About the role
Most coaches find HubFit through search and word of mouth. We want to double down on that with someone who can own content and SEO end to end and turn organic into a real, measurable acquisition channel.
You'll own the blog, SEO strategy, content calendar, and the editorial bar for everything HubFit publishes. You'll talk to coaches, dig into their workflows, and turn those conversations into articles and pages that rank and convert. Think editor who also cares about traffic.
What you'll do
- Own the content roadmap across blog, programmatic SEO pages, help articles, and email newsletters.
- Build an SEO strategy and actually run it, not just plan it.
- Turn real coach stories and workflows into content that ranks for high-intent keywords.
- Work with product and customer success to turn feature launches and coach wins into content.
- Measure what you own: organic traffic, keyword rankings, signups that came from content, and how long those coaches stick around.
About you
- 3+ years in content marketing or SEO, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to grow organic traffic meaningfully, not just publish volume.
- Strong editor's eye. You can rewrite a draft and make it sing.
- You know SEO beyond the basics: keyword research, technical SEO, and how to keep a publishing schedule that doesn't fall apart after month two.
Bonus points
- Experience marketing to fitness professionals, coaches, or the creator economy.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research and drafting without losing quality.
