About the role
HubFit is used by 50,000+ fitness coaches. We need a performance marketing manager who can take what's working, optimise it, and open up new channels.
You'll own every paid dollar we spend. Set up campaigns, test creatives, kill what doesn't work, scale what does. You'll have direct access to revenue data so you're optimising for actual business results, not dashboard metrics that look good in a slide deck.
What you'll do
- Run paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Own the full funnel: targeting, creative strategy, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Scale ad budgets with a focus on CAC payback and LTV, not just CPL.
- Collaborate with the creative designer on ad creatives that resonate with fitness coaches.
- Report on performance weekly. Be clear about what's working, what's not, and where the next dollar should go.
About you
- 3+ years running paid acquisition for a B2B SaaS or creator-economy product.
- Proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably on Meta and/or Google.
- Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and the messy reality of multi-touch funnels.
- You've set up tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and campaign structures before and know how to scale them.
Bonus points
- Experience marketing to coaches, trainers, or fitness professionals.
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or server-side tracking setups.
- You've worked at an early-stage company where you were the only person in the function.
