Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Our coaches regularly tell us that support is one of the reasons they stay on HubFit. Coaches run their businesses on our platform, so when something isn't working, they need quick and clear help to get back on track.

You'll handle tickets, live chat, and email from coaches and their clients. You'll dig into issues across the web dashboard, mobile app, and integrations. You'll also build out the knowledge base so coaches can find answers on their own without needing to reach out.

What you'll do

  • Handle support tickets, live chat, and email from coaches and their clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the HubFit web app, mobile app, billing, and integrations.
  • Build out the help centre so coaches can find answers without waiting for a reply.
  • Escalate bugs to engineering with context and steps to reproduce.
  • Spot recurring questions and work with product to improve the experience or documentation.

About you

  • 2+ years in customer support at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong written communication. You can explain a complex workflow in two sentences.
  • Technically curious. You're comfortable navigating a web app, mobile app, and basic integrations to diagnose issues.
  • Patient and composed under pressure, even when a coach is frustrated.

Bonus points

  • Experience with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
  • Familiarity with fitness coaching workflows or experience as a coach/trainer.
