- 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
- 0:05be looking at HubFit's community
- 0:06feature. I'm going to show you how it
- 0:07works on the web from the coach side and
- 0:09then I'm going to show you how it works
- 0:10on the app for both the coach and the
- 0:12client. So you'll see you have the
- 0:14community section here and here you can
- 0:15see the list of communities that I have.
- 0:17To add a community, you can click on
- 0:19this add community.
- 0:21You'll see you can add a header image
- 0:22and then you can add the community name
- 0:24and the description. If you have a
- 0:26community with a unread post, you'll see
- 0:28this indicator here. And here you can
- 0:30see we have this community here that has
- 0:32a post that we have not yet read. I'm
- 0:33going to go ahead and click on this
- 0:35community here. So this is a community
- 0:37we have over here. You can see the
- 0:39header image. You can see the name, the
- 0:41members, and you have your different
- 0:43options here. We're going to jump into
- 0:44all of these. We're going to start off
- 0:46with the discussion. So the discussion
- 0:47is where all the posts can be seen. The
- 0:49first thing you'll see is you can create
- 0:51a post here. If I go ahead and click on
- 0:53this, you can add a text. You'll see
- 0:56here you have the option to add an
- 0:58image, a video, you can also add a GIF.
- 1:01So I can add a GIF and you also have the
- 1:04option to add a poll. So if I add a
- 1:06poll, I can add
- 1:09my options and you also have an emoji
- 1:11option over here. Now when posting, you
- 1:13can publish a post right away or if you
- 1:16click on this option here, you can save
- 1:18a post as draft or you can schedule a
- 1:20post. So, for example, if I click on
- 1:22schedule post, you'll see I can pick the
- 1:24time when we want to schedule this post
- 1:26for. I can do okay. And here you'll see
- 1:28the schedule. Now, the schedule and the
- 1:30draft is only available for coaches.
- 1:33Clients can't schedule a post. I'll show
- 1:35you what scheduled posts look like in
- 1:37the planner section, but for now, we can
- 1:39close this. So, here you'll see all your
- 1:40pinned posts. You can get quick preview,
- 1:42but you also have a dedicated pinned
- 1:44section here. If you click on this, you
- 1:46can actually view the post. Here you'll
- 1:48see we have another post. And here you
- 1:50can see this post has different images.
- 1:51So here for example, you can have four
- 1:53different images. If we scroll here,
- 1:56you'll see we have a poll. Here you can
- 1:58view the poll. You can click on this
- 2:00votes to see who voted on which option.
- 2:02So if I click on this, I can actually
- 2:04see who voted on what. Here you'll see
- 2:07the like counter. Now you can have
- 2:09different reactions. If you hover here,
- 2:11you'll see all the reactions you can
- 2:12have. So we can, for example, just give
- 2:14this a heart. Here you'll see the
- 2:16comments and you can also have threaded
- 2:18replies. So, for example, here is a
- 2:20threaded reply to this comment. Here
- 2:21you'll see we have another post. And
- 2:24here you'll see you can mention a user
- 2:26in a comment. You can also mention a
- 2:28user in a post. I want to mention
- 2:30someone. I would just do the at@ symbol
- 2:32and then you can add them and they'll
- 2:33get a notification. Here you'll see
- 2:35there's a GIF in this post. And here
- 2:39you'll see there's also a GIF supported
- 2:41in comments. If you click on this
- 2:42drop-own option, you'll see you have an
- 2:44option to edit a post, pin a post, or
- 2:47delete a post. If we go ahead and click
- 2:49on the pinned section, you can view all
- 2:51the posts that have been pinned. If you
- 2:54click on the planner, this is where you
- 2:56can view all your scheduled posts and
- 2:58all the drafts that you have. So, here,
- 2:59for example, you'll see we have a Monday
- 3:01check-in post that is scheduled for
- 3:03Monday at 10:00 a.m. And here you'll see
- 3:05we have a poll that is scheduled for
- 3:07next week. So, here you can see the
- 3:09schedule time. At any time, you can come
- 3:11here and do edit. So, you can edit the
- 3:14post. You might want to edit the time
- 3:15it's scheduled for. So you can always
- 3:17update that. You can also just publish a
- 3:20post right away instead of waiting for
- 3:22the scheduled time. And if I flick to
- 3:23the drafts, you'll see in the draft
- 3:25here, you can have your drafts. You can
- 3:27come back and you can edit them at any
- 3:29time. You might want to schedule it
- 3:31after you're done drafting it, or you
- 3:32might just want to publish it right
- 3:33away. And you also have the option to
- 3:36publish it right away just from here. So
- 3:38you can draft and then when you're ready
- 3:39to post it, you can just publish. Now
- 3:41here you have the members list. This is
- 3:42where you can view all the members. Now
- 3:44to add a member, you'll see this invite
- 3:46option. If I click on this, you'll see
- 3:49all the members that you can invite. So
- 3:51at the moment, these are all the members
- 3:52that are active. I can remove a member
- 3:54by clicking this option here. And if I
- 3:55want to add someone to the community, I
- 3:58can just click on this and then do add
- 3:59member. Here you have the option to
- 4:01search for a post. So if I click on
- 4:04search, I can search for a word. So for
- 4:06example, let's say we want to search for
- 4:07the word welcome. I can do search. And
- 4:09here you'll see the result includes a
- 4:11post that has the word welcome in it.
