- 0:02hey guys in this video we're going to be
- 0:04looking at hfit coach app now the coach
- 0:07app is designed to be a lightweight app
- 0:09for you to communicate with your clients
- 0:11receive and view notifications review
- 0:13your check-ins and then you can also
- 0:15view a client's profile and view certain
- 0:17information like their metrics but for
- 0:19more complex features like creating
- 0:20workout nutrition plans you'll need to
- 0:22do that on the web so yeah let's jump
- 0:24straight into the app you'll see here at
- 0:26the bottom we have the dashboard then we
- 0:28have clients check-in and notifications
- 0:31we're going to be covering all of these
- 0:33but first let's look at the dashboard so
- 0:35you'll see in the dashboard you have
- 0:37your settings and your messages let's go
- 0:39into settings just to show you the
- 0:41important part so if I just click on
- 0:43settings the first thing you'll see here
- 0:45is you have this option so this here is
- 0:47if you're a team member in different
- 0:49workspaces this is where you can switch
- 0:51so you can see I'm a team member in
- 0:53another workspace called rice Fitness so
- 0:55I could switch to that next you have
- 0:56your profiles your notification settings
- 0:59so you can modify what you want to
- 1:00receive notifications for right let's go
- 1:03back to the dashboard you'll see here
- 1:04you have messages so if I just click on
- 1:07this here's the list of all your chats
- 1:09you can create a new chat by clicking on
- 1:12this so if I click on new I can either
- 1:14click on new chat to message a client or
- 1:17I can create a new group so let's say we
- 1:19create new chat I can pick what client I
- 1:21want to message and then I can message
- 1:23them so I'll just go into an existing
- 1:26group so we have this group here so this
- 1:28is just a group chat you'll see here you
- 1:30you have voice notes you can add a voice
- 1:32note here you can reply you can create
- 1:34polls over here you'll see we have
- 1:36check-ins pending so this is how many
- 1:38check-ins you have not yet reviewed over
- 1:40here you'll see you have how many tasks
- 1:42you have remaining over here you'll see
- 1:44a overview of your five most recent
- 1:46tasks to create or view all of the tasks
- 1:49you can just click on that here you'll
- 1:50see you have all your tasks and if you
- 1:52want to create a task you can just click
- 1:55on that there next you'll see you have
- 1:58communities so you can create a new
- 2:00community by clicking on this so let's
- 2:02just click on this community for example
- 2:05here you'll see there's one post you can
- 2:07view how many likes you can view the
- 2:08comments so there's just one comment
- 2:10think of this as just a Facebook page
- 2:12and if you click on settings here you'll
- 2:14be able to add team members and edit
- 2:17notifications so let's say you want to
- 2:19turn off certain notifications for this
- 2:21community you can do so so that's
- 2:23everything in the dashboard next up is
- 2:25the clients tab so you'll see you have
- 2:28clients here so I'm just going to go
- 2:29ahead and click that here you'll see you
- 2:31have a list of your clients you can add
- 2:33a new client by clicking on this here
- 2:36over here you'll see when was their last
- 2:38checkin and you can also see when they
- 2:39were last active so if I go ahead and
- 2:42click Arnold I'll show you what it looks
- 2:44like to view a client profile the first
- 2:46thing you'll see here is their recent
- 2:47activity so this by default shows the
- 2:50top three but for more information you
- 2:52can just click on view
- 2:53all and then you'll see their recent
- 2:56activity next you'll see you have recent
- 2:59notes so these these are just notes that
- 3:01you can add each note can be either
- 3:03public or private so if you just want a
- 3:04note for yourself and the client you can
- 3:06mark it as private but to view all notes
- 3:08you can click on view all if I click on
- 3:10this you can see here we have a list of
- 3:12all the notes if you see this icon it
- 3:15just means that this is a private note
- 3:17so only you can see it next up you'll
- 3:19see the metrics there'll be one metric
- 3:21open and you can switch between the
- 3:23metrics that open by clicking on this
- 3:26here so if I click on that I can see we
- 3:29have two different metrics at the moment
- 3:31I have weight metrics open and I can
- 3:32switch between all the different metrics
- 3:35and to view the metrics in depth you can
- 3:37just click this so if I go ahead and
- 3:38click that you'll see here we'll be able
