About the role
HubFit doesn't look like other coaching tools, and coaches notice. They tell us the product they show their clients is part of why they win retention and charge premium prices. You'll own the UX bar across everything we ship.
You'll work across the coach dashboard, the client mobile app, and the marketing site. The range is wide. You might be redesigning a check-in flow in the morning and tightening up a landing page in the afternoon. If you like variety and hate waiting around for approvals, you'll be happy here.
What you'll do
- Own features from research through wireframes to final Figma files and shipped UI.
- Work closely with engineering on the details: motion, micro-interactions, the small stuff that makes HubFit feel premium.
- Build and maintain the HubFit design system across web, mobile, and marketing.
- Talk to coaches every week. What they tell you should directly shape what you design.
- Keep improving the visual quality of the product while still shipping at pace.
About you
- 2+ years designing software products, with portfolio work that shows craft, taste, and shipped impact.
- Strong systems thinking. You can spot a pattern, generalise it, and avoid the tempting one-off.
- Fluent in Figma, components, variables, and prototyping.
- Comfortable writing UI copy and microcopy. Good design includes the words.
Bonus points
- Background in B2B SaaS, especially tools used daily by professionals.
- Experience designing across web and mobile from one cohesive system.
- Personal interest in fitness, training, or nutrition.
