- 0:03Hey guys, in this video we're going to
- 0:05be looking at HubFit's recipe books. A
- 0:07recipe book is an on demand way for you
- 0:09to share your meals. I'm going to show
- 0:10you how it works from the coach side and
- 0:12then how clients can view the recipe
- 0:14books on the client's app. To create a
- 0:16recipe, you need to have the meals in
- 0:18your meal library and then you can add
- 0:19the meals into different recipe books.
- 0:21So I will quickly show you that over
- 0:23here you have your nutrition in the
- 0:24library section and you have the meals
- 0:26library here. This is your own meal
- 0:28library. Any meals that you create in
- 0:30here, you can add them into a recipe
- 0:32book. I'm going to head back to the
- 0:33recipe books section. So, this is where
- 0:35you have your recipe books. Right now, I
- 0:37have two recipe books. Here, I can see
- 0:39how many recipes in each recipe book and
- 0:41how many clients have access to this
- 0:43recipe book. To create a recipe book,
- 0:45you can use this button here. You'll see
- 0:47the option to add a name and a
- 0:49description. And you can add a cover
- 0:50photo using this. You can add your own
- 0:53cover photo or you can use a cover photo
- 0:56from Hubit's library. I'm going to go
- 0:58ahead and click on this quick start
- 0:59recipes. So this is what the recipe book
- 1:02builder looks like from a coach side.
- 1:03Over here you'll see you have the
- 1:05preview on the right side and this is
- 1:06what it would look like on the client
- 1:08app. Over here you have the recipes
- 1:10split into sections. So for example we
- 1:12have a quick breakfast section. Over
- 1:14here we have a main course section. You
- 1:16have the option to toggle sections to
- 1:18make the viewing easier. I'll go ahead
- 1:20and open that. So to add a recipe in a
- 1:22section you will see this option. And to
- 1:24modify the layout of a section, you can
- 1:26use this option here. So for example, at
- 1:28the moment, we have the carousel option.
- 1:31And you can see that we have a carousel
- 1:32here. And the carousel is a horizontal
- 1:34way to view the meals.
- 1:38Over here you have a list. So this is
- 1:40what a list would look like. Over here
- 1:42you have a card layout. This is a list
- 1:45of cards going down.
- 1:48And then you have a grid layout. So for
- 1:50example, here you can see what the grid
- 1:52would look like. Now, what's very nice
- 1:54is that you can mix and match these
- 1:56layouts. So, here for example, we have a
- 1:57carousel in this section and then we
- 2:00have a list in this section and at the
- 2:02bottom here in the snacks, we have a
- 2:03grid. Next, you have this drop-own
- 2:05option for each section. Here, you can
- 2:07reorder the meals inside a section. So,
- 2:10for example, if I reorder, I can move
- 2:12around the meals and save the order.
- 2:14Over here, you can edit the recipe book.
- 2:17So, if you want to edit the name or the
- 2:19description or the cover photo, you can
- 2:20do that from here. You can also reorder
- 2:22the section using this button. So if I
- 2:24click on this, we can move the sections
- 2:27around. To give a client access to a
- 2:29recipe book, you can do that through the
- 2:31manage access. So if I click on this,
- 2:33you will see we currently have one
- 2:35client that has access to this recipe.
- 2:37To give this client access, I can just
- 2:39click on their name and now they have
- 2:41access to this recipe book. And here you
- 2:43can add a section. So for example, I'll
- 2:45add a section dinner. Create this
- 2:48section. And if I scroll to the bottom,
- 2:50you will see we have this section over
- 2:52here. I can add a recipe by clicking add
- 2:54recipe. And here we have our meal
- 2:57library. I can select a recipe. And just
- 2:59like that, it's been added to this
- 3:01section. So that is everything when it
- 3:03comes to creating a recipe book from the
- 3:05coach side. I'm now going to switch over
- 3:07to the client app to show you how this
- 3:08looks like on the client side. So I am
- 3:10now in the client app, logged in as a
- 3:12client. I am in the nutrition tab and we
- 3:15are in the recipe books section. Here
- 3:17you'll see we have two recipe books.
- 3:19Here you can see the amount of recipes
- 3:20in a recipe book, the name, and you have
- 3:22a description here. So if I click on the
- 3:24description, for example,
- 3:27you'll see we have a nice description
- 3:28for the recipe book. Let's go ahead and
- 3:30click on a recipe book. You'll see here
- 3:33we have the recipe book with all the
- 3:35meals we've added and all the different
- 3:37layouts that we've added. So we have a
- 3:40grid at the bottom, we have a list at
- 3:43the middle, and then we have a carousel
- 3:45at the top.
- 3:46We can click on any of these meals to
- 3:48view it. So for example, you can see
- 3:51here we have the full meal. We have the
- 3:52macros, the ingredients, the
- 3:54instructions. And the client can also
- 3:56log this meal directly into their
- 3:58nutrition tracker. So if I click on this
- 4:00for example, and let's say we want to
- 4:02log this into our snacks. I can do log
- 4:04meal. And that's now logged into our
- 4:06nutrition tracker. There's a separate
- 4:07video on hope nutrition tracker. So feel
- 4:09free to give that a watch if you want to
- 4:11see how that works. I can quickly show
- 4:13you what we just logged. You can see
- 4:15here we added that meal to our snacks
- 4:18section and it added the ingredients. So
- 4:20that is everything with Hopefitit's
- 4:22recipe books. If you have any questions
- 4:23or anything, feel free to ask in the
- 4:25comments below.