- 4:14Here you have a couple of options. So
- 4:15you can edit the community. If you want
- 4:17to change the header image, the name or
- 4:19the description, you can do so. You also
- 4:21have an option to change the community
- 4:23settings. So here you'll see you have
- 4:25three different settings. If you want to
- 4:26allow clients to post. So if you turn
- 4:28this off, it means client can't post.
- 4:30Here you have the option for clients to
- 4:31comment. If this is turned off, clients
- 4:33can't comment. So ideally you might want
- 4:35to do this if you just want to create a
- 4:36readonly community where you might make
- 4:39announcements. And here you can turn off
- 4:41the member list for the client. So if
- 4:43you see you have this tab here where
- 4:45clients can view the members. If you
- 4:46turn that off, clients won't be able to
- 4:48view the members. Of course, if a client
- 4:49comments, they can still view the
- 4:51client, but they can't go into the
- 4:52community list itself to view all the
- 4:54members. And here you'll see the option
- 4:56for your notification settings. So if I
- 4:58click on this, you'll see you can
- 5:00control the notification at a community
- 5:01level. So this is for each individual
- 5:03user. They can control what
- 5:04notifications they get. You'll see here
- 5:06you have your notification. So if I go
- 5:09ahead and click on this notification for
- 5:11example where someone commented on my
- 5:12post it will open that post for me and I
- 5:15can view it right away. So that is
- 5:17everything when it comes to community on
- 5:19the website. I am now going to switch
- 5:20over to the app to show you how the
- 5:22community functions on the app for both
- 5:24the coach and the client. I am now in
- 5:26the app. I'm currently logged in as a
- 5:28coach but the community functions the
- 5:30same on the client side. You'll see we
- 5:31have the communities here in the
- 5:33dashboard. Here you can add a community.
- 5:35Going to go ahead and click on this
- 5:37community here. So, I'm going to run you
- 5:39through everything. The first thing
- 5:40you'll see is that the pin posts appear
- 5:42at the top. And if I go ahead and click
- 5:44on view all, it will show me all the pin
- 5:46posts. If I scroll down, I can see the
- 5:48different post. So, here's the poll. If
- 5:50we click on this, we can view the votes
- 5:52and who voted for what. You can see this
- 5:55post has two comments. If I go ahead and
- 5:57click on this, it will open up this post
- 5:58in a more detailed view where I can view
- 6:00all the comments. So, here, for example,
- 6:02you'll see the comment and you'll see
- 6:03the nested replies. And here you'll see
- 6:05the other comment. And if you want to
- 6:07react to a post, you can just hold it
- 6:09and you can see the different options.
- 6:10So we can react to a post. If I scroll
- 6:13down, I can view all the different
- 6:15posts. Create a post by clicking on
- 6:17this. You'll see we can add a photo. We
- 6:20can add a video. We can add a GIF. You
- 6:22can also add a poll directly from here.
- 6:24So this would look like this. You can
- 6:25also schedule from within the app. So
- 6:28here you'll see you have the two options
- 6:29to schedule and to draft. This option is
- 6:31only available for coaches. So clients
- 6:33won't see this. But if I click on this,
- 6:34I can decide when I want to schedule
- 6:36this post for. Or if I click on draft,
- 6:38this post will be drafted. You'll see
- 6:40that you have these options. So the
- 6:43first option is to view your scheduled
- 6:45and draft posts. So if I click on this,
- 6:47you'll see we have two posts that are
- 6:50scheduled. If you click on this
- 6:51dropdown, you can edit a post. So we can
- 6:54maybe edit and modify this or we can
- 6:57delete it or post it right away. Maybe
- 6:59you don't want to wait for the schedule
- 7:00time and you just want to post it. You
- 7:01can do so straight from here. And this
- 7:03is similar to the draft. If you want to
- 7:04post a draft right away, you can just do
- 7:06post. You have this option over here. So
- 7:09if I click on this, this is where you
- 7:11can add the member. So if you do add
- 7:12member, you have your notification
- 7:13settings. So you can change your
- 7:15notification settings. And you also have
- 7:17the community settings. You can also
- 7:18edit the community from here. So if you
- 7:21want to modify the image or the name or
- 7:22the description or even delete the
- 7:24community, you can do that from here.
- 7:25And you have this search option. So you
- 7:27can search for a post and you'll see
- 7:30here's the post that we just searched
- 7:32for with the word welcome. To view the
- 7:34notifications, you can go to this
- 7:35notification here. Here you'll see all
- 7:37your community notifications. So if I
- 7:39click on this for example, it will open
- 7:40that post for me right away. So that is
- 7:43everything with the community feature.
- 7:44If you have any questions or anything,
- 7:46feel free to leave them in the comments
- 7:47below.