- 3:40to view the metric as well as view the
- 3:43specific days where metric was entered
- 3:46next you'll see the client progress
- 3:48photos so that's displayed here and
- 3:51you'll get a quick overview of the most
- 3:53recent to view a progress photo you can
- 3:55just click on it and that shows you the
- 3:57progress photo you can click on this
- 3:59here to view all all their progress
- 4:00photos and you can also click on this
- 4:02compare option if you'd like to compare
- 4:05progress photos and you can
- 4:06automatically swipe between the
- 4:08different days to make it easy to
- 4:10compare you'll also see you have this
- 4:12drop down so here you can click to
- 4:15either share their login details you can
- 4:17also archive or delete from here so
- 4:20that's all just the overview for the
- 4:22client next you have the profile section
- 4:24and what the profile section is is a
- 4:26collection of some of the things that
- 4:28they can submit such as has their
- 4:30workout history exercise history their
- 4:32check-ins so this is a quick way to view
- 4:35all of those things that your clients
- 4:37can submit so the first thing you'll see
- 4:38is the workout history so if I click on
- 4:41this I can see a list of all their
- 4:43workouts so at the moment they just have
- 4:45two and if I go ahead and click on a
- 4:47workout I can actually view this workout
- 4:50that they've completed and this is
- 4:51similar to what you see on the web over
- 4:53here you can see the note and then you
- 4:55can see an overview and all the specific
- 4:58exercises that they completed next you
- 5:01have the exercise history so this you
- 5:03can actually view a specific exercise
- 5:06and all of the history for the exercise
- 5:09that they've completed next you have the
- 5:10habits overview so if you want to view
- 5:13their habits progress I can click on
- 5:14that if I go ahead and click on daily
- 5:16steps I can see that they've completed
- 5:18it for today I can see they're total
- 5:21completed again this is all similar
- 5:22information to what you see on the web
- 5:24next is their check-ins that they
- 5:26submitted so if I click on this I can
- 5:28view all their checkins if I go ahead
- 5:30and click on a check-in I can view the
- 5:33check-in and then here I can leave a
- 5:37comment if I want to and submit it as
- 5:39reviewed last is the questionnaires so
- 5:42this is similar to the check-ins it's a
- 5:44form that they can fill in we don't
- 5:45currently have any but but if they do
- 5:47complete a questionnaire you'll see them
- 5:49here next up is the settings so you can
- 5:51control the client's settings from here
- 5:53so the first thing you'll see is you can
- 5:55control their unit of measure their time
- 5:57zone and you also have the feature
- 5:59control here here so if I click on this
- 6:02I can control what features the client
- 6:04has access to so if I want to restrict
- 6:06them let's say from messaging I can just
- 6:08turn this off next up is the checkins
- 6:10tab so the checkins tab allows you to
- 6:13view all your check-ins so you'll see
- 6:15here you have three checkins this review
- 6:17now indicates that it's not yet reviewed
- 6:19so we can see here that we have three
- 6:21pending non reviewed but let's go ahead
- 6:23and review a check-in so I'll just click
- 6:25on this here and you can see the
- 6:27submission and then I can comment here
- 6:29so I'll just say great work and I'll do
- 6:33submit and just like that you'll see it
- 6:35says reviewed we have one reviewed two
- 6:38remaining and then we can see a
- 6:39percentage similar to what you see on
- 6:42the web next up we have the
- 6:43notifications and what you'll see here
- 6:45is all your notifications now what's
- 6:47really nice about the notification
- 6:49system on the coach app is they're very
- 6:51interactable and what I mean by that is
- 6:53if you click on a notification let's say
- 6:55you click on the check-in it will
- 6:57actually open up the check-in right away
- 6:59and you can review it from here so I can
- 7:01just say great
- 7:02work and I'll do submit review and it
- 7:05reviews it straight from here same with
- 7:07workout plan so you see it says here
- 7:09this client completed a workout plan I
- 7:11can just click on this and it will just
- 7:13show to me if you have a community
- 7:15you'll see your notifications here as
- 7:16well that's everything for the coach app
- 7:18it's a very lightweight app to allow you
- 7:21to communicate with your clients on the
- 7:23go and stay on top of things such as
- 7:25your check-ins if you have any questions
