About the role
HubFit covers training, nutrition, scheduling, billing, messaging, and more. 50,000+ coaches use it daily, and so do hundreds of thousands of their clients. There's a lot of product and not enough focus. We need a product manager who can look at all of that and decide what matters most right now.
You'll own the roadmap, talk to coaches constantly, and work with engineering and design to ship the things that actually move retention and revenue. You'll have a lot of autonomy and a lot of surface area. The decisions you make will directly affect how thousands of coaches run their business.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap: prioritise what gets built based on customer insight, business impact, and engineering effort.
- Talk to coaches weekly. Understand their workflows, pain points, and what would make them recommend HubFit to every coach they know.
- Write clear specs and work with engineering and design to ship features from concept to launch.
- Figure out the right metrics for each feature area and actually use them to decide what's working.
- Coordinate launches across marketing, customer success, and support so new features land with impact.
About you
- 3+ years as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company, ideally on a product used daily by professionals.
- Strong analytical skills. You use data to prioritise, not just intuition.
- Excellent written communication. You can write a spec that engineering ships from without a follow-up meeting.
- You ship. You'd rather put something in front of coaches and learn than spend another week debating.
Bonus points
- Background in fitness, coaching, health tech, or the creator economy.
- Experience with product-led growth motions where self-serve drives the majority of revenue.
- You've been a coach, trainer, or athlete and understand the daily reality of running a coaching business.
What we offer
Fully remote work, flexible hours, async-first culture, paid annual leave, annual team retreats, a learning budget, a monthly wellness stipend, and a home internet allowance. The full list is on the careers page.
