241. 7:44example we have lunch. You'll see the
  242. 7:46total calories for this meal along with
  243. 7:48the macros for this meal. If I go ahead
  244. 7:50and click on this meal, I can view the
  245. 7:52meal here. You'll see you have the image
  246. 7:54with the name, the calories, the macros.
  247. 7:57Here is the ingredients. They can view
  248. 7:59the servings. If you add custom note to
  249. 8:01an ingredient, they can view that here.
  250. 8:03And if you attach any instructions, they
  251. 8:06can be viewed at the bottom. There's
  252. 8:07also this option to log the meal. So,
  253. 8:09this allows the user to log their meals
  254. 8:11directly from their meal plan into the
  255. 8:13nutrition tracker. So, it would work
  256. 8:14like this. They click on log meal, they
  257. 8:16get prompted to pick the meal they want
  258. 8:18to log it into. So let's say we want to
  259. 8:19log this into lunch. I can do log meal
  260. 8:21and that's now logged into the nutrition
  261. 8:23logger. So I'll quickly show you what
  262. 8:25that looks like. If we head back to the
  263. 8:26log food section here, you'll see we
  264. 8:29just logged this meal directly from our
  265. 8:31meal plan. There's two options over here
  266. 8:33beside each meal. The first option is to
  267. 8:36log the meal from the outside without
  268. 8:38having to open the meal. Then there's
  269. 8:40this option here that is displayed if
  270. 8:42you've attached multiple options. So
  271. 8:44here for example the breakfast meal. If
  272. 8:45I click on the meal options I can see
  273. 8:47that there are four different meal
  274. 8:49options that I can switch out to. If
  275. 8:50you've given the client multiple
  276. 8:52different nutrition plans they can
  277. 8:54switch to the different ones using this
  278. 8:55button here. So you'll see here we have
  279. 8:58multiple different meal plans. If I
  280. 9:00click on rest day meal plans I can
  281. 9:01switch and view that rest day meal plan.
  282. 9:03I also have a macros plan to show you
  283. 9:05what that looks like. So here we have a
  284. 9:07macros plan. If I click on this you'll
  285. 9:09see this is just a macros plan that is
  286. 9:12split by meals. So here we have
  287. 9:14breakfast and the macros for that meal.
  288. 9:16Over here we have the total macros for
  289. 9:17this meal plan. So that is everything
  290. 9:19when it comes to the nutrition builder
  291. 9:20on the Hubit platform and how it's
  292. 9:22viewed on the client app. If you have
